Overall it is a beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was good the hot foods needed some work since the chicken was still cold and the rest of the hot foods were barely warm. The hotel itself is really nice and very new looking. The pool is on the small side for as big as the hotel is, but well kept. The mattress was really firm and I couldn’t sleep at all with the beds being so firm. It was like sleeping on the springs. My husband and kids said it was not comfortable for them either but for someone that likes a firm bed you are in luck!

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and friendly! Our room overall was nice and clean but the beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. We were going to go swimming but the pool room was hot and muggy and the water was very very cloudy. You literally could not see the bottom of the pool. We were told breakfast was from 7am-10am and got there at 8:45am and it was already being cleaned up. There wasn’t much of anything left which left us confused because we should have had at least a hour until it was over. Apparently there was miscommunication about the holiday schedule for breakfast and there were a lot of other guest who thought breakfast was over at 10am as well because of the holiday schedule! At check out the staff member was very short, and didn’t even make eye contact. It was kind of awkward to be honest. The elevators also had a very overbearing cleaner smell. Overall it was an alright stay for one night.

My family and I stayed in a suite. It was very clean and very nice. I highly recommend staying there. Breakfast was great as well. The Staff were very nice and I liked how they gave us water and apples when we left.The Pool was nice as well.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and I love having a small kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and there was already a set of sheets/blanket in the room for the pull-out bed. The staff was friendly and the every-other-day room reset was just enough to keep clean towels handy. I have a few items I'd want to mention that were less than ideal in case this is the make-or-break factor for anyone. The bathroom door is a barn door sliding one, and doesn't lock. The shower doors are clear glass and if someone is showering and someone else needs the bathroom, there is no privacy for either person. Also the room we had didn't have a bathroom vent (maybe it was broken, or maybe it really doesn't have one). This was an issue for the privacy of my family members - a working vent, a locking door, and frosted shower doors would have made a great deal of difference. Also on a smaller note, the pool was cloudy and needs to be serviced, and there is no clock in the pool room which would be an easy fix for the hotel and convenient.

Over all the property and staff were really nice. We typically only stay in Hilton branded hotels. The thing I didn’t care much for and that has not been the case in any other Hilton branded hotel was the pillows were pretty flat and worn even the ones went and got extra from the desk and our bedding also smelled gross almost like someone sprayed it with fart spray or something is the only way I can describe it. At 1st we thought someone went to the bathroom next door and it seeped in but it wasn’t the case. Other than that everything was pretty good and nice. Staff at the desk were great.

The hotel was very nice! Word of advice, if they ask if you want a 1st floor room, say NO! We were pretty close to the lobby, and people were out there at 1 am making a ton of noise. My husband first went and spoke to the front desk girl, who did ask them to be quiet, but a few minutes later they were loud again, yelling & clapping. At that point, my husband went out and talked to the actual people making the noise. Luckily, they stopped after that, but it was 1:30 am at this point.

This was my family’s first time staying at a Hilton property and it’s definitely worth the stay, the two queen bed suite provided incredible convenience with having small children who go to sleep early and leaving another room to be able to still socialize with family. The free breakfast was excellent, and the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help serve my family. Will definitely be booking at Hilton again in the near future.

Hotel is nics. Was disappointed rooms were not ready at 3pm. I was told id get a phone call when ready. Waited well over an hour and no call. So back up 1.5 to 2 hours later then was able to check in. Staff was nice about it.
Hotel is nics. Was disappointed rooms were not ready at 3pm. I was told id get a phone call when ready. Waited well over an hour and no call. So back up 1.5 to 2 hours later then was able to check in. Staff was nice about it.

I have only stayed at another home2suites location in Ohio. This one was MUCH better than the other one. It was updated better. The bathroom door had a slider so you could easily get the door open and shut. All of the usb ports worked. Mine didn’t in the past stay. Manager was great and knowledgeable!! I still think that the pillow options need to be updated in this particular company. They are way too soft. And some people need firmer pillows. Since this is the 2nd Home2 Suites I have stayed at, it looks like the pillow choices are the same in all of the Home2Suites.

Everything was good except when we checked in the guy at front desk acted like we were asking to borrow a room for the night with his attitude wouldn’t open his mouth to talk and explain things didn’t even explain the deposit they took from our card and also stated that our card was declined and after I told him is impossible process it again he didn’t say anything and just handed our keys to us. He was the bad experience we had with his nasty greeting to us which makes the hotel look bad. Everyone we encounter with after was awesome.

Overall it is a beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was good the hot foods needed some work since the chicken was still cold and the rest of the hot foods were barely warm. The hotel itself is really nice and very new looking. The pool is on the small side for as big as the hotel is, but well kept. The mattress was really firm and I couldn’t sleep at all with the beds being so firm. It was like sleeping on the springs. My husband and kids said it was not comfortable for them either but for someone that likes a firm bed you are in luck!

This was my family’s first time staying at a Hilton property and it’s definitely worth the stay, the two queen bed suite provided incredible convenience with having small children who go to sleep early and leaving another room to be able to still socialize with family. The free breakfast was excellent, and the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help serve my family. Will definitely be booking at Hilton again in the near future.

The hotel was nice. Room and property had nice amenities. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable for us. The other bed had a pretty stale smell, almost like a previous guest had wet the bed. And the breakfast wasn’t great. Limited options, and mediocre taste.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and friendly! Our room overall was nice and clean but the beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. We were going to go swimming but the pool room was hot and muggy and the water was very very cloudy. You literally could not see the bottom of the pool. We were told breakfast was from 7am-10am and got there at 8:45am and it was already being cleaned up. There wasn’t much of anything left which left us confused because we should have had at least a hour until it was over. Apparently there was miscommunication about the holiday schedule for breakfast and there were a lot of other guest who thought breakfast was over at 10am as well because of the holiday schedule! At check out the staff member was very short, and didn’t even make eye contact. It was kind of awkward to be honest. The elevators also had a very overbearing cleaner smell. Overall it was an alright stay for one night.

My family and I stayed in a suite. It was very clean and very nice. I highly recommend staying there. Breakfast was great as well. The Staff were very nice and I liked how they gave us water and apples when we left.The Pool was nice as well.

Our room was big and seemed clean. We had two rooms and one of them smelled like old spilled coffee. I like coffee, so it wasn’t all that bad. Everything else was nice in the room. The breakfast seemed to be mostly prepackaged sandwiches, so we decided on eating elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again.

There were a few disappointing items to address. The Coffee was out in the breakfast area more than once and there was not much staff keep on top of that. This happened every day. Our room was not cleaned on a daily basis. In fact we had to request them to come the day before we left. We Checked in Friaday and it was Monday before the first cleaning. Water from the shower easily got on the floor. It only had a Shower Curtain. Overall the property was fine but for the cost it was disappointing these little items occurred.
