For the price we paid and the pool was down wasn’t worth it. Parking was slim to none. Staff was really nice the guy who checked me in was amazing. No Kleenex or cups in the room. Other then that we were there overnight was all

The hot tub was ice cold and being filled up with a garden hose, the pool lining was bubbling up and peeling off, the steps to the pool were broken and could have cut your foot on it. The hotel staff were rude and would ignore you when asking questions. I was ignored when I showed up to check in which took 15 min until I was acknowledged. Limited breakfast options, unable to take food to your room, no consistency with staff available or hours for the pool and breakfast. Not work the amount of money I paid I would have just stayed elsewhere if I had the money back from what I spent on this stay but that wasn’t an option to be refunded.

The pool had broken stairs, the hot tub was ice cold, the lining of the pool was peeling horribly. The entire place smells like mold, I was afraid I was going to get robbed, the toilet reeked of stale pee along with the seat being literally yellow. Very disappointing and dissatisfying. Will never be staying again

Waited for service at check-in, no one arriving or answering phone for at least 10 mins. Very dirty toilet and floors, no safety latch on main door to room, (we had a suite) door broken open previously on bedroom door so it didn't close, pool being filled with a hose, dirty pool, liner on pool peeling off, paint chips on pool deck, no furniture on pool deck. The one staff person we did see was very sweet.

No power at check in. Power came back on after 4pm. They are forcing me to try and get a refund from expedia. Pool also not filled so false advertisement. It’s dump!

The picture depicting tis hotel is not this hotel. This is an older facility that needs updates. The swimming pool is empty and filled with debris, the sitting area outside needs help, the rooms were clean, but the odorize was a bit overwhelming. Chairs out back were all broken. Wyndham shouldn't be posting this picture

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The toilet was not clean and leaked water all over the bathroom floor, mold was caked up in the corners of the bathroom, and there was garbage in the bedroom area. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Could hear other rooms conversations inside ours. Bathroom was dirty. Mattress was stained. I noticed because I had a concern about bed bugs so I lifted the linens. Next to an adult store. Shady patrons.

First impression I was not impressed when we pulled up. The hotel needs a definite upgrade. It looks old and dingy. There is no elevator and the stairs are dark and narrow. There was a used towel hung on the back of the bathroom door and the mirror in the room was dirty.

I loved the desk clerk the room was not clean smelled like mold only one outlet worked for charging. Not even lamps plugs weren't working. Nasty wash cloth in the shower. The toilet was not bolted down. Bed wasn't a queen size. I'm very dissatisfied

The room we had was not clean. Previous visitors drew ugly things on mirror and it just was there. The smell in the room was terrible. Bed had some hair, bathroom didn’t look clean at all. Don’t expect too much from breakfast. Receptionist was nice though. Not worth what we paid for our stay as there was no other option to choose from (so we had to choose this hotel). I’d never go back again, better sleep in the car.

Rooms are dirty. Mold in the fridge. Sofa has stains. TP needed refill. Bulbs burnt out. No drawers in furniture. Open wifi, don't do anything financial. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room had a funky smell upon our arrival, some of the towels in the bathroom were dirty, the bathroom fan could wake the dead, and the water was either very hot or lukewarm/cold. The very loud heater kicked on every two minutes the entire night, and couldn’t be adjusted as the knobs were broken. I am very disappointed and thought this would be a good place to stay due to the association with Wyndham.

We stay here a lot because of the ease of getting to and from Cascade mountain and the value of the rooms. The staff is amazing and very accommodating to our sometimes unique arrival for getting on the slopes. Very friendly staff and always very helpful when we need something taken care of. It's not the Ritz Carlton of course, but if that's what you want you can find it someplace else. Overall this is a great place to stay for our weekend getaways. Thanks Day Inn!

The manager snapped at me about bringing breakfast back to my room for my dog after I asked him if I could and he said I could as long as I didn’t make a mess. The sink was leaking like crazy, there was a hole in the ceiling, and the hot tub was out of order and was rather dirty.

Please stay anywhere else. I travel a lot for business and pleasure all over the country, and this is only the second time in my life I was forced to leave the hotel immediately upon checking in. The nonsmoking room wreaked of cigarettes , the baseboards, wallpaper, and heating system were literally falling apart, there was no TV remote to be found throughout the entire room, the pillows looked tiny and abysmal. And whenever customer service was needed, there was nobody even manning the front desk at 5 pm on a Friday (I had to use a hotel phone just to get someone’s attention). On top of that I was still charged 1 nights stay despite spending a total of 8 minutes in the room before leaving for good.

When arriving to the hotel I gave the man my reservation number which was for two rooms, he proceeded to tell me the reservation was only one room and clearly it was two from my confirmation. He did nothing to help clear it up yet instead charged me for the two rooms but also charged my friend for one room so I am still waiting on my refund. I told him again in the morning he charged me twice and he said to contact booking agency and they said to contact him as he’s the one who charged me twice. Very unhelpful and the hotel is not nice, breakfast foods that were out were hard as a rock. Do not stay! Spend the extra 10 minutes and go somewhere else!

The location is a real problem. The property is ON (not near) a confusing cloverleaf, and missing a turn (as I did 3 times) requires several miles of travel up the freeway. Also note that the hotel is not near the town of Portage.

This property isn’t a cute little gem. It is clean, nice staff. Not a resort, just motel. just off a major freeway exchange at/ near Cascade Mountain Ski area. Plenty of varied eating establishments within 15 min drive. A large truck stop to north with Iron Skillet Family Style Restaurant.

The hotel is old and worn. Although it seemed clean, some of the amenities were missing. The walls are so thin that even when the bathroom door is closed, sounds are very loud in the bedroom as if the door is open. The breakfast was not well stocked.

Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was super limited. You couldn’t even make your own waffles unless it was the weekend. Dirtiest and most run-down Days Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was clean, but the rest of the hotel was nasty.
