Very clean hotel, friendly staff on checkout. Only let down by a lack of AC (set to max and it was at least over 20c) and pillows being a bit thin. Location is excellent for metro and trams. Being attached to a shopping centre and fitness centre are bonuses.

Clean, modern room. Good breakfast. Easy access to shops and grocery and public transport. Elevators slow, which matters when buses of tourists come in or when everybody is rushing to get their breakfast. Staff a bit less friendly than the usual North American pattern.

The breakfast was delicious. The pool was okay, but it was awkward going through a shopping mall in your bathing suit to get there. The bathtub drain did not work and they promised to send someone up to our room. It took over 6 hours and me going back down to the reception desk to get it resolved.

Pas de frig o dans les chambres standards, un coffre fort est disponible (une tablette en 15 pouces rentre sans problème). Une station de métro est au pieds de l'hotel (Ligne B) et relie le centre ville de Prague en moins de 15 minutes. Les - de 15 ans ne paient pas les transports et il existe des pass 24H et 72H sur le site pid litacka. Un centre commercial jouxte l'hotel ainsi qu'une salle de sport dans laquelle se trouve l'espace piscine de l'hotel. L'accès est permis sur présentation de la carte de la chambre. Les mineurs doivent quitter le bassin à compter de 16h. Malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport, nous n'avons entendu aucun avion ou autre bruit pendant notre séjour. Des restaurants se trouvent facilement autour de l'hôtel (l'indien Chef Sultan est parfait et peu onéreux). Le personnel de l'hôtel est souriant, gentil et à l'écoute ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien également. Un très bon hôtel pour découvrir Prague et ses environs.

Hotel easy reachable by car and it has nice underground parking facilities. It‘s directly connected to a shopping centre and the next metro station is just around the corner. The rooms are modern furnished and the breakfast buffet is more than adequate.

I loved that the hotel is internally connected to a shopping mall and to the metro station. It was easy to get anywhere and you could shop for essentials without stepping outside. The only thing I would say was not great is the fact that if you get in late, there is no place to eat. We found a very basic pizza stand not far away and it did the job to feed us at 11 pm, but the hotel offers nothing at all not even at the bar. Maybe if they had 2 or 3 types of ready made sandwiches, they would make a great difference. Also, staff at the restaurant does not speak English and no one could tell me what fish was offered at the buffet breakfast (the label just says fish). Not even the chef! Overall we had a great experience, the hotel is nice and staff in general is friendly. I would definitely go back.

We paid for our stay but the guy in reception told us that we could not use the facilities like gym or pool. Even if we paid. But when we went to the gym and asked if it was ok to use the gym they let us in since we had already paid. This is not professional of the guy in reception.

Sehr großes Hotel, Nettes und Aufmerksames Personal an jeder ecke. Dank der U-Bahn Station die Direkt unter dem Hotel ist, kommt man sehr schnell in das Stadt Innere. Aber für Personen die es „Ruhig und Entspannter“ mögen ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, da man sich beim Frühstück wie in einer Mensa fühlt (Lautstärke). Nachts hört man manchmal das Türen Geknalle der netten Nachbarn. Das Fitness und Wellness Angebot ist Okay, dadurch das es ein Öffentliches Studio ist, ist es sehr voll in den Abendstunden. Ansonst war alles andere Okay.

Perfekte Lage für unseren Zwischenstopp nach Österreich. Unweit der Autobahn E55 und dennoch eine angenehme Lage.Ein kleines Shoppingcenter im Haus. Metrostation Linie B genau vor der Tür und in knapp 10 min. waren wir im Zentrum von Prag. Hotel und Zimmer sauber, alles wirkt neuwertig/modern. Empfang an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und sogar auf Deutsch. Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe, Betten für uns bequem. Was uns persönlich fehlt, ist eine Dusche. Duschen in der Badewanne....naja (wer was zu meckern sucht:) Wir würden hier jedenfalls wieder übernachten. Frühstück wird gleich getestet....

I was a little disappointed, room was only cleaned on really low effort, the blankets in the room had a really strange format (too short, i am 1.85m), the AC (even outside it was like cold) was blowing all night and had always to be turned of manually on request (but was running automatically again from 6am in the morning), so you woke always up super cold, there was no option to turn it off permanent or heat. Staff at the bar was good, the rest was also not too attentive, i did not enjoy this stay much and wished would have done another hotel choice.

Das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch, die Unterkunft sauber, das Personal nett, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und man kommt direkt aus dem Hotel in die U Bahn und ist in wenigen Minuten nur in der Prager Innenstadt.

Tolles Hotel, sehr saubere, hochwertige Einrichtung. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, absolut praktisch. Das Personal am Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ebenso auch das "Zimmermädchen", wir wurden gefragt, ob es an irgendetwas fehle und wir etwas bräuchten, sehr zuvorkommend. Durch die direkte Metro-Anbindung im Hotel ist man in Nullkommanix in der Innenstadt. Wir werden das Clarion definitiv weiterempfehlen und es bei unserer nächsten Pragreise wieder buchen.

Excellent hotel. Super comfortable bed, convenient location right on top of the metro. Big breakfast buffet, but when the buffet was very busy, there was a bit of a lack of coffee machines, as most of them was either not working or could not do coffee/cappuccino.

I arrived a day late due to a delayed flight from Australia and they had sold my room that i had prepaid for. This is despite me emailing the hotel to advise i would be late arriving. I was supposed to be attending a conference at the hotel and had to travel 30 minutes from another hotel. Very upset and poor service.

Flott soverom, med god seng. Savnet mer informasjon tilgjengelig på rommet om aktiviteter på hotellet. Resepsjonistene kunne med fordel vært blidere og hyggeligere. Frokosten var ikke spesielt bra, har bla. smakt bedre kaffe. Hyggelige servitører og personalet inne på frokost salen.

とてもいいホテルでした。 ランドリーがあって、その洗濯機のトラブルで困ったことになったのですが、色々と対応してもらって、最大限困らない対応をしてもらえました。観劇しました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式ですが、種類が多く、なぜかおみそ汁があったりして、1週間を超える滞在も飽きずに楽しむことができました。 また、ショッピングモールが続きにあったので、ちょっとした買い物や、お土産の準備、予想外れの気候になっても服を買うこともできます。 またフードコートでは、KFCやバーガーキングだけではなく、チェコ料理やインドカレー、日本食（やや高め）などもあります。 そして雨に濡れることなく地下鉄の駅に直接行けます。

Stayed here loads of times with work. It’s well out of the city centre so don’t book it thinking you’ll be central, but it’s a nice hotel in a decent neighbourhood. I like it here

Sehr schönes Hotel in Zentraler Lage. Freundliches Personal und viel Möglichkeiten zum Essen in der Nähe.

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Prague (a 10 min en transport). Belle chambre et bon petit déjeuner. Centre commercial et transport a proximité.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, man muss nur zeitig zum Frühstück gehen, sonst steht man in der Warteschlange vor dem Restaurant und muss viel Zeit einplanen.
