Very positive experience with an overnight stop due to inclement weather/roads. Amy at the front desk was friendly and helpful and gave me a free room upgrade. The room was very clean, comfortable, and remarkably quiet. I used the fitness room in the morning and found the equipment in good working order. Thank you!

We stayed here at Best Western last year. The breakfast and service is great. Alicia has a great personality and talked to us. We will definitely be back Sept. 22 next month. The hotel is always clean and the pool is great.

The check in was not the best, the elevator was not working correctly. It kept getting stuck on the the 2nd floor, our room was on the 3rd. After trying two times to go to the 3rd floor, while the elevator was making a loud banging noise and dropping back down to the 2nd floor, we went back to the front desk. My husband made it to the 3rd floor finally, but when I tried again it made the same banging noise and dropped to the 2nd floor again. When i went back to the front desk the guy said it was working and my husband had made it. He then proceeded to take me up to the 3rd floor, treating me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, only for me to find out later he was with my husband on the 3rd floor, heard the loud banging noise, appear to be surprised. My husband told him that's what was happening and yet he acting as if there was nothing wrong with the elevator. I would not recommend this place at all.

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable enough. However, the pool was closed because they were renovating and we specifically wanted a place with a pool. There were no warnings about that. Also, our air conditioner didn’t work well so our room was quite hot. We couldn’t look out our window because it was covered for renovations. The front desk area smelled like smoke when we walked in.

Good service from the desk. The property is a bit run down. Fun salt water swimming pool for the kids. Clean rooms. Pretty good breakfast. Fairly quiet despite the location in very busy section of town.

The front entry smelled like pot all the way through the first floor. Really stinky and offputting. Obvious that the workers smoke in the vestibule. Sheets were clean but had gaping holes in them. It was hard to tell who worked there because there were no uniforms, name tags, or anything worn except by the housekeeper. The housekeeper was kind and helpful. Probably would pay more and stay somewhere else next time.

Room smelled terrible and was filthy. Chunks of “something” on the ceiling and walls. When we walked in the room an industrial size air purifier was blasting - likely an attempt to mask the smell. When asked to switch rooms there was nothing available even when I explained the state of the room. Would not recommend and would not go back.

As soon as we walked into the room there was a musty sour smell. Not sure if it was the AC unit or the bed linens or what. My daughter wouldn’t sleep under the covers; thankfully we had a blanket in the car.

We did not stay. The first room looked very clean and had been freshly remodeled but it smelled very moldy and you could see the mold under there paint. Front desk was very nice and offered another room so we looked at it and it turned out to be worse. We all have allergies to mold and told the front desk we just couldn’t stay. Our reservation was canceled but we had to find a place to stay at 9:30 pm.

Price good, room was clean ,nice however no USB ports in room. First room I’ve been to in a while. It did not have any USB charging anywhere. Bathroom ceiling fan flashlight had no bulb that worked.

On arrival, the rep was friendly and efficient. When we entered our room it had a strong smell (cigars?). We asked the receptionist about changing rooms and he said they were sold out and we couldn’t switch. As the night progressed it was clear that the hotel was nowhere near fully booked. He then offered to put an air cleaner in the room. Upon our return from dinner there was no air cleaner. The hotel in general is tired and in need of updating. Our room was smelly with a cracked sink and tiles.

Staff nice but dead bolt not working and solution wasn’t great…pet friendly room on ground floor. No other similar rooms on top floor but not many cars in parking so wasn’t sure of truth. Strong musty smell in room. Besides smell, room was clean, bathroom clean and good shower, comfortable bed.

Hotel being renovated now. We found that in the early morning hours that the front desk was empty. We even called and nobody picked up. One of the front desk associates hand wrote and a note and posted on our door that someone was there, but we were not the only people to notice. We checked out today around 6am and again, nobody there.

The girl at the reception desk was sooo unfriendly and totally not helpful…. Was more concerned with her friends sitting in the commons area…. Asked several times for help and was ‘snubbed’ the guy at the desk in the morning was outside talking on his cell phone and we had to wait for him to check us out…. I cancel my room for our way back… never again! Curious…. If all BW’s are like this?

Upon arriving the staff were friendly and professional. I had trouble with my computer and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He also suggested restaurants which were excellent. Quietest stay I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Hotel and room was very clean. The the front desk help was detailed and specific during check in. The facility is located a bit back from the main road in a quieter area that seemed safe to park your vehicle without concern of items that may be left inside. Breakfast was well stocked and food was standard fare for this level of hotel.

My room was clean & spacious. The hot breakfast in the morning was good. The location was good for both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. There were restaurants, shopping malls & stores and a theater near by. Easy on/off to I-71 & I-75 freeways.

This hotel met our needs. We stayed here during our trip to the Creation Museum and the Ark encounter. It's a good medium spot between the 2 locations and CVG airport. The rooms were adequate, good water pressure and beds comfortable enough. Parking was free and the area felt safe. Carpet however has a smell, especially in the hallways but not so bad in our room. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, the biscuits and gravy was excellent. The food lady worked very hard in refilling the dishes for everyone. The staff over all were pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed that the pool was not available during our stay as the kids were looking forward to it. All in all, good value for the money. We would stay here again!

The room was pretty clean, I did find 2 long hairs on the sheets. Sinks and shower were clean and shower was hot. Breakfast was crowded and under staffed. Coffee ran out, and we spent some time waiting on food to be refilled.

Hotel was nice, clean enough and very quiet and comfortable. Only real problem was breakfast. They were out of cups, forks, biscuits etc - it was hit or miss what was available. When I asked the employee if they were going to restock the items and food that were out, she said yes and very unhappily replaced forks and coffee cups. No additional food was put out.

Overall, not bad for 1 nite, but very stingy with everything, No Pen & Paper in the room only could get at the desk was given old cut up invoices! No cable guide! Breakfast was very un-inspiring! Only bad eggs and bacon and the rest just the was basic vending machine items Juice machine broke. very tight, stuff on every nook and cranny, had to look around to find things! F Finally wake up was 1/2 hr. late!!

Needs updated but a nice place to stay, quiet (unless airplanes fly over), very clean and friendly staff. I feel once they updated, the price might be worth it. Breakfast was very limited and the pictures and actual are very different. If You find a deal, it’s nice, I wouldn’t pay what the best western website and customer Service was giving!
