Took awhile for rm to get cool didn't know about a 100$charge but was told on check out it could take 3 to 10 days for it to be credited back otherwise the stay was good

The floor of our room was dirty and had a pen under the chair, a piece of black plastic under the bed and the carpet needed vacuumed when we arrived. The tile at the pool could have been cleaned better and there were never enough towels at the pool. The front desk staff was not friendly or inviting. The door in the hotel room did not lock nor have a door handle so my toddler was constantly opening the door and getting into the restroom.
