The room was quite nice and the staff were very friendly but we were less than impressed with the pool and the food. The pool railing at the steps came out of the concrete when using it and the ladder in the pool was also unsteady with the base of one of the railings also coming out from the concrete. In addition, the pool was not heated and it was miserably cold. We were very disappointed because that was one of the big reasons that we came to the hotel and we couldn't enjoy the pool. We were also looking forward to the breakfast but were not thrilled. The flavor of the hot food was mediocre at best and most of the other offerings were packed with sugar. We've stayed at other hotel chains with fewer star ratings that have provided an outstanding breakfast. So, with a few minor fixes, it could easily turn our good stay this time into an great one next time.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in the last year. Our room this time was a little underwhelming. The bed wasn’t as comfortable, the shower curtain was dirty and looked like hadn’t been washed in a long time and the air conditioner kicked on and off all night the first night and never cooled the room. I also realize we visited in a heat wave but the second night it worked just fine. We were also locked out of our room the second afternoon and had to get our keys redone. The breakfast is a wonderful selection and was very good. The staff are also extremely helpful and even offered to take our luggage to our room when we got there. We would definitely stay again, just think it’s an older hotel that needs a few little upgrades :)

Room was nice but had an odd, unpleasant smell as did the hallway. Hair dryer was broken so we had to wait for another. Checkin was slow. The staff was nice and accommodating. Housekeeping the next morning knocked at 9:00 to clean saying the information she had was we had checked out. Well look for another place for future visits.

Very outdated the ceilings had water stains. The rooms and hallways had an awful smell to them. Staff was wonderful and it was nice having the transportation to the airport. But I will not stay there again.

The hotel is very clean, my room was very comfortable, I made myself right at home. The shower was nice and hot and the bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here and I plan to stay again in the very near future. I highly recommend this establishment.

Noisy swamp cooler 1960's AC. Woke us up everytime it kicked in and room still felt damp set at 65. Broken night stand. Bath faucet barely reached the sink. It's hard to wash your hands banging the side of the sink. I'm not a fan of 200 lb sliding bbathroom doors.

Shower curtain and rod damaged. Impossible to not get water all over the floor. ACdid not function correctly. Fan only setting did not work. Room was poorly lit. Desk light had ancient florescent bulb that barely glowed. Work required squinting. I am a Hilton honors member and this place was worst ever. May as well go to days inn or red roof. Switching to Fairfield inns from now on.

Staff very friendly and helpful, though extremely loud in and out of doors all night. The hotel must have very thin walls because you can hear everything. The traffic outside is very loud. I didnt sleep well at all and when I did I was woke up every little while with loud noise. They also use a very strong perfume-like deodorizer. Its overwhelming.

The hotel was extremely clean FYI if you want your room cleaned you have to ask for it they do not automatically clean your room and if you do not want to be disturbed make sure you put your sign on the outside of your door their breakfast and their staff were amazing the rooms are extremely small The View was spectacular of the City of Florence you could walk to several restaurants and stores we went to the ark encounter and the Creation Museum this hotel was right in the middle

This was the worst Hampton I have ever been in. No closet instead a niche with a curtain. One chair in a room for 4 people and you couldn't have gotten another chair in the room. A Motel 6 room for the price of a Hampton Suite. No microwave. Baskets on rollers inside a cabinet for a dresser. The room was hot. Made coffee with water from the bathroom sink. No pads or pens to write. Never will stay at this place again. May have to find another chain.

1. Free shuttle took 20 minutes for airport pickup. 2. Noone was at front desk on arrival. 3. The lock on the room door didn't secure properly,the ceiling above the bathtub was leaking and curiously the closet in the room was a curtain across an alcove that may have been a window once.

The lady that checked me in was very stoic & said no more than absolutely necessary. Maybe it was because i walked in outfitted as a biker. Maybe she just had a bad day. The rooms are very small. I was expecting a normal size Hampton Inn with a chaise to sit in. The only chair was a rolling office chair. And i was in a single queen. Called to inquire after an upgrade and was told all the rooms were the same size. This should be on the listing! Micro rooms! Beyond that everything was good.

I have come to expect a certain quality out of the Hampton Hotels and I don't mind paying for that. This hotel was horrible. The only thing good were the employees. I paid for the double room and got a regular room with 2 queen beds shoved in it. One chair. No microwave. No pens, pencil or pad to make notes. No info on places to order food. No closet just a curtain in front of a niche to hide the ironing board, iron and hooks to hang clothes on. There is more but there is not enough room for all of it. I feel like I basically paid a Hampton price for a Motel 8 room. Will never stay here again.

The overnight front desk clerk was so helpful. I had signed up for a 4 a.m. airport shuttle and she helped me to make the shuttle as well as checkout over the phone from the airport due to an oversight on my part. She really went the extra mile. I am very grateful for your great customer service.

We checked in Friday and out Sunday, the entire time we were there no one serviced our room. We saw several house keeping staff and even told the front desk on 2 occasions and still no one came. Very disappointing!!! We finally got clean towels and trash pick up the day we checked out!

I appreciate the staff upon arrival. Very attentive, shuttle bus came to airport to pick up guests. What I didn't appreciate was the miscommunication between staff considering the guest request. I had requested for a late check-out the first night I arrived at the hotel. When it was time to check-out, I felt harassed. Not only did the housekeeper knock on the door several times asking did we request a late check-out, someone called from the front desk. It was annoying and quite nerve-racking. If you can not accommodate guests with a late check-out, just say so.

Let me say the maintenance person was very helpful and advocated for us to get a different room. The front desk lady insisted there were no more rooms. On arrival toilet was broken and overflowing into the bathroom floor. Room smelled of stale, humid funk. Finally in the top floor, room better. No acknowledgement or attempt to rectify or compensate by front desk persons. I could hear maintenance fellow insist we needed another room. He went and got the key. Disappointed and tired.

I would have to say this was a good stay. I can't rate all 5 stars just because for the price, amenities could have been better. The breakfast buffet was just ok with bagels dry and hard, milk constantly running out but a decent variety. Rooms were clean and like all hotels, the sink faucet is unconvienently located but that is like any place you stay. Walls are quite a bit thin. That would be the biggest downfall of the place. Location was pretty good. I had 2 different bus routes near by to use cheap public transportation. For the couple of times I used Uber, the price was really good for the distance traveled. Oh and you can't beat free airport transportation to and from the airport. Service was great. Cody at the front desk greeted me at 2am when i arrived and made me feel really welcome.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast. We stay at Hampton Inns quite often while driving for business and most of the breakfasts are just not as good as they used to be. But this Hampton Inn was different. I felt like Arleen cooked breakfast just for us! The potatoes were real freshly cooked potatoes seasoned just right. Overall, the whole staff was friendly but Arleen was wonderful!
