Would not recommend!! The outside/inside look great!! The rooms are good but if you book through a third party (expedia, orbitz, etc), don't expect the hotel to correct anything. I reserved 2 STANDARD rooms w/ double beds. Expedia upgraded one of the rooms without my knowledge. The hotel would not downgrade the room. The pool was closed, no mention of that. The vending machines, well, there were none. And the pillows suck...you get four 12x12 throw pillows. Housekeeping never came by and gave fresh towels or anything. For a "high end" hotel that came with boasting recommendations, I will never stay here again!!

My stay was great. They gave exceptional service and had a great breakfast. The pool was nice and very comfortable to stay there. Would certainly recommend this Hampton to anyone.

Bathroom needs total replacement. Tub had some type of sand sprayed on it for traction. Was very hard on feet in shower. The tub faucet was falling out of the wall. The hospitality crew were not friendly and were not interested in the guests. The Best staff was the housekeeping staff. They were friendly and went out of the way to help and tried to keep a rundown building looking clean and not as rundown as it is. This hotel needs a complete up grade. We have family in the area and stay in the area often. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The hotel is currently painting the rooms. The smell of paint is overwhelming in the floor hallway. Luckily the room did not smell from the painting. This hotel is a black eye for the hotel chain. We know, we will have to drive much further next time. However, it should be worth it to be at a better hotel chain next time.

This hotel and staff are GREAT, the front desk were so friendly, greeted us as we came in. The kitchen staff was hilarious and professional. I love the hand sanitizers on the elevators, this is a pet friendly hotel people need to control thier pets mainly while other people are eating but I would definitely stay here agian.

Came for a dance competition. Not many hotel options in Henderson. The breakfast is good for hotel breakfast. Luckily they are doing some renovations. The room is clean and you can tell they are working on updates.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although it is currently undergoing renovations, it did not cause us any disruption. We stayed in room 402, which featured a separate living room, two nicely sized TVs, and a comfortable king-size bed. The hotel itself was quiet, and the breakfast was decent, definitely better than nothing. Yes, we will definitely stay at this location again!

Ms. Pam-Front desk manager was awesome. Love her 💕. She is always nice whenever we stay In Henderson visiting my family and the bkfast team is great as well. Love the new gym. Front desk open concept has alittle cheesy and cheap look to it. Doesn’t look safe. Other than that, the place is amazing. The location is conveniently located only 3mins from my parents/childhood home. Thanks so much 🙏

Overall experience was good. Hotel wasn’t crowded and was very quiet. There were only two issues with my stay there. First was the bathtub had visible stains and hair still remaining in the tub. Second, was the lady that prepared the breakfast in the morning would get an attitude if you used more than one paper plate. As if she expect you to reuse the same paper plate. This behavior was exhibited towards myself and another guest as well.

Bathroom had a tub-shower combo with an unsafe access and only one towel to be accessed on a hook beyond reach. TV was limited to only 24 or so digital channels instead of conventional selection. Limited drawers and furniture. Not Marriott standards for same price.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the outlets by the bed did not work and the tv would not turn on. I called the front desk but they did not have anyone who could take a look at it. So it made our stay less than desirable.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The man that checked me in was not friendly at all. I had to ask questions regarding breakfast time and other things. I had to pull the information out of him. Pitiful!! In addition, the room that my husband and I were given, which was on the second floor, had the smell/scent of a dog. It was not good at all. I am thinking we were in a room where pets stayed. I think those rooms should be marked and noted for those who do not have pets should not be given one of those rooms. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I will say the breakfast was good and had good choices. In addition, my sisters were given good rooms on the fifth floor, and they did not have any issues. The front desk clerk stated that Hampton was full, and we could not be moved together. As stated earlier, I was very disappointed. My husband and I left earlier than scheduled because of the smell.

I’ve stayed at this location 3 times in the past 6 months, and everything was good except for this stay. Check in and condition of the room were great! Heres the not so great things that occurred during our stay-my finance’ and I were having a nice romantic time and all of a sudden a male either knocked at the door or tried to come inside the room. We were busy so I'm not 100% sure how he tried to enter the room etc. All, we heard was someone messing with the door knob. We didn't open the door and didn't know this man, we’re not from this area! I believe he was at the wrong room door but I'm not sure what his intentions were. This caused me and the finance’ to stop any grown folks' activities and pay attention to what was going on. We sobered up real quick and the mood was ruined! Check out time is at 12 noon, and we had the DND sign on the outside of the door. Why was I getting dressed while my finance was in the shower and the housekeeping lady just used her key to come in. Let me remind you that the DND sign was on the door, she DID NOT KNOCK OR STAY HOUSEKEEPING before trying to enter the room, and it was 10:48 AM. She didn't make it in the room because we had the door lock stopper thing on the door that prevents people from coming in. With the unknown male knocking and the housekeeper not knocking it stating her name, I'm not sure if we will be staying at this location again.

Conveniently located right off I85S. Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast with some healthy options. Staff was friendly and helpful, much needed as we arrived as a hurricane was passing through the state. A bit pricey but not many options in town. Will stay there again.

Check in was easy for a birthday event for our brother. This was actually one of the few hotels that had a decent breakfast. It's not Continental and extravagant but it had maple sausage, blueberry and vanilla waffle mix and a variety of fruits, oatmeal, etc.
