Property is very clean. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The ability to open the window, feel the breeze and see the views was amazing. Maid service daily was great. The pool was beautiful but the wind tunnel that rips through there is terrible. You can not relax because your drinks, chairs and belongings get blown away. It also creates a chill while wet and the adult pool is not warm. Only 1 hot tub, not very big, that is occupied by kids a majority of the time.

Very friendly staff. Elevator can be frustrating even with 3 running it's very busy here and there were times we had to wait for multiple ones to finally have room to ride. Thos would be the only meh about this place. 100 sails restaurant inside has an awesome breakfast buffet. Close enough to walk (10 min) to mall that has tons of shopping and eateries. Uber is your best friend if you don't want to drive!!! Taxis are insane price wise. Traffic is no joke out here.

The pool was so windy, we couldn’t stay. The infinity pool was freezing. We did use the regular pool but kids everywhere and froze once we got out. The pool should be on the ground level to eliminate the fierce winds.

Nice hotel; clean; pretty views of the marina but need to walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village for nearest beach access or walk into the center of Waikiki (about 25 minute walk, sometimes quicker by Uber but not in traffic.) Infinity pool was closed while we were there. Hotel pool was fine but sometimes had a shortage of chairs. About a 5 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping mall which is huge. Coffee shop in the lobby was good and convenient.

We stayed at Prince Waikiki from Saturday to Friday and were initially impressed by the check-in service and room quality. However, the stay quickly became disappointing. We found white hairs on the couch and bed, sheets with stains weren’t replaced, trash wasn’t taken out, and surfaces weren’t properly cleaned. Slippers, robes, and towels were removed and not replaced, and an iron request took over 30 minutes, making me late to an appointment. The TV remote barely worked. For a hotel with such high ratings, the service and housekeeping felt careless and inconsistent, and this experience was far below expectations.

Ocean View room only had a view of the polluted marina, and you could only see a sliver of the ocean from one corner. Hot tub wzs small,and only fit 2-3 adults comfortably. Limited dining options, with no food for vegans. My biggest concern was cleanliness. Light switches were brown and I needed to use a lysol wipe on them. Carpet, which traps allergens, more difficult to clean than hard floor. I saw a roach at 3 am run across the dresser.

The room was generally clean but I did notice some mold in the shower. The view from the room was gorgeous. The staff were friendly and courteous. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Parking is pricey but convenient. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but had a lot of good options. The area the hotel is in was a little further away from the shopping areas than I had anticipated but the trade off is that the area is relatively quiet. There was one night where there was a loud buzzing noise from 11 pm to midnight that bothered me and the front desk said it was plumbing. Other than that one incident, I had a good stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved our view from the 18 floor. Room was great except after a couple of days staying there, we noticed a small pile of sand between the bed and night stand at the wall, which at first thought that was a ant hill. Then while checking we looked underneath the night stand and there was a piece of paper and chocolate ball. That only meant that our room we stayed at wasn't properly cleaned. I spoke with guest services about it. The only thing they did was say, someone will come up and vacuum it. A little dissappointed. But overall, great location and nice view. Staff were nice.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel but when I arrived there was a used hand towel in the bathroom counter and hair piled on the floor in a corner of the bathroom. Beautiful room and views but that was my initial reaction to my stay. I’m sure it was a honest mistake but it didn’t please me upon arrival. Beyond that, staff and restaurants were amazing. I enjoyed my final dinner and drink with an off duty mixologist and she was super sweet! I would definitely start again.

The Prince Waikiki was better than expected. All rooms have ocean view but are overlooking the Ala Wai small boat harbor. So sunsets have sailboats and ocean waves and are gorgeous. Floor to ceiling windows with automatic curtains were awesome. Press the button to make them go up and down revealing the view outside. We stayed in room 703&704 which is an adjoining room and right in front of the elevator. We heard no noise from the elevators. 7th floor is really low, but the views are gorgeous. The staff is very attentive and housekeeping will come early so put out your sign to come back later and they are happy to do so. We had a couple special requests and housekeeping was on it fast! The rooms are good, water pressure in showers was good and it was quick with the hot water for showers. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is in the shower for you. They will bring extra towels if requested. The beds were comfortable and the pillows excellent. We did notice a little bit of a slope in the beds on the side where people probably sit on it. Sleeping on the other side was quite comfy. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the Ala Moana mall which has a food court open until 8pm plus all sorts of stores including a target and foodland where you can get groceries. Walk another 8 minutes and Walmart is on the back side of the mall a block further than target. All Very convenient for meals if you don’t want to pay hotel prices for meals.

