Front desk staff seemed understanding while working. They accepted written input for housekeeping and other requests. Housekeeping cleaned much of the room but left some messes, like brown material on a blue chair, or something smelly on the sink top. In the morning, they proactively asked if I was checking out before 11. I didn’t check-in early the previous day. It was pushy. The fitness center was missing most dumbbells of the set. There was a leak above the laundry washer in there. Breakfast was standard fare for properties of this tier of price.

Upon arrival and check in, walking down the corridor to our room, I was shocked that Best Western would but their name on this building. The corridor carpet was soiled and air smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room floors had an unsettling moisture to them, tiles in bathroom slippery and the carpet was damper in the morning than the night before. (We had the AC on which would have taken the humidity out of the air not created more on the carpet.) Once the car in the parking lot turned its blasting radio off at 1:30am we could try to get some sleep. The staff seemed friendly upon check in however didn’t get out of a lounge chair in the waiting room to check us out. He said, just leave the keys on the counter. The Continental breakfast consisted of two types of cereal a dozen small muffins and some apples. I wish I had taken some photos so you appreciate the text better. We had a mix up with our check in date which hotels.com did refund, which I am grateful for. Thank you

This property is best suited for late check-in, early check-out. I could not find anything on Orbitz about the time of the continental breakfast, but my experience with this type of property is always it opens at 6:00AM. The information card in the room said it opened at 6:00AM. I stood there waiting at 6:00AM, but the desk person informed me it opened at 7:00AM. Not convenient for a person traveling. There is only one entrance door to the property, and apparently it is the gathering spot for smokers. I had to navigate several smokers and a huge cloud of smoke to enter. Not very appealing, at all. Basically, this is a "get what you pay for" property.

This property is a mess. Outlets falling out of walls, non functional elevator, non functional phones, loud, a line at check in that stretched outside reception. The receptionist calling the security deposit a “fee” thus enraging guests for no reason. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

Unfortunately, although we purchased a non-smoking room, the entire facility smelled like smoke. Also, the premises were not secure nor were the common areas air conditioned. The lock on the room door did not function properly as well.

Plumbing in bathroom was bad and I was on the second floor no elevator 😔

This hotel absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke -had stained sheets- no extra pillows or bedding- and one of our beds was completely unstable. The breakfast room was not set for breakfast at 6-7- or 8am and a guy was sitting in there smoking- ugh!

This hotel is quite dingy, smells horrible and the pets bark all the time. It says it has a gym which is literally the only reason I booked it but on check in I was informed that all of the weights had been stolen. The Staff is lovely though.

We know everyone has problems and we understand. Had problem with no water, it would have been nice to inform us. Bathroom door does not close. It appears you are in a updating stage but it would probably be nicer to shut some rooms down and do upgrades than show a poor product. Homeless people out back is a big problem that should be addressed.

They city was not bad but the hotel was not clean. Had to kill a critter, blankets had holes and burn marks, stained towels had other people's hair...

Our stay at this property was very unpleasant. As soon and we walked into our room it smelled of smoke and musty basement. There was mold in the bathroom. In between the window and the ac unit and very clearly inside one of the frames art pieces on the wall. The bathtub also backed up when we showed. Rust stains on the towels. We were basically just showering and sleeping so we stuck it out instead of trying to find different lodging after traveling all day. The hotel registration desk staff were both friendly.

This is the worst hotel I have booked. The property was filthy with bags of trash in the hallway, dirty hall carpets, smells like cigarettes everywhere, the bathroom was dirty looking (I almost slipped stepping on the tile, the toilet didn’t flush, and the carpeting in the room was so damp your socks got soaked. The property pictures are very misleading. We checked out shortly after checking in.

The hotel was dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom and on in the refrigerator. The seers were not changed from previous guests and were dirty. I do not recommend had to go out at night to buy medicine for my daughter who got sick from the powder . I had to leave . I hope I get a refund

The place has a very bad odor, the rugs in the hallway are black with dirt, the beds are very uncomfortable and we bought a sheet set because the pillow cases and sheets were dirty. They have roaches and fleas because they allow pets there

This hotel needs to be closed as soon as possible, the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel we have ever seen, we were only there for 20 minutes and we ran out as fast as we could everything was very dirty, beds, bathroom, walls, TV didn't work, dirty mini fridge blood stains in the bathroom, cockroaches coming out of everywhere, sheets and blankets full of stains. extremely dirty carpets very strong cigarette smell. we checked in around 5:30, and checked out at 5:50 and we had to go back home because there were no rooms available around town. The family vacation turned into a disaster, we could no longer attend the Creation Museum with paid tickets, for the next day. I want my refund as soon as possible

The room we were given was infested with bugs. The hotel staff told us we’d get a refund because they had no other rooms available, and we had to get a different hotel. They told me I needed to go through Expedia for the refund, however, Expedia has told me that they cannot get ahold of the hotel and can’t provide a refund. Avoid at any cost!

