There were good and not so good things. Although the staff was friendly, I was getting mixed/conflicting answers from the employees. The parking lot was filled with really bad potholes so it was hard to maneuver around them because parking was tight to begin with. When we called to confirm the reservation, I was told the pool heater was broken and then at check in, I was told it was fixed but would take a while to heat back up. I was frustrated because that was the main reason we picked it and there was no notification that it was down. If we knew, we would have selected another hotel. There was chewing gum on the pool floor that was the there every time we went to swim. There was a pretty big stain on the sofa and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall there were a lot of things that seemed run down but pretty clean besides the gum. Breakfast was crowded and not enough seating. Also the tater tots were cold and gross even when they had just refilled them. One positive is the room size was great! For 2 adults and 4 kids, I didn’t feel cramped. The one tv was rough though because only the sofa or the beds could be watching , not both. There wasn’t anything major that would cause us to not come back, however I did feel like it was a little overpriced and nothing to make me wanna come back. It wasn’t bad for like a one or two night stay.

I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to park there…where else would I park if I’m staying at your hotel?? And it’s not just a few dollars either. Main reason I picked this hotel was because there was an indoor pool that my family and I could swim in on our free time. The pool was so cold it was unbearable to get in. It was also very dirty. The hotel overall is outdated and the breakfast area in the morning is filthy and not kept up with.

We booked this hotel for a Flag football tournament. We had eight children with us who were ready to swim, but when we got there, we were told the pool was out of order. In addition, the “restaurant“ was not even a restaurant. There was no one working there, and there was no bartender. The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold.

This Hyatt is pretty bad. The first problem is that it’s falling apart. The doorknob to the bathroom, shower curtain, and ice bucket were all broken. It was also dirty. The sheets were dirty, the shower had lots of pubes in it, even the glasses were still dirty. Also, those definitely aren’t queen-sized beds.

The Hyatt was clean, well managed and reasonably priced. Room 505 was a large semi suite with two double beds in the sleeping area and a fold out couch in sitting area. Everything was very clean. The hotel is almost 30 years old but was renovated within the last 6 years. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

Strange super dated rooms that definitely need to be brought into this century with a remodel. More expensive than it should have been. Place was clean, cleaning staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. The only thing is would improve is the TV. It would be nice to have a smart tv where you could connect your phone to and stream from Netflix, etc. I would be using my own account so its not an expense on the hotel. The tvs are just outdated. But for a 3 star hotel it was a nice pleasant stay.

Double room was the perfect size for my family of 6 for a one night stay for cheer competition weekend. Had the two double beds, plus a couch that turned into a bed as well. Great. Breakfast, overall very clean and accommodating!

We were down the corridor from the elevator equipment room which had the door propped open allowing the extremely loud noise to travel through the 1st floor wing of the hotel. The noise could be heard in our room through the closed door. It was very disturbing.

The hotel was adequate except that one of the 2 rooms I booked the door lock quit working the 2nd day there & was discovered to need replacement which wd be after we left..inconvenient while still there & reqd staff to unlock door. On 2nd day morning after leaving hotel, my son-in-law went back to hotel to retrieve sm bracelet his son had lost in the room. We forgot reg was in my name for both rooms. He wasn't allowed access; he understood when explained. However, morning desk clerk started raising her voice & loudly making a scene in front of the entire lobby & breakfast eaters. He had said he understood why he cdn't access room but she had no reason to raise her voice at him because he was not arguing with her. He asked her to lower her voice and calm down. She was just making a scene to embarrass him for no reason. He was not arguing w her & accepted the situation. He said at minimum he did not want anyone to go into the room to clean or otherwise. I was so embarrassed for him when he got back with us and explained what had occurred because he is a fairly laid back person & himself rather quiet. This was so uncalled for. We let management know how rude she was. In fact even the maintenance person who came to try to fix door lock when we returned later had heard about what went on. Also, didn't realize they had paid parking. Unlikely we wd go back to this Hyatt.

Very poor check in service. After driving 4 hours through thunderstorms and arriving at 1:30 a.m., front desk person had no reservation under my name. I showed her receipt, confirmation, etc. and she argued with me saying she isn't sure what to do. She then realized after 15 minutes that Hotels.com reservations are in a different system. Then, she said it would be another 15 minutes for her system to update. 30 minute check in at 1:30 a.m. is unacceptable.

Staff was very friendly, however , we arrived 2 hours early (after a 15 hour drive), our room was ready but they would not allow us to access our room without a $20.00 fee. We were exhauated, so we paid the fee. We booked a four night stay and we just felt this fee was very unnecessary, lacked hospitality and showed zero value for the customer. The room was ready!!! Why not allow the customer to get to the room so they can unpack and rest. I've never had to pay a fee before so it gave us a bad impression the first few minutes of being there. The breakfast was not good, could not eat it. All the staff were very friendly. The room was okay, some cosmetic things that need attention but it was clean. I probably wont stay at this hotel again due to the mentioned reasons as there are several other hotel options in the same location, with price point being about the same.

Room was quiet. Only warm water in shower. Stayed 4 nights got clean towels once. Breakfast was mostly empty bowls due to the fact that they only had one person trying to keep up with the guests. Also the coffee urns were empty for 15 or 25 minutes before full ones were brought out, also by the same guy that was trying to keep up. This was all 4 mornings. We were able to make 2 cups in the room. But no one replenished during the 4 days.

We had a great three day stay over spring break. The pool area is not heated, and it was cold. But my kids still went swimming. I enjoyed the fact that we were often the only people in the pool, so it was quiet. The location was perfect for us as we went to the Ark, the aquarium, and into Cincinnati. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, and either tator tots or french toast sticks, along with yogurt, granola, three cold cereals, a variety of breads to toast, oatmeal, and waffle mix to make yourself. There was also coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and a variety of milk (including oat milk). Breakfast was often busy, but they kept the food and coffee stocked. The beds were comfortable, the towels plush, the room clean.

The room was fairly clean like an average hotel. The shower would not fully come on(when pulling knob lots of water rushed into lower portion) so the pressue was low. Also 2 of 5 machines were down in the gym. Lastly, the breakfast service was a mess. The original offerings were ok but there were not enough plates, the food was not replenished. The area was messy with food spills. They also ran out of coffee and it was not replenished.
