The room was lovely but we weren’t able to access our balcony which was incredible disappointing it also look terrible so even keeping curtains open was unpleasant and that is not what you want when you go to Hawaii! Location is great and breakfast is also really great to have included.

Our experience was great but we did not know they were doing a paint job so we weren’t allowed to go into our balcony. We found out the day we checked in. They can also upgrade on their pillows as it wasn’t that comfortable. Also hotel parking was full so we had to park across the street everyday.

Room and property were great! Breakfast was fantastic! The only opportunity would be the elevator situation. Long waits going up or down, and staying on the 18th floor meant the stairs were not a great option. On the whole, a great place to stay.
