This is a motel more than hotel. They don't have a breakfast they put out packaged pastries oatmeal and some cereal. Right next to 2 major truck stops so can be loud. Bed hard. Very basic

The room was ok. But i didn't like the fact that it was next to a truckstop right of a highway. Great for human trafficking. Watch your kids. No bed bugs in room 204. Booked for two days. After staying first night we left the room next morning to explore some. We came back around 130 and jumped in the pool. The guy from the desk aaked us which room we were in so i was suspicious and watched my door from the pool. I went back to my room and my door key wouldn't work. I wwnt to desk and they used the exist that i have to renew the key after checkout hours. Which was 11am. Although we had already Re-entered the room after that time. It was only after asking what room i was in did the key not work. I would understand if i want staying both nights or if this is the case in every event, they sound have told me at check in.

Liked the pool area. Room was nice, bed was hard. Did not care for the breakfast options. Easy access just of the main highway. Delicious Mexican restaurant just down the street. Was next to a service station for semi, room faced that commotion.

water all over bathroom floor room smelt musty didnt want to give towels to clean water up off floor dead bugs on floor meaning housekeeping didnt run sweeper stains on bed sheets like they were not changed and the worse sh*t on the tiolet seat and top of tank hasnt been cleaned or wiped in several visits terrible place probably second worse place I stayed at didnt even go back for second night called and told them it was bad not returning Orbitz should not list this place for their benefit.

It was all about the sink. The room was not clean. When I walked in and turned on the sink area light, it looked like the sink had a decorative pattern. It wasn't decoration though, it was hair in the sink. It looked like someone clipped their beard in there and it wasn't cleaned out. The sink ran extremely slow, so it may be a continuing problem. The bed was clean though.

Woke up to bed bugs crawling on the sheets/pillows. We killed at least 7 if them as we were packing our stuff. Called the front office and was told before barely explaining the problem that it would be taken care of. The manager was called on site and immediately offered a full refund due to the conditions

The AC was off in the room when we arrived and it smelled musty and like cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). We had to turn the AC on and leave at 11pm to wait for the ~90 degree room to cool down. I turned the bathroom fan on to help air out the smell, and an intake vent smelled like it was blowing cigarette smoke directly into the bathroom… disappointing!

The bathroom was very clean. There were bugs on the floor. There was hair all over the floor and the sink. I did not even dare sleep inside the blankets, not to mention they booked a smoking room.

These rooms are motel style and very outdated. Our room was non-smoking however I could still smell old cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. Old stains throughout, just gave me the yucky vibes. We needed a cot- which they had none left when we got there, so we had to make a bed with what we had for one of the kids to sleep on the floor. Breakfast was less than simple but the kids still grabbed something small. It was ok for a quick night sleep, but I would find an alternative stay next time.

Hotel room itself was very clean. Door was broken, did not lock and had obviously been that way for some time. Upon check in you are met with a girl in a secure booth. That says something. But, she was friendly and the morning staff were friendly. Breakfast was so so. Overall, with the price point we were pleased.

My problem with my stay are the Birds up all night long chirping all night long . I don’t know if it’s the bright lights outside that has them confused .. but it was annoying. I noticed they cut all the branches off the trees that border the parking lot , I Assume to fix problem but it didn’t work . Even with fan on high and a pillow over my head I can still hear chirping ALL NIGHT LONG .. now I have to find a different place to stay on my trips … SAD !

It is conveniently located right off the highway but theres limited eating options and its right next to a truck stop. My room was not bad, however, it smelled heavily like ciggerettes. But the bed was comfortable. Ac worked great and the room clean.

The people are rude.... They bugged you every day even when you have a do not disturb on the door.. They made me change my room because someone else reserved my room.... Don't know why he just didn't put dude in the room he was swapping me to same room.... Then only gave me 30 minutes to switch rooms and then kept rushing me to get my stuff out of the room after I had renewed my room they are very rude and disrespectful so even if you put the do not disturb on the door they will still bother you.... They didn't care if your kids are awake at 9:00 in the morning they are coming to bang on your door

We checked in at 11pm tired from driving 9 hours. Went to the room and the key cards didn’t work so I went back to the desk and she gave me new keys and said if these don’t work she may have to open it with a key. I go back up and again they didn’t work either. I go back down while my family is standing outside and she is taking care of another customer so I wait and after about 8 minutes she says I will open the door for you we don’t rent this room very much. So she opened it with a real key and walked away, I said so I don’t get a key to my room? She says the manager will be in at 6 am. We sleep and leave the kids in the room while we went to the lobby for coffee and the manager, I told him we don’t have a key and his reply was to yell at me and ask my room number and told me he would open my door for me. That was not acceptable. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. He was mean to me and very rude. When you pay for a room I expect to have a key to get in without having to ask a manager to let me in. I will never stay there again

Staff was rude. Went to get my deposit and they had someone go check the room for damages and missing items and the house keeper said the room was a mess because the beds were slept in and we left an empty drink box by the door. The room was nasty when we got there. We pulled back the blankets and there was trash and big black dirt spots on the sheets but they was mad about an empty box by the door.

This was a great location for me to get the rest i needed. I traveled 3 hours from home to visit my brother and he recommended this property. I was able to rest and regroup before heading home. As a travel advisor if I have a client headed to this area I’d definitely recommend. It is a good quality budget friendly location.

If you say you serve breakfast, then serve breakfast! The only breakfast foods available were a couple of bruised apples, and a waffle you can make for yourself. Since the waffles were the only choice, there were eight people in line to make there own waffles. at 2.5 minutes per waffle we opted to go somewhere else and buy breakfast.
