The pool was closed while we were there. They could have suggested we go to the Hilton Hawaiian Villiage to use their pool, which we and other guests did on our own but they could have offered that, especially considering they charge a “resort” fee. It was just a hotel!

It was amazing! They had a service in the hotel that helped you book certain events and excursions on the island. They also had a hotel bar/restaurant, pool, exercise room so we never had to leave if we didn't want to. They also assisted in finding a company that rented out travel scooters for my disabled husband so we were able to navigate the island on our own. It was amazing and I would stay here again!

The hotel was slightly older and smaller, but a lovely room that suited all our needs for the 2 nights before our cruise. Lots of walkable things to do but also close to public transportation. Food was ok in hotel lobby restaurant but handy to have after a full day of travelling. Room was clean and there were a few amenities, gym, pool with terrace and our room had a balcony overlooking parking but still nice to enjoy the outdoor space.

Very friendly staff and convenient. Had to valet my car as they did not have self parking. A little pricey but I’m guessing that’s standard for Waikiki. Cars were retrieved quickly and overall, a pleasant experience.

Hotel is not in ideal but relatively in a great location walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining options. You probably want to stay little more east of the property closer to waikiki beach where all the action is. We stayed in the suite. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave. The rooms were not that good though. the carpet and sofa were old and rooms were dingy. Carpet was sticky and dirty. Always felt like carpet was wet even though the weather outside was all dry. But staff was good and service was good. Rooms could have been better.

We stayed in room 1507 in the beginning and it smelled like mold. We got sick and moved from that room to another room 1513. I think I would look at that room and see if there is a mold problem. Staff at the restaurant not friendly at all.

The check in staff was nice and most of the valet staff was pleasant to interact with. Overall the place was clean but housekeeping was very inconsistent. There were days when they would knock on our door at 10am and others when they wouldn’t come until 4 or 5 pm. The general feel of the hotel was older but clean. There were a ton of places to eat and shop within walking distance so that was a benefit since self park isn’t an option.

The hotel overall was great. Lots of eatery options both in the hotel and surrounding areas. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint was there were roaches!!! For the cost of the room there should NOT have been roaches!!

The amount of dust in all the furniture in my room was disgusting. You could see it piling up on the lights and the remote. The pictures of this property were highly deceiving as it did not look like that in person.

Location is great. Close to shopping, beach and food options. However the property is very outdated. The room entry door handle was impossible to open with just one hand. I had to put down all my belongings before trying to open the door because it wouldn’t unlatch to open. The balcony’s are scary looking and the patio door lock would not lock. Ice machines were only on even numbered floors so I had to move across floors for ice. Pool towels were never available when needed.

Rooms are clean but a little outdated. Despite the fact our door lock was not working when we first got the room. They sent the maintenance person to fix it right away. Valet parking team did amazing job. They all super friendly and tell us recommendations around the area. Love love love their cookie. Something for us to munch on everytime we head out for the day trip. The balcony gave us a nice city view of Honolulu without the noise at night. Overall I will go back.

The location is great and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance. The hotel is older than the picture looks. The pool is small and in the shade so it was too cold to swim.There was construction going on so it was loud. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. Also, the bathrooms have a window into the bedroom that has a thick screen as well as the bathroom door, but it lights up the whole room when someone is in the restroom. I'm expecting so I get up a few times a night and the room was so bright every time it woke my husband up.

The property delivered exactly what they advertised. I was looking for safety and relative quietness, away from partying, and I got that. It was a nice, comfortable room, and I enjoyed my view of ocean as well as mountains. I was disappointed that people still smoked from the balconies, even though I understood that was forbidden. I was very pleased that there was a fitness center, but not pleased to pay a hefty resort fee just for that. But, overall, I’m pleased.

The staff was friendly! However the hotel is in need of some updating. The pillowtop mattress has lost its 'pillow" :-). The air conditioning doesnt work in the bathroom.

The staff and service is amazing! The bell desk/valet workers treated us like family especially Scott. But all of the ones we came in contact with was exceptional. My mom had ankle surgery so was walking with a cane, they made sure to make it convenient and always had our car ready! The only downfall is they only offer valet parking and parking is $53/day. But other than that, I was impressed. Will be a returning customer for sure!!

Bait and switch with poor overall customer service. Booked a suite with two queen beds as advertised. Checked in and was told two bed room. I confirmed two queen beds and rep did not say otherwise. Got to the room and discovered two double beds. Went downstairs about this and was told quite casually that bed sizes are not guaranteed even though it is advertised as queen size. Said no other rooms with queen size beds are available even though a quick search on the hotel booking website showed they were. Was told i could cancel but good luck finding another room within an hour of moving to another hotel wihtout paying an hefty amount. If customer service and booking a specific bed size matters to you, i would look elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

There is no resort amenities at the hotel so I am not sure why there is a resort fee. Hotel staff gave away our room even though they were notified by both Expedia and ourselves that our flight was delayed! Did not compensate us for down grade and tried to charge us for the night we were not there due to flight delay that they were informed of as soon as it occurred! Old property in need of renovations! They wanted to charge us for our room that they gave away the night before…unprofessional and totally unexceptional treatment of guests! Don’t book through Expedia they have no way to help with disputes. Staff rolled their eyes and said not our problem you booked third party…lesson learned!

Overall stay was great because the staff went above their duties. They answered every question and provided every service available with professionalism. However the hotel itself can use an upgrade. The main lobby and hallways were stuffy and the first room I checked into didn’t have AC.

Hotel manager us very unprofessional and dishonest. Lied right to my face. Would not honor a confirmed expedia booking...said they were sold out. However went to hilton.com and the strangely had rooms for sell. Completely dishonest and a complete embarrassment for the brand. Trust me, stay elsewhere

The best thing was the warm chocolate cookies if you like cookies. I rented a suite the couch was very very worn so was the shower. If you lounged on the balcony there were rooms looking right above you not private at all. The woman that checked us in was not very pleasant but the asia guy who was working beside her made up for it. He was really awsome wish I got his name. Warning they only valet park and its $55 a night for parking. They have a tiny pool that the sun never shines on so its cold but could be good if the day is extremely hot. We ate at the little coffe shop on the bottom floor they were out of almost everything. Not sure if there delivery didn't come in yet but not much choice the day we were there. I think for the price I would stay else where at one of the other hiltons. If I have to pay all these fees I want a pool we could enjoy. Amenities fees!

When we got there we were greeted nicely and we had a problem and Ginger helped us to get through the process to victory. The breakfast is great at the hotels Tree restaurant. Bfast all you can eat buffet $30 a head.
