Sleep Inn Henderson I-85

This was my second stay, and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable, the parking lot was well-lit, and the staff were friendly. I will be staying here again on my next trip.

Great location and door easy parking. Could be cleaner upon arrival but I have ocd so yea.

Better than we expected for an overnight stay, would definitely return - friendly staff, clean room with pleasing décor, comfy beds, and wonderful shower water pressure - think massage! Plus - elevator Typical breakfast including fresh made waffles. No complaints.

I like that it is pet friendly and I can bring my dog

Yes the staff was very nice, The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was large and the toilet seat was very sturdy so when you sat down you didn't feel like you were to going to fall off All in all I highly recommend the Sleep Inn in Henderson

Staff was courteous and very nice. Accommodated us by switching rooms when the sole detector in our room was beeping. Rooms were very clean. The only one thing that was a negative was at 9:00 am the only breakfast was cereal and waffles. Breakfast was to last until 10:00 am.

I was in town visiting family and have frequented Thai hotel in the past. Checking in the clerk didn’t check to see if I wanted the charges on the card on file. He just did it and wasn’t going to say anything. My stay was horrible. The rooms weren’t cleaned well. They ran out of towel and wash clothes and gave us hand towels instead. There was a situation where we saw bugs in the room on the first night. The response to the discovery of bugs brushed off. The manager was unavailable all weekend long. Front desk staff was completely horrible. The breakfast was a complete disappointed, the bagels were stale, cream cheese tasted sour, there was cold water in the container marker hot water. I am completely disappointed as a Choice rewards Platinum member I was treated horribly. I will not be staying here again!!

The sink was clogged, there were no tissues, the shower was broken, and the location was very close to a hospital so it was very noisy. The staff were just okay, not as personable as other sleep inn locations. I would not recommend staying here and won’t be returning.

This hotel is very dated & our room smelled weird. Nothing was done about children running up and down the hallways chasing each other & being loud late at night. Thankfully, this was only for a quick 1 night stay. This hotel will not be an option in our future.

Things I wish someone had left a review about before I booked: 1. If you’re staying for a night, this is the perfect hotel. 2. Beds are comfortable but they are on weird metal boxes that go BOOM if you toss/turn 3. If you’re not picky about showers/bathrooms: book this hotel. 4. If you ARE picky about showers/bathrooms: do not book this hotel. The shower is small with zero shelving to put your soaps, our bathroom sliding door did not close. 5. The outlet the A/C unit was plugged into was broken. 6. The window in the room did not close fully allowed traffic noise in (wasn’t terrible because the a/c noise covered it up). Overall: I would stay again but only for one night stay. I do not recommend this hotel for a weekend stay.

Our stay was ok but I’ve definitely been to better hotels. The walls are paper thin. We shouldn’t be able to hear conversations even with the television on. I didn’t rest well and I didn’t like the breakfast at all. It was only for 1 night so I just made the best of it for the sake of spending quality time with my man.

AC wouldnt cool down, it was cool at best. Not a fan of the sink area being open to the room. Makes it hard to get ready without waking anyone in your group. Breakfast was ordinary.

The room was clean. The bathroom only had a compartment sliding door that did not provide much privacy and the sink was in the bedroom area. Not a good look. Also the room had a door that appeared to open to the next room ( I didn’t try opening). I just stacked my luggage in front of that door.

There were no instructions in thermostat so I was unable to set it properly and it was too warm in the room. Room very noisy with car traffic from I85. Windows didn’t block much noise

Air condition unit was controlled by wall thermostat which we were not informed of. We thought it was broken.

Great as usual but disappointed to be waiting on my $150 deposit and its been 4 days. This was supposed to be a hold on my card instead of a charge.

Loved how attentive the employees were upon arrival and checkout. Comfy bed, pillows and clean sheets.

The following is a portion of the MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD I wrote to the management. This section would not accept the entire MEMO. Far too often, people rarely take the opportunity to say thanks for a job well done (unless seeking some political kingdom or ambition): however, will take the time to file a formal complaint. I would like to take this opportunity to commend and bear witness concerning the stellar superior performance of duty executed by the Front Desk Agent (FDA) Crystal, the Household Technician (HT) Ana, and Chefs Josephine and Sarah during the period of August 26, 2025 through August 28, 2025. First, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile by FDA Crystal that made me feel truly welcome. She was extremely courteous and professional in the methodical manner in which she processed my documents to register me into the hotel. Her warm welcome and efficient check-in process made my arrival so smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting a positive tone for my stay. I was impressed by her patience and positive attitude, even during a busy check-in period. I truly want to thank her for being such a welcoming face at the hotel’s front desk. Secondly, FDA Crystal handled the registration process with remarkable speed and accuracy. Her ability to quickly find my reservation and get me checked in was greatly appreciated. I had been driving on the highway for hours and was extremely tired.

The front desk staff...during morning, afternoon and evening were friendly and helpful. Extra towels were provided when requested. The room environment was clean, quiet and conducive to sleep. I've stayed here before and I'll be back again.

Check in person did not get off her chair! No breakfast! The place a $150 on my card for security, the room rate was $88. Go figure!!!

The 150 00 check in fee is unacceptable for a 2 star hotel

I loved the area. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean, quiet and safe. The rooms were adequate. The bed was oh so comfortable. The shower was powerful and sufficient hot and cold water. The bedspread was very pretty. Check in and check out was seamless.

The hotel is conveniently located just off I-85. It is not the nicest place, showing a bit of age, but it was great for an stopover along my route. I appreciated free breakfast before I was on the road again. I felt safe.

Sleep Inn is conveniently located with easy access to Rte.85. My room was a double and was comfortable enough. It did not have a tub, but I didn't need one. The odd thing was that upon my arrival, the doors to the rooms were open along the hall. I was a bit weirded out, and checked every place in the room before I shut my door. When I returned the luggage cart, I asked the clerk about the open doors, and apparently that's how they "air" out the rooms. She said that she was going to close the doors, but in the morning many were still open. I thought it was odd. Breakfast was good, but by 9:15 all the bacon was gone, and that made me sad.

The staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean. The area had plenty of food options, but it felt a bit hidden.That's not necessarily a bad thing, but my observation is based on what you might look for in a hotel. Close to airport.

Like the location and the surroundings by hospital, gas station and fast food. Clean place and quiet. Staff very polite and good breakfast services.

This was our first stay in Henderson. And Henderson did not disappoint! The Sleep Inn was very convenient to all the things that we wanted to do and where we wanted to go. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and we had so much fun for what it was!!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Nice fridge and microwave. Front desk friendly. Breakfast had good choices, just needed restocking. Safe and right off 85.

Upon check in the clerk spoke so softly I had problems hearing him. The room appeared clean however I was not prepared for the bathroom. The commode and shower were essentially in a closet. The walls are paper thin or maybe I just had excessively loud neighbors. Don’t eat the breakfast buffet. Pretty sure the eggs and sausage were not kept at appropriate temps and the selection of other items was poor. Personally I will not be back. Not worth the price and disappointed. The 8.0 rating was misleading
