This B&B should be avoided at all costs. The overall cleanliness was atrocious. The amenities were deteriorated & beyond shabby. At one point there was no Toilet Paper in the shared Bathroom. The kitchen was filled with flies & highly unsanitary. We chose not to eat there due to concerns over health & safety. Hallway lights were turned off after midnight which is questionable when trying to access a shared bathroom at night in the dark. We were very disappointed, choosing to only sleep at the venue as the bedding was the only clean aspect of our stay.

Very poor cleanliness of the floors, bathrooms, balconies, kitchen appliances and cupboards. Bedding was clean. Air conditioner leaked dreadfully when it rained outside, and only the fan worked when the AC was turned on. Terrible check-in situation, with absolutely no way to contact staff for help. (Written answer to email arrived after 6 days, and we had already checked out) Toilet paper was rationed and only refilled after requested. We were there 6 days and the only time any floor was swept was when we did it ourselves. Floor door jamb on balcony door was completely broken off and the lock to the balcony door did not function. Staff smoked right outside the open exterior doors and his smoke drifted in. The $170+ we averaged per night was astronomical for what we experienced.

Information about and photos of this property on Hotels.com were extremely misleading. It appears bright, clean and I saw no reference to shared bathroom. Our check in process was insane with 30 min of checking and resetting passcodes with the property manager in order to get into the room. The property was dingy throughout at best with little attention paid to upkeep. Our room was easily 85 degrees during a heat wave, with only fans provided for cooling, and no window screen so we were unable to cool the room at all. We requested 2 towels but were only given 1. We requested additional fans or an actual window AC (most rooms appeared to have them) and got nothing. Property manager was friendly but not helpful. The shared bathroom was functional but not clean. The floor in our room was partially unfinished with subflooring to walk on (no rug). We spent two miserable nights and couldn't wait to leave. Might be adequate if you were expecting a hostel - not adequate as a hotel.

Was a reliable cozy place to sleep. Our bed and floor was covered in pet hair and dirt and was just not very clean overall so we had to use our own personal sheets and pillows. The shared bathroom was clean enough but was not restocked once during our stay. It was hard to get in contact with staff if you needed something urgently. It was overall worth it for the price but I recommend you bring your own blankets, pillows and bathroom supplies like toilet paper and hand soap.

The location is really nice and it's above a wonderful cafe with live music. The rooms are nice with shared bathrooms. Breakfast is make your own with basic ingredients. (1 or 2 eggs, white bread, fruit, peanut butter, and a nice kitchen. Sorry to say it feels a bit neglected. Things such as shower heads not working properly and door knobs held on with tape, teflon pans for making breakfast - way past their lifespans, bathrooms not cleaned regularly, etc,.. makes it feel like a bit run down The owner that we met was very nice and accommodating and I think they would have a great place otherwise.