The place smelled of mold and was absolutely absolutely disgusting. Stains on the comforter, it felt damp and the AC smell took my breath. We stayed for 30 minutes and checked out.

The property smelled awfull. The carpet was disgusting and hadn’t been swept, the linens were all stained and had hair all over them. The towels were disgusting. The walls were dirty. The tv didn’t work. The shower dripped 24/7. Etc….

Booked a room with king bed; was given a small room with two queens, and it REALLY smelled like smoke! Staff person, who was friendly, gave us another room, but said they had no king bed rooms left. Second room was acceptable. Will not stay here again; went "on the cheap," as we were just passing through for a night, but will pay for a better hotel, next time.

Room was clean. A little outdated but still clean and comfortable.

The beds were good

Overall, the hotel is in an ideal location for a wedding with family. The room had a lot of damage; bathroom door you could see a hole where someone punched it in. A wall mirror was missing, multiple drill marks around the new mirror in the bathroom so it looks like a prior guest had done a great deal of damage to the room and they tried to fix it as best they could. The bed was awesome along with the refrigerator and microwave - both were essential and fantastic. Staff was very friendly and guests were as well.

Absolutely Disappointed – Never Again I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. We stayed at SureStay by Best Western in Florence, KY, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke—even though it’s supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. We reserved two rooms, and both were in terrible shape. One of the rooms had a door that wouldn’t even latch properly, leaving us concerned about safety. The beds had cigarette burns in the bedding, the towels were stained and limited to just two per room, and there were only two pillows provided—hardly enough for even basic comfort. The bathtub was visibly dirty, and the nightstand looked like it had been ripped off the wall and screwed back in without care—it was so crooked nothing would stay on it. To make matters worse, we heard dogs barking inside the hotel all night long. The parking lot was poorly lit—if lit at all—which only added to the uneasy atmosphere. We were in town for a funeral and just needed a clean, safe place to sleep. Instead, I was embarrassed to think my clothes might smell like that hotel when I showed up to pay my respects. It was such a dismal experience that, had I been traveling alone, I would have rather slept in my car. Unfortunately, we had too many people with us to make that an option. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Average hotel, nothing really stood out to me. Only issue i had was that the hot water never really got hot enough to take a shower.

The rooms were just a tad too tight. It was very hard for two people to move around at the same time. Another foot or two between the end of the bed and the dresser/desk would have made things much easier. I felt like I was crammed into a sardine can.

External condition of hotel was nice enough. The interior was dirty, carpets were filthy, with mismatched entry doors, marred walls, just not a candidate for any future stay.

More than what you pay for…. You get a lot more than what you expect for the price. Great service clean room also did I say EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Listen your not staying at the Ritz-Carlton, but for the service, price and a proper clean room I’m a happy camper!

My husband and I couldn't check-in and were left out on the street in the middle of the night. Even though we called twice to warn them about our flight delay. They said "no problem, we'll wait for you". When we arrived the reception area was empty, not a soul around. We called, left voice mails - crickets. After half an hour we left and found ourselves another hotel.

All the staff was excellent.

A white Tesla woke me up in the middle of the night blaring its music. When I woke the next morning, the owner was cleaning it and showing it off to someone. I asked The woman at the front desk if that person was an employee, she said that he was a supervisor. So I approached, wanting to discuss what happened the previous night and asked if he were a supervisor. I had to ask three times before he finally said that he was, and when I explain to him that he pulled up last night at a rather late, our blaring his music, he proceeded to say that he did not wake me up. He explained to me that his glass on his Tesla is acoustic glass, and therefore no sound could possibly ever have escape from it. I expressed my displeasure at this, and we got into a rather heated discussion. He approached me aggressively telling me to get away when I was nearly four feet from him. He continue to argue with me regarding it before finally offering a refund when I said I’d take it, he turned to the other gentleman with him and said see that’s all they want. This understandably made the situation far worse we continued to argue back-and-forth. He continued to tell me to go inside, go inside, go inside to the office, and when I said I would follow him in he did not want to do that. He decided to stand there, staring me down and said “I could sit here all day”. After standing in silence for what seemed like a couple minutes, staring me in the eyes, he finally said, what do you hope to accomplish..

