The back door lock was broken so everyone could come and go, which they did. Slamming the door for hours in the evening. Couple screaming arguments in the hall and a few rooms down. Then the guy was pounding on the door for hours. Front desk never answered. Very Unsafe!

Can’t get deposit back. Called they don’t know what’s going on she’s telling me she is too busy to check. Rooms are very old wood chipping hallways are dirty walls are dirty definitely don’t recommend

My experience was ruined almost immediately as i came into my room. While unpacking a cockroach went crawling across the window sill freaking out my girlfriend. We drove 10 hours to visit her friends. And she didnt want to stay anymore. I went down to the front desk to voice my issue. I was told she was new and didn't know what to do. She said she would leave a note for a manager thay wasn't on duty at the time. She then offered to switch rooms. Not the best solution considering the roaches are probably in other parts of the hotel. But having having no other option besides canceling the trip we took the other room. We thoroughly checked the room and had no other issues for the 3 nights we were there. But I am leaving a bad review because i never heard from a manager. A discount or free night would have been nice, but not necessary. At least a word and apology from management would have been nice, knowing the "note" with my complaint written to management was received. This oversight is why I rated this place poorly and will never stay here again.

The property was fairly nice, but the area that I stayed in was under construction. My room had great beds and lighting, but the room was on the highway side of the building. I can't believe that they charged me the same amount as a nice room away from the highway

It was clean and staff was fantastic! We had a ♿️ room which was fine BUT there is no way anyone handicapped could use the shower other than to sit in. No way they could use the showerhead unless could lift a heavy one and it was over 5 foot above head. No way anyone could stand under as it sprayed OVER head to the back wall. Could not take bath in tub either due to drain plug not working and shower seat would not fold up. Some PLEASE fix for next guest!

Rooms need maintenance.. flooring was separating showing gaps..bed was concave and hard.. pillows were 4 very firm.. would have been nice to have 2 firm 2 soft.. breakfast was adequate.. nice attendant.. kept area very clean .. front desk attendants were nice.

My overall stay was good. The staff was very friendly. The establishment was clean. The only thing for me was that the bed was very uncomfortable for me. It may be comfortable for others but it was not comfortable for me other than that, I would recommend it for anyone.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable but not soundproof- could hear our neighbors kids-luckily they were not partiers. The “hot” breakfast could have had a better variety. Overall, we were able to get a hot shower and a good nights sleep. Would stay there again.

We had a little trouble with our reservation and couldn’t figure out how to help. It took a while for our questions to be answered by our Hotels.com team but eventually it got resolved. The room’s heater was noisy while heating so we turned it off for the night. Everything else with the room was fine.

Staff: very accommodating. We were assigned a room with a very noisy neighbor. After bringing the issue up to the front desk, we were moved to a quieter room down the hall. Rooms are adequate, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple with not many choices. Coffee came out of a machine. Would have been much better if brewed fresh.

The service is good, the customer service is good. The ladies that work the desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean especially the rooms. But they are making some upgrades so i wasnt worried about the hallway cleanliness. Theyre going to change those! I loved my stay at the redroof inn. My only thing is i really wish that had somw smoking rooms, or at least charged an extra refundable deposit for smokers. After they checked to make sure nothing was burnt! Because they have really nice rooms! So i understand but they could especially if the windows open. But as a smoker some balconies would had been great too 😂 but onther than that GREAT HOTEL TO STAY AT! And breakfast is good too!

The stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff, from the ones cleaning the rooms and the receptionist were all exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was there on time and presented well. if anything could be done better, it would be a bit broader selection of breakfast items. I could not have asked for a better stay, the staff could not have done a better job/

The hotel is not great. Don't depend on the breakfast, not ready on time. Not many options. My room was ok but my friend room smelled like someone had urinated on the wall. The people who stayed across the hall were super noisy, drunk, slamming food until 3am and the hotel had thin walls. Made for a rough first night until management stepped in, thankfully.

Where can I start. The place is a wreck and is in bad shape. We had a sex session going on for about two hours in the middle of the night. Very loud. The furniture is old and the beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast was very limited to say the least. The plus in the name doesn’t make it better that is for sure. No chance in me ever staying there again. What is happening in America where a hotel charges so much for such a bad place?

I was with my kids, sister, and niece. The whole floor smelled like marijuana. When we got to our room the floor was so tiled you could have rolled a ball. Bathtub wasn’t great, but ok. Lobby was ok, breakfast was typical continental. The woman who checked us in that night was very kind and very fast. Definitely nothing “plus” about it, but offered a pretty decent bed.
