Comfy bed and clean room

Comfortable, clean friendly hotel in a great location for the main sights and for the start of the Prague Half Marathon.

Great stay, very convenient location, lovely staff, good sized rooms & comfy bed. Only one downside was if the hotel is busy the shower may run cold, I had a lukewarm shower whereas my husband's got warmer the longer he stayed in it. At first we had thought it was an issue with the shower itself but the staff confirmed it due to usage

I had an excellent stay in Prague and was very impressed by the service at this property. The front desk team was outstanding. Everything was clearly explained in advance, including taxi prices from and to the airport and transportation options around the city. Even when I had difficulty meeting my airport taxi because my US phone was not working, the staff remained helpful and supportive. I stayed in Prague for two days and then continued my trip by train to Vienna, which was very easy and convenient thanks to the hotel’s location. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and very good quality. The room was surprisingly spacious for Europe, almost American sized, very comfortable, and with plenty of closet space. I also enjoyed the bar downstairs, where you can easily get wine or coffee. I tried mulled wine for the first time and really liked it. Prices were very reasonable. The hotel feels safe and welcoming at any hour, with staff always present at the front desk. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Astronomical Clock, with tram stops nearby, making it very easy to get around. Overall, a very comfortable, well located hotel with genuinely warm and hospitable staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
