Amazing location and love the indoor dining and beverages!

Amenities weren’t quite as expected. The Bistro was closed due to being short-staffed. There wasn’t the Brita water fountain as advertised, although water was provided in the lobby.

My rating is based on my other experiences with courtyards in particular, and this one was well above average. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the free 24 hour shuttle is great, and we used most of the common areas for our event as well as the conference room and we’re well taken care of in all areas. The food at the bistro, the breakfast burrito in particular, was fantastic, and the lady who was working the kitchen, made an incredible sandwich and salad for us all. The rooms were comfortable an updated and had all the accommodations. Just wish the place had a pool on site.

We have stayed at this particular Courtyard 3 times and the staff has always been extremely friendly. Very few hotels now have private balconies which my husband and I enjoy. Of course the outdoor fire pit is an added bonus as well. Great way to relax with a beverage and converse with fellow travelers.

The staff was friendly, gave recommendations to place to eat, and let you know about the Bistro onsite. The room was very clean and have many options for charging my cell phone and other electronics. The bathroom was clean and provided the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would stay here again.

Room was not stocked with tissues or coffee,cups or wash clothes. Maid service needs improvement..had to get items from front desk different times.. Hotel is in need of maintance and deep cleaning. Several doors on the third floor were damaged..elevator and Laundry room were flithy.

My daughter called the hotel itself before making the reservation to check on the room type she was going to book for me and was given the wrong information. Upon check-in I tried to pay the additional fee for the room type I wanted and the front desk person refused to do it because my daughter booked the room online. When we entered the room there were ants everywhere! They were crawling all over the desk and dresser or counter or whatever you want to call it. I called the front desk and he said he would change my room. Well, that was nice of him! He moved me from the first floor to the second floor. Did I mention that I am disabled and I have to use a scooter as I can only walk around 10 steps? In the second room all was fine until I woke up around midnight and found ants crawling all over the night stand. The only things I had on there was a bottle of water and my phone. Nothing that would attract ants. I had not put anything on the desk for fear there could be ants there too when I changed rooms, so I didn't get up and look over there. I didn't see any ants on the bed so I didn't call the front desk right then. I did tell them about it in the morning and I checked out a day earlier than I was supposed to. I was told they would see if there was anything they could do to adjust my bill because of the ant problem. I'm sure if it happened to me in 2 rooms on 2 separate floors it happened to other people too!

The property sits right off the interstate and it was very loud. The room was dirty, under the couch the previous people left a sock and food. The shower had hair on the shampoo bottles. Just overall felt dirty.

This hotel is about 15 minutes from the reds Stadium which was good but the lady that checked us in was VERY RUDE. Also, the room had an odd smell. The shower door would NOT stay closed when you showered so the floor got wet. The bathroom smelled dirty. I would NOT stay here again.

Hotel was nice but the room was lacking. Bed was the worst i have ever had, pillows bad. The AC would not run continuously so the noise from the highway was bad. The couch in the sitting room was awful.

Great stay. Only thing I would change is which side of the hotel I was in. Heard a lot of road noise.

The loveseat was uncomfortable and the bed was hard as a rock. There was no tub in the bathroom and we were not informed about that nor offered the possibility of a room with such accommodations. We were charged twice for wifi we did not buy nor use.

The front desk employee, a gentleman, was so amazingly good and kind. The hotel room was nice size and had a small couch. My only complaint would be we had a lot of outside noise the first night well passed 1 a.m. People yelling and car honking... Kinda odd, we were on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was really great and we would stay again.

feels more like a motel than a Marriott -- small sink, shower, room, barely enough room around the bed. Low water pressure. Bed was super comfortable though. Not great value for the price.

The menu sucks, and breakfast was muffins, cereal or fruit, at a ridiculous price. I’m normally good at making sure I book a hotel with free breakfast, but I screwed up on this one. Definitely will be more careful when booking, going forward.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Justin at the front desk got me checked in and was very forthcoming with what I needed to know to enjoy my stay. I had come in late from the airport and was in my room quickly. Breakfast the next morning was not that great. The lady running the Bistro Was SUPER nice and I loved her, but the Breakfast burrito was cold on the inside. There were several other people ordering at the time and she was all by herself, so I did not take the time to complain. I have had worse, but it was the most negative part of my stay.

Wonderful attentive staff

This is a super old and run down hotel. Booked a "King bed with Sofa Bed" and received a King room with disabled facilities/ bathroom. In addition the room was facing the main highway and the noise of the traffic and trucks was unbearable. Couldn\'t sleep. Spoke to hotel and there was nothing they could do -they really didn\'t even care! Super disappointed and wouldn\'t recommend this place.

I booked the hotel on Friday and immediately learned that I could not make the trip and tried to cancel but was not permitted to cancel. Both the flight and rental car allow cancelation - why not the hotel? I am a Bonvoy member and talked with several different folks who would not grant me a refund. This is a bad policy. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Bigby coffee also excellent nearby.

It snowed while I was there and the staff cleaned off my car. Great service!

We were told you could buy breakfast and coffee but did not see either available prior to leaving.

Great location. Staff was very helpful and kind. The only beef I had was that it did not have free breakfast included, like I'm pretty certain was stated on the Expedia description. (When I mentioned this inaccurate description, the front desk staff partially rectified it. The only breakfast available was for purchase and the portions were out of wack and they were out of multiple items and some of the descriptions were inaccurate. Overall though, we had a smooth and pleasant stay.
