Called and was told there was a pool, they do have one but it’s not open it is in disrepair don’t seee it opening at all ever Poor WiFi, no where to walk your dog no outdoor space anywhere

Very nice staff. Super clean they changed my sheets any time I asked them to. Beautiful white towels every time they brought new. My kids felt safe most important of all.

Just overlay on our way to New Orleans! Big deal on hotels. Com bed was comfortable! Hotel old and needs updates! Very nice woman checked me in! Was very accommodating as the system booked the wrong room! Thank up c b

Advertised as handicap accessible, toilet and sink were; however the shower has a tub, so not accessible for people with mobility issues or in a wheel chair. Door to the room engaged the deadbolt when we left and we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get back in the room. The mattress on one side is worn out and has a depression that you get stuck in when laying down.

I was enraged when I saw my door quietly open and someone peeking through the crack. House keeping does not have the right to open my door without knocking or saying anything especially when the do not disturb sign is hanging there! I'm still appalled by this and wonder how often they do it. It's not a safe place when anyone can walk in your room unannounced. BTW it was about 9am, two hours before check out. I peeled out of this creepy place!

Person on duty very rude. Try to put me in a smoking room when I when I reserved a non-smoking room. Then, when I went back up to the counter to get another room, he was very rude to me said I reserved a smoking room. I hadn’t smoked a cigarette in 56 years then when I left that he gave me another key for another room and took the key from the room that originally gave me room 117 and then I had to go back again and get my key back because I had left my luggage in the room and then the guy didn’t come back to the window for at least five minutes and made me stand out to give me another key back to the room, the place in Franklin Kentucky is a dumb I would not recommend it to anyone nor would I recommend super eight hotels.

It was almost impossible to check in, I thought the guy was going to cal the police on me because I had an active laid flr reservation and he said it was cancelled but doesn’t knkw why or by who. Regardless took 3 hours until 2:15am to check in

Well, I booked your Hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn’t have a reservation for me but online it said that it was active and I could do my receipt and everything and I literally had to wait three hours to finally get it figured out to where I can Get what I paid for and the guy was really nice and super helpful buddy. He promised me a refund for my entire stay and I called today and they told me that in the note he said that he has to get permission from his manager and was never told so I feel like that’s kind of a messed up thing to do or say

When we booked on expedia it stated it had breakfast included when we checked in the person stated they discontinued breakfast. Our TV In our room did not work and when I called the office he stated he was one one working and was one of the last rooms and offered no help to us. If I did not book in advance on expedia we would have never stayed here and we are very reluctant to stay at another Super 8.
