Pros: Friendly and professional staffs, only forgot the turn down service once. Other than that they do actually cater to every needs and pretty fast compares to other FS. Very easy to park since it's valet only, the valets people are the most friendliest staff. Housekeeping ia very throughout, attention to details and makes us feel very well taken care of. This could be THE best hotel in Maui. Cons: The Foods... I don't know where to begin but FS everywhere else has reputation for really good foods but we stumbled on a chewy rubbery bacon at the buffet breakfast, salty miso soup, sour coffee, their dumpling feels like store bought dumpling, thick, powdery and very very dry, a very soggy quesadillas at the pool, despite their amazing pool service. The price on the other hand is pretty affordable. We have to go out for all breakfast and dinner during our stay because the quality is just not worth it.

Visited Maui with my wife and decided to splurge on the Four Seasons Maui for the ultimate Hawaii experience. Worth every penny! Wow, what incredible service and stunning facilities. The view from the adult pool was among the most beautiful I’ve ever seen in my life. We don’t regret it for a second and hope to return in the future!

We didn't think this FS resort was as good as the other ones we have stayed before. The service is impeccable every one goes above and beyond to help but he resort it self is not that great. We only tried 2 of their 3 restaurants DUO & Spago very good food and service. Got lucky and got reservations on the spot, make sure to reserve in advance. The spa is very nice, and again the people super nice. The adult pool was cute and the pool service was very good, they are very attentive. It was a little busy and you have to get there early to get a chair, it was a little annoying but I think its because there is only 1 adult pool. The grounds are the resort are older, but well maintained. They beach is small but very convenient because its part of the hotel. Also gets busy early you have to reserve a chair at the beach. I don't think we would stay here again just because we didn't like the resort it self, the service people AMAZING!

The staff were wonderful and the property was beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and it was easy to get chairs set up by the attendants. Some issues I had: My mountainside room was really far away from any elevators. It also faced some construction that was going on in the valet lot right below the room. The spa and wellness was being renovated at the time and they relocated everything to a separate wing in the building. They repurposed regular hotel rooms for changing rooms, massages, etc. It was disappointing and not what I was expecting from a four seasons spa. I wish I was told ahead of time that this was happening to help set my expectations of the trip.

This must be the most beautiful and welcoming property in Maui. Yes, it is expensive but they do everything right. Cultural experiences, sporting experiences, poolside retreats, etc, etc all included. It is also on the best beach on the island. We loved our entire trip. Thank you very much to all the staff!

Very frustrating to spend an enormous amount of money and the carpets were dirty,the staff told us we could check in at 10:30am that our room would be ready. So we arrived early and they said it would be 30 more minutes. Well it ended up being 4 hours.

Generally speaking, we had a fabulous time at this property. My husband and I were there for a baby moon, and everything went really smoothly. The concierge booked all of our dinners for us. Everywhere we had food was impeccable. All of the food on the property was impeccable. We did book a Mountain View room, and I will say that being right next to the Pickleball courts is not ideal and we were awoken every morning by the sound of Pickleball at about 730 or the sound of workers who were stripping and painting the hallway outside our room starting at 7:30 in the morning. There was a little sound machine in the room, which was somewhat effective, but certainly not ideal to have an entire construction crew right outside your door at 7:30 in the morning. The smell of paint in the hallways being pregnant was concerning. Over the course of our one week stay my husband killed two separate cockroaches in the bathroom. Maybe this is because we were close to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Regardless outside of those issues it was a fabulous hotel and we had a great day. The service is great. The food is excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody

Our experience here was wonderful. The staff is great! The food was on point. The room and resort were in great condition. There are a couple of shopping areas close by. There is something to enjoy for all ages. It’s truly an impressive place to stay.

Be wary about the "Mountain View" rooms. Our first room looked out over what looked like a big propane tank. We asked to be moved and got slightly upgraded to the back of a fence and a dumpster. They all appear to be over the parking garage, so the balcony is quite useless for what you would hope to use it for on a luxury tropical vacation. Normally I wouldn't mind, but Maui is a trip that took 10 hours of travel and a huge budget. For this type of trip, at a hotel this fabulous, it was a big disappointment that any room would be this much of a bummer.

Was a great trip. Beautiful property with great location. Was a little disappointed by the staff member at our check-in. Typically at Four Seasons the staff members really go over every detail including amenities and property layout. We have even had them offer to give tours. Staff member rushed through check-in process and just handed us a map to figure it out ourselves. At other properties we really got to take full advantage of what was offered because we knew what was there/included. Felt like we had to figure out the included amenities and property ourselves which was a little frustrating because we did not quite have a handle on the property until the 2nd or 3rd day and we were only there for 6 days. Did not feel we got to take full advantage of what we were paying for. Overall a great property, very friendly staff, great restaurants and would come back.

A good hotel. The free upgrade was nice though I suspect because they weren’t filled. The beach was somewhat mediocre for the price, you’re better off in the North near Kaanapali. The breakfast involved a lot of waiting for someone who there was no clear reason for him helping. It was a buffet, adding a rate limiting step then having him give me attitude about asking for the check is a bit much. At this price point you can do better (look nextdoor).

This is our fifth visit to The Four Seasons. We have stayed at other hotels on Maui but The Four Seasons is second to none. Excellent restaurants and first class service. Always wonderful memories.