Rooms smelled asked front desk if I could get another room, the second room smelled even worse. I checked out the next day before check out time and they still billed me. Stay away horrible management.

Great staff and great place to stay

They switched my room three times because they were all dirty and unmade beds. There were other customers there that were having the same issue as I was as well.

The staff was helpful and wonderful. They made booking the stay easy and efficient.

First room was not cleaned up by a maid. Second room was properly set up. No info was given about timing of breakfast. Missed breakfast. No sign alerting us about breakfast. Complained to clerk and he said that he was not asked about breakfast and went back texting behind counter

They canceled my reservation like 2-3 days before it was time for me stay. And since the rooms on here are non refundable, I was stuck scrambling at the last minute to find somewhere to stay. And the worst part is, they made it sound like the whole hotel was shut down, but I drove past the building and there were several dozen cars in the lot, sure looked like they were open. I think they canceled on me because there was a jazz festival in town and they could have jacked up their prices, but I got my room for so cheap. They are obviously still getting my money, and they were able to rent my room out at a higher rate

In a good area with alot of stuff around it. Great rate for the accomodations. Professional and polite staff.

located in a very sketchy area. upon arrival the outside reeked of marijuana . very weird entrance as it is not marked well. Get what you pay with this place. Rooms in need of much repair, Very loud. Would not recommend if you have little ones with you. Did not feel really safe with the family staying here. There was a Waffle House across the street so that was its only saving grace.

When we pulled in, we knew we had made a mistake. Garbage, liquor bottles and ppl hanging out in parking lot. Check in qas a nice person but the building is dirty and in need of remodeling .

Do not feel safe. Homeless people on property and a man walking outside door with no shirt.

Very quiet, safe feeling, great staff, good breakfast,convenient to everything, clean and nice setting. Would stay again, hated to have to stay at another hotel due to Expedia mess up on booking. Will never use them again cause they can’t do their job.

I had very good stay. The hotel is located minutes from the interstate. Has many restaurants and stores located within walking distance. Has a bus stop that will take you into downtown Cincinnati in about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was big and spacious. Price was much cheaper than other hotels. Only negative was hotel is very dated and needs renovations

This hotel was clean. The front desk was not staffed when we checked out at 1045am so just left them a note. The breakfast was fine. No other meals served but plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Florence Mall and 30 minute drive to the Ark Encounter. This hotel is a good value.

Missed breakfast twice because we were told breakfast was from 6 to 9 went down at 8am nothing and no one there. Asked front desk and they told us 6 to 9 and then missed it the next as well because they stpped again at 8am. No remote for tv and carpet dirty in room

This hotel spelled like mildew and smoke even though it stated it was a smoke free hotel. Breakfast was not real great, gravy was cold with the biscuits. The staff was very friendly and help ful in getting another room.

Not a good place to stay. TV remote is not working. The place has awful smell. From the terrible stairs through walking down the hallway it smells like musty odors. Doesn’t look and fells clean at all. One bed has stained bedding. We arrived late already so we did not bother to have it changed. We just slept in 1 bed. TV remote was not working. Continental breakfast are toast, no cream cheese or anything besides butter, cereals, orange and yogurt. Drinks are coffee and orange juice. No water. Pls note they don’t allow eating and bringing of food outside the breakfast area.

The room was clean and in really good shape. You definitely get a quality room for the vslur price. My kids also liked the hotel. The breakfast was alright too. Food was average but well stocked. I would stay there again.

Grounds are run down, grass unkept and completely loaded with dog poop. Door key card/access barely works, corridors filthy stained carpet. Room fair, only had to kill one cockroach, tub that barely drains, feels like taking a bath instead of a shower. The breakfast was a joke with Fruitloops and raisin bran cereal, gallon jugs of milk to pour out of, quacker oatmeal, bread for toast, chocolate hostess donettes. and walmart yogurt! Very noisey with dogs barking and kids yelling. Saw a dude hauled off in handcuffs. Would recommend looking elsewhere!