Nice hotel, great location and pleasant, helpful staff. All was great except our room was right above pool area so music and kids having fun (screaming) was heard most of day until 10p. Also the gym was directly above us so early morning exercisers generally woke us up. I would advise turning Rm 610 into a supply room. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel and we’d stay again but request a different room.

The Prince Waikiki was a great hotel to stay in, point blank. My stay involved me, my husband and almost 2 year old toddler. Due to unexpected circumstances I had to frantically find a new hotel to spend the last half of our stay in Oahu. When I called Prince Waikiki 10 days prior to arrival, they were able to reserve a crib for me. I didn't believe them until we got there and housekeeping brought up the crib for us after we checked in! All staff was lovely to us and spoke to my toddler with joy. Whenever we needed something, the answer was found and the issue dealt with immediately. Our view from our room was the dock and the beautiful ocean, so our toddler enjoyed watching the boats leave and arrive. The hotel was a 6 minute drive from Ala Moana park/beach and 20 minutes from the airport. I couldn't hear my neighbors next door or people walking by the door. We didn't get a chance to eat at their restaurants but from the outside they look delicious. If I ever return to Honolulu, I would absolutely stay here again!

Very unpleasant experience with the female staff when I checked out on 22nd May around 5:20 am. There was only one female staff there as it was early in the mornng and when I tried to check out, she was very unfriendly and the final invoice was wrong. I was charged 1 extra day for parking and I asked to review if the amount is correct but she looked she got bothered due to my request and didn't even say apology for the wrong charge of parking. Anyway she fixed the invoice but very unfriendly. She needs to get trained more with warm smile when facing hotel guests. It is not cheap hotel.

Excellent stay! The rooms and facilities are all clean and in great shape, the lobby area is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the views from rooms are fantastic. Perfect location. Rochelle at front desk (and her manager - I don’t have a have name) was a rock star helping me when there was an issue with my reservation and resolved it to my satisfaction. The only complaint I have, and this is very minor, is that there was a weird odor in the hallway throughout our stay. Nothing looked dirty or anything so I don’t know what it was.

I booked this hotel specifically because of Expedia's VIP Access and my Silver status, which should have entitled me to certain perks. However, when I arrived and check in at the front desk and show them my Expedia account, they insisted I wasn’t eligible and told me to contact Expedia to clarify—handling the situation with a terrible attitude. This experience has left me so disappointed that I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. I could have chosen a hotel closer to the beach, but instead, this is what I ended up with. Truly ridiculous!

Staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The engineer, Robert, came prepared to help adjust the fridge temperature, connect the tv cable, and show us how to use the automatic blinds. They were also very fast in following through with anything we needed. Would even go to say that this is the best hotel on Oahu! The ocean view was amazing and the bathrooms was really nice and very clean.

Really nice hotel, the view of the marina was a nice change. The second floor pool is amazing. It’s walking distance to Ala Moana Mall (lots of restaurants) & close enough to the Lagoon and Waikiki. It’s not walkable to the main Waikiki strip, but it’s cheap ride there, so no problem!

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The only problem was it's far from waikiki area and with family and kids it's not convenient because if you go by car it's hard to find parking in waikiki area. We ordered food one time from restaurant and quality was very low and when we called them, they remove it from our receipt.

Nice clean rooms with great view of the harbor. I preferred this location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but close to enough to walk. Also close to Ala Moana shopping center and easy to venture down to SALT district closer to downtown. The trolleys in and around Waikiki/Honolulu were a nice option.

Absolutely exquisite. Off the main drag but close to everything. Love love love the huge windows that open onto the ocean air. Huge room with spacious bathroom. Love the separate shower and tub and private toilet/bidet. Lobby is a little nuts but has everything I needed. Pool food is outstanding.

Staff was courteous. The meeting facilities were excellent as was the conference food. They provide an aluminum refillable water bottle which was ecofriendly and also a nice souvenir. There are many water fill stations around the hotel. The sushi restaurant on the ground floor is amazing.

Clean hotel. Nice pool. Convenient coffee shop in the lobby. Nice rooms with beautiful views of the harbor. Staff was nice but service varied - thoughtful and some dismissive encounters (not rude). Overall, a pleasurable stay.

100 Sail Restaurant: food selection and quality, very poor; table service was worse. We may stay at the Prince Waikiki again but will never dine there. Period.

Stayed for one night before flight to LA lovely hotel clean large room, huge bathroom, staff managed issues with storm lala and power outage very well. We ate in the restaurant food was great wait staff friendly. Pool looked amazing unfortunately due to the storm it was closed due to safety concerns. I would definitely stay here again

The staff was terrific, everyone was helpful and full of aloha. Room was great, enjoyed the bar at the restaurant for a light dinner. Menu breakfast was tasty, though the coffee wasn't very good. Sunday brunch at $91 per person is just too expensive.
