The facility is under construction. It was not real appealing; it was very cold in our room and overall. Granted it was the coldest weekend so far this season so we do take that into account. It was somewhat inconvenient not having someone at the front desk. There was no one to be found when arriving and waited a few minutes after leaving a message on the phone for someone to come. Overall the stay was OK.

No one at desk when checking. Said room was ready but no towels in room.. said will bring towels in a few. Was given card for room.. door was wide open letting the heat and humidity inside room.. this was a no smoking rooms but people were smoking inside.. floors are cold .. no pool to cool off in...parking was horrible with U-Haul services from hotel

This property is so run down. The first words out of the receptionist’s mouth was we are under construction. And man, was he right! Dumpsters and old Sheetrock laying in the hallways, construction dust everywhere… the floor in the room is poured concrete and is EXTREMELY slippery with wet shoes/feet. We entered our musty room to be greeted with a blast of cold air. The heater wasn’t working. We brought the receptionist down to our room to show him and he “fixed” it by wiggling and pushing on the outlet!! Talk about a fire hazard!!! The door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way, the tv only turned on but we couldn’t change the channel and it was stuck on local news, the floors were sooo cold we all wore our shoes right out of bed, the water for the shower took over 3 minutes to get warm, and sitting on the toilet it felt like we were falling backwards. For how much they were charging for this horrible experience, spend $20 more dollars and stay someplace where you won’t turn into a popsicle!

In the middle of a rebuild and it was clean. Not sure that I'm a fan of no carpet in the rooms, but apparently since weed is legal in MN they can't keep the smell out with it there.

Room was poorly painted, Gloss painted concrete floors, Stained sink, small, poorly lit bathroom. Mildew smell in bathroom. I checked out without staying in the room overnight. Would not stay in a hotel like this...ever.

There were ants in my room. Didn't realize it until the morning when they were swarming all over my purse that had a half-eaten breakfast bar in it. I thought it was a clean room, but the ants kind of ruined it for me.

The most unique feature if this property is that the bathroom was so small, the sink was outside the bathroom and you could take a shower or bath while using the toilet. The curtain rod for the shower literally ran above the toilet and if you closed the curtain, it was on your head! Never recieved housekeeping or explanation of their schedule. Check in staff was great but after check in, we were never able to reach them again. We attempted several times to get new towels but no one answered the phone and they weren't at the front desk. We were there on a business/pleasure trip so the breakfast hours didn't work for us until check out day, the breakfast was acceptable.

Couldnt find my reservation even after showing my confirmation through expedia. Told me they had 2 rooms left and charged me an extra 60USD over the price i booked it for. Later on i got an email showing that it was cancelled. Shady work id say. Had to go through expedia customer service to get re imbursed. Other than that the hotel is a complete dump. Id rather sleep in my car than stay here again

Our recent experience at this property was deeply disappointing due to a lack of understanding and compliance with ADA requirements regarding service animals. Prior to arrival, staff were informed that we would be accompanied by a trained service animal, and documentation was voluntarily provided—though such documentation is not legally required. Upon check-in, staff threatened to impose double pet fees despite notes indicating that the animal was a service dog. When I advised the manager of the ADA regulations distinguishing service animals from pets, the manager persisted in discussing additional charges for “pets.” We were fully willing to accommodate the hotel’s preference for certain room types; however, continued insistence on inappropriate fees demonstrated a clear misunderstanding of the law. During this encounter, the service dog performed its trained medical task when its handler experienced a health episode triggered by the distressing exchange. This incident highlights a significant need for staff training at this location to ensure compliance with federal disability law and to provide respectful, lawful treatment of guests with service animals.

It was a good hotel for the price. Hardwood floor and new furniture. Bathroom was small but the sink was outside the bathroom which I like. Breakfast was stander for days inn. Nothing special. Good location.

Under a remodel, room felt like a prison cell, painted floor, sink on wall near the bed, minimal furnature. Shower was dirty, hair on the floor and on soap dispensors. Breafest was okay but that all. Staff not availiabe abd when they showed up could barely do the check-in.

Our last two days of our stay they had no coffee or continental breakfast as advertised. The days before the food started to dwindle from the counter. By the end of our stay, its like they gave up.

The front desk person was friendly and waited for me on a late check-in. The bed were comfortable but the byilding was run down and I have never been anywhere the floor is concrete in the rooms. it made it very uncomfortable for my peta travelling with me. There wasn't a hairdryer and therw breakfast was a joke.

This is a no-frills place to stay, but it is clean and quiet which are the most important to me. New mattress and the bed was quite comfortable. They are in the process of remodeling and it is very nice. Breakfast was good.

The most unique feature if this property is that the bathroom was so small, the sink was outside the bathroom and you could take a shower or bath while using the toilet. The curtain rod for the shower literally ran above the toilet and if you closed the curtain, it was on your head! Never recieved housekeeping or explanation of their schedule. Check in staff was great but after check in, we were never able to reach them again. We attempted several times to get new towels but no one answered the phone and they weren't at the front desk. We were there on a business/pleasure trip so the breakfast hours didn't work for us until check out day, the breakfast was acceptable.

The bathroom in our room was probably the smallest awkward I’ve seen. The toilet was toddler sized and the small sink was outside the shower/toilet room. The hallway smelled like marijuana even though there was a non-smoking policy. Our window had smudges (lips). Not a great hotel experience, but the cost was reflected.

There is no carpeting on the floor in the rooms on the first floor. The floor is painted concrete! I don’t know about the second floor. There is no elevator. The drink machine was out of several choices in the 3 nights I stayed there. They are switching over TV companies. Some of the TV’s didn’t work in some of the rooms of the people in my group. I would like a credit for what I paid for 3 nights but that won’t happen. Breakfast, not so good.
