Unfortunately the pool and fitness room was closed this weekend. With a hotel of young kids in town for a dance competition, they didn’t have options to expel their energy.

The hotel needs repairs. Room was nice, but handicapped shower leaked all over the floor. And I mean all over. The following things were broken, pool, exterior exit door at end of hallway, and coffee machine in lobby. Staff was great.

Pool and fitness center closed due to some type of issue. Bathroom tub drain full of hair and wouldn’t drain. Took shower standing in water. Yuck !! Also shower head dirty and not spraying water ( cleaned that myself) and no shampoo. Bottle there but empty!

Did not like the fact we had to pay for parking. They charged $25 more after we got there.

Exercise room closed. Room not clean particularly bathroom. Hallways dirty from snow traffic. Paid $6 on app for breakfast. Hot breakfast was $14 at the hotel. Just a bad experience.

I was very surprised that I was charged a parking fee for such a property and location. This was not a secured parking lot

Nothing toilet didn’t flush properly no room housekeeping in 3 days fitness machines 3 did not work pool closed for repair

The hotel had easy outdoor parking but we had to pay for it! Just add it into the cost of the room as this addition was a little annoying. The room was clean .. the bed was comfy .. the bath was well stocked with towels. The location isn't good for walking to dine..so you pretty much have to have a car so you have to pay to park there. They have a breakfast but that isn't included and we didn't try it.

Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. Thehousekeeping was not so great. I did not get fresh towels or trash removal until day 4 of my 5 days stay. It was clearly posted that those services would occur every other day. Unfortunately that was not the case

For a Hilton and paying as much as I did for this room, I was very unsatisfied. This place is run down , the room was filthy dirty ,hair and dirt everywhere. No visible bugs but definitely signs of them(blood spotted pillows) .the staff is very unprofessional and unorganized . They say breakfast is included and then charge you an extra $20 to your room per person.They also don’t tell you about a $25 hold that they have on your credit card for two weeks. lots of secret fees…Would not recommend.

Wonderful staff and the room was clean and quiet

Check in went well but upon arrival to our room we found that the bed was made but the sheets were not changed from the previous occupants. We found a housekeeping person that changed them for us. On the following day we left early and returned late to find that the bed had not been made and all of the used wet towels were still on the floor. I had to get clean linens at the front desk. Nothing had been cleaned. The hotel itself was very clean. The bed was comfy. Staff was courteous.

Parking fee charged at check out . Hair on the shower floor . Doesn’t accept cash , breakfast was not included . But the bartender does accept cash tips . Cheaper rooms in surrounding properties with breakfast included . If you’re paying 225 dollars at least include breakfast and have the shower clear of someone elses short and curly hairs .

My room had a smell to it. Facility seems older based on wear and tear in the room. It was clean. No bugs. Charges for breakfast which isn’t great. The man who checked me in was a little condescending which didn’t set the tone for this stay. All in all it was ok.

Rooms are loud with flashing lights and could hear adjacent elevator beeping all night

There was a big bug on the wall my first night. The second night I stayed they put me in a handicap room and I had NO room on the bathroom counter and the water in the shower ran ALL over the bathroom - very inconvenient.

Not enough light in the room and the chair at the desk had something on the seat like a large patch of dried glue or clear nail polish. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Great manager and staff with a positive and joyful attitude. It will be super if they get over COVID related restrictions to clean rooms on a daily basis. Lighting in the rooms can be improved as the current one feels a bit depressing.

Our particular room (219) was next to the elevator. It was a bit noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. $13 is pricey for for the offering.

Quiet, comfortable and well run

The place was very convenient, clean, quiet. Only compliant was that the room was on the small size. And the bathroom door opened into the front door in an odd inconvenient way.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Always pleasant. Nice selection of drinks and snacks. Excellent breakfast options. Really pleased with the friendliness of the staff!

Naomi at the front desk was the best part of our stay! She was very helpful from the moment we arrived!! From dinner recommendations, directions and sharing her favorite local spots. She always greeted us with a smile :)

I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Cincinnati, but none compare—and after this recent trip, I’m convinced this place is in a league of its own. I don’t even look elsewhere anymore. Every time I’m in town, I book here without hesitation because I know it’ll be a great stay. But this trip? By far the best I’ve ever had. The staff made it unforgettable. Everyone was so fun, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to be around—we didn’t even want to leave the hotel to explore. The people here were the experience. We came for a weekend business trip as usual, but it felt more like a weekend with friends. The weekend staff was welcoming from the jump, the rooms were spotless, and the whole environment had that perfect mix of laid-back and cared-for. Breakfast is the only meal they serve, but it’s fire. Always fresh and done right. The kind of breakfast you actually look forward to. The bartender? Top-tier. Great energy, made the evenings feel cozy and social in the best way. And major props to Manager Michael—whatever he’s doing behind the scenes, it’s working. You can tell there’s strong leadership and pride in this place. This hotel has officially become our home base in Cincy. And honestly? We didn’t want to leave. Already counting down until next time.

Clean room, courteous staff.

First of all, the manager on duty Mr Robert was extremely rude and is not appropriate for a role that deals with customers. Secondly, Is it that Hilton has a policy to NOT TO CLEAN the rooms for three consecutive days when guests are there? This is unbelievable as I stayed at Hilton and HGI hundreds of times before and never experienced this. THIS IS WHAT that Mr ROBERT tells me--which I think is not true. Moreover, The duty manager Mr Robert initially tried to allot a room that was dysfunctional--for toilet flushing and sink drain and bathroom door. He must be knowing that the room he gave us is dysfunctional, being the duty manager. We had to complain and then he changes the room in an impolite way. I never experienced this kind of arrogant and irresponsible behaviour from any Hilton staff before in various cities and in different countries. Sorry. I will try to avoid Hilton now onwards, as one bad apple is good enough to spoil the reputation, if the hiring is not appropriate.

Robert, the manager or assistant manager. I can't remember his title was amazing completely. Took care of my wife's requests regarding early check-in and made sure billing was straight between my account and my mother-in-law's account. Robert was wonderful. Kind and very accommodating to our needs. He needs to be recognized for his efforts. Completely accommodated our early check-in requirements for a wedding we were attending. The room was comfortable clean. Very nice. The bed very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever

Over all very convenient for me

It is close to where I am heading. Christian Waldschmidt Homestead- less than 10-minute drive from this property. includes breakfast. I have stayed here several times over the past five years, sometimes alone, sometimes with a companion.

They have a breakfast but that isn't included and we didn't try it.

When we arrived the first thing we noticed was that there was no restaurant and no bar, two reasons we chose this hotel. I told the desk person at check-in that the write up on the hotel said online that there was a restaurant and bar she laughed and said lots if people ask about that but they don't have one. She said we could get a 'cocktail' after 4:30pm when someone would be there to make us one. We check later and there was a man sitting there on his computer who had about 10 bottles of rum and whiskey sitting out and he offered to make us something. Not exactly a bar. Our room was small, very dark, in need of maintenance. The toilet did not flush properly and the seat was broken. The light around the vanity was flickering, needing replaced. The noise was incredible, I had to wear ear plugs to get sleep. We won't be back.

Amazing place to stay. Only thing I don't agree is you have to pay for breakfast or just do not have it

Loved this hotel! The facility was super clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly. They had a hot breakfast available for $12 and it was excellent!
