They are remodeling at present however the room that we were in was newly remodeled , roomy and quite nice. It is what you would expect at a Holiday Inn express. Breakfast was as usual, whatever you needed it was there. Great staff!

The amount of things closed down during this renovation 😡 they should just close the entire hotel until the renovation is complete. Don’t think about sleeping in, the “renovation “ works started at 8 am. Worse hotel ever

All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The lady that does breakfast (I wish I had gotten her name) was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She taught my grandson how to make his own pancakes. The bed was sooo comfortable. The room was clean. Everything smelled clean. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was some road noise Friday night but it is near a busy road. Plenty of restaurants extremely close.(Hence the busy road and it is a college town so expected road noise). Big variety for breakfast..eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt,etc. I recommend and would definitely stay here again.

They checked me in the accessible room. There were no towels, no soap or shampoo and the handicapped shower wand did not work. The room smelled of cigarettes. I sprayed my cologne trying to mask the odor as I checked in at 11:45 pm and was exhausted. I woke up the next morning with a migraine and wheezy breathing. I am allergic to cigarettes. I medicated and left. Horrible. Room 134 needs to be cleaned and repaired.

Everything was okay except when my friend went to go to bed, and there were chocolate ding dong wrappers in the sheets. There is no way that could have been in there if the sheets were changed. We went down to the front desk and they gave us new sheets to change the bed. There was also a very strong weed smell on our floor, luckily it didn’t permeate into the room.

Mostly clean. Seemed understaffed. Desk clerk always looking at phone in back.When we told him about a spill in the elevator in the afternoon/evening, said he couldn’t do anything about it, he was alone. Breakfast was ok, room seemed to be newly renovated but some fixtures weren’t there- we were told they hadn’t arrived. Have had better stays for less money.

Hotel sign stated that they were under renovation. Upon entering our room, it was very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only issue was that upon entering our room, there was no place to hang clothes. There was no closet or cabinet in which to hang a dress or suit. This may have been due to the renovation. We ended up setting up the ironing board and hanging our clothes around it. There was a two drawer dresser so there was some clothes storage, just no place to hang longer clothes. This is a very minor complaint, and I would be happy to stay here again..

This is a good stay if you are looking for somewhere to stay near Florence area. Close to downtown and very close to retail stores and restaurants. The only downside about this is that the room we stayed in was not well ventilated and it was pretty muggy and humid in our room during our stay.

Beautiful property. Very clean and the rooms were spacious and modern. Comfortable beds. Pillows were very comfortable too. Loved the DOVE products in the bathroom. Breakfast was beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Very convenient to Eateries like Panda, McDonalds, Outback Steakhouse.

Recommend staying on top floor if you want to sleep. Floors are not quiet and we heard walking in the hall and above us all night! Hotel is in process of being remodeled so I was disappointed for price I paid.

The general manager at this location is VERY RUDE. The only people who work here that are pleasant is the house keeping & the front desk staff I encountered were nice, but the general manager was awful! I don’t know if he’s prejudice or what the issue was, but he gave us so many problems! Calling our room accusing us of things that we hadn’t even done. Basically offered us a refund for us to checkout FOR NO REASON! We felt very judged.

The property is under renovation but it was never mentioned until the night before we arrived. And it only mentioned business center but it turned out the lobby too. The room heating unit is noisy, and elevator. The soundproof is not good. And the worst is it never mentioned anywhere that the hotel is used as shelter. Stuff is hard to find. We and other customers waited for 20 mins for front desk staff showed up

I liked the fact there were lots of restaurants in the area and the community looked clean. I did not like that the breakfast was over at nine on Sunday morning. Also, the hallways to get to the elevators is very narrow. We did have an issue with the sink in the bathroom not draining; however, the front desk man had it repaired in no time!

WORST Holiday Inn, in the nation. Under construction so very loud, couldn’t check in on time so when we were able had to wait for 30 other people and 1 hour past normal check in time. Went to breakfast at 8:50 and they were already cleaned out and juice machine was shut off. Employees here do not care.
