Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Hotel claimed they were too busy. We called twice for service. Ended up going to lobby to get what we needed. No safe in room.

The lobby is very nice looking, but the rooms do not get dusted, and bathrooms are in very poor condition. We booked two rooms, and my son’s blanket had a stain on it… wasn’t replaced after 3 requests. Phone at the reception area just doesn’t get picked up- not for internal nor external calls. Would not recommend a stay at this location.

We enjoyed our stay. I have found that less expensive hotels sometimes offer more amenities than the expensive hotels. We found that with the fact that there was no microwave in our room to reheat any leftovers that we had.

All was good
