This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was pretty decent when I stayed there last year. This year, it was different. I booked a king bed room, but told it wasn’t available when we checked in. So we had to downgrade to twin bed room. We asked extra towels, but were told that we have to pay extra money for it. Also, our hotel key card wasn’t allowing us to enter the room. So we had to visit front desks few times. The front desk personnel wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t greet us when we approached. She didn’t explain why our hotel keycard kept malfunctioning. She didn’t say sorry for inconvenience. If you don’t mind unfriendly staffs, quality of service, it’s a decent place to stay. Next time, will definitely stay somewhere else.

There is a certain damp smell in the toilet which was unpleasant. Gave thd impression of not being cleaned properly. Sea view - excellent. Staff at 6F were friendly and courteous. The 4F staff was curt and unfriendly when we initially wrongly approached him for check-in. He followed his stare on us for a while which was not pleasant. You may want to remind your staff not to do that. Passengers lift - you should do something about this seriously. Took us 30 mins to get down - unacceptable.

An ok hotell but somewhat worn down. Lots of time spent on waiting for the elevator as there are not enough elevators for the number of guests. On the plus side it is located close to the beach. If can afford it I would recommend spending a few more dollars and choose a newer hotel. The staff was polite and all of South Korea. Basic knowledge of English

Its price is competitive. The convenient store was at the first floor of the building, and it was convenient to use it. The parking was available until 2 pm even after the check-out, and it was helpful to spend more around the place.
