Advertised hot tub which is why we went. Got a message at 3:15 the day of check in that hot tub was no longer there. Room had exposed electrical and no smoke alarm. Remote did not work the best.

Easy check in and the room was clean . Could walk to Suzy’s Steak House. The pool and Hot tub needed cleaning! Breakfast area and food were great!

The pool area needs attention. The water is cold, and there is a lot of loose debris on the floor of the pool—I am assuming from the construction. I was also sad to see photos of a hot tub online but to get here and see that it has been taken out

The cleaning crew and the breakfast lady were TOP NOTCH. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The will clean daily unless you have DND. Breakfast was always hot and full. Also some cereal options. Downside was the hot tub wasn't working and pool room was very chilly. The sauna was nice.

The property and rooms were quite dated and were in need of repair. The hot tub was broken with no estimate when it would be fixed. The television in my room wasn't working correctly. Maid service did not occur for the four nights I stayed. Carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty. I will not be staying there again!

Filthy bathroom. Shower head was caked with black mold, and there was black mold all around the drain opening and side of the tub. Housekeeping staff cursing loudly in the hallway early in the morning. Hotel is generally shabby and not particularly well maintained.

It was ok. Breakfast was great with many options and good coffee. The room was visibly dirty at checkin with greasy hand prints still all over the appliances and mirrors and hair in the tub. Could be a great place just need more attention to cleaning.

Was very disappointed in the room. I used to stay here a while back and it was great now its horrible. Bed was very uncomfortable, hole in the ceiling above the couch, walls had crackers and paint missing. The floors look like they have never been cleaned properly. It was just bad.

The TV in the room didn’t work right & when we called the front desk to ask for assistance, the clerk was no help. We asked for a different room, and she denied that there were any other available rooms. She was not very helpful. Otherwise the place was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, & the free breakfast was great. Just need more knowledgeable clerk working the night shift.

There was dried toothpaste all over the faucet and the frame of the mirror. Also some big door was banging ever hour to hour and a half. Front desk said that was the fire door that people are not supposed to use.

We really enjoyed the king suite with our toddler. It’s great to have the extra space when they were asleep. There was only an extra blanket for the pull out sofa and no pillows. When I asked about getting pillows only 1 was found/available. Otherwise a great stay!

Staff was very rude asked for a roll of toilet paper and she said I’m not on the clock and she was sitting at the front desk we stay there a lot and we’re very disappointed in staff attitude this time they told us rooms were assigned when we asked to move because heater was so loud after many complaints they finally moved us

The receptionist who "welcomed" us had a brash personality and lacked hospitality skills. All other staff, including the housekeepers, were polite, courteous, and helpful. There was a hot breakfast every day with regular options of eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, pastries, toast, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The hotel was clean and well up kept. The pool area was very nice and included a hot tub, sauna, shower, and rest rooms. Our bed was a pillow top and very comfortable. We stayed in a suite that featured a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had a broken knob but functioned well. The location was about a 30 minute drive from the Dells - a bit further than we'd prefer but away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Very happy with the stay. Slightly off the beaten path which made me feel less crowded. Staff was attentive and courteous, facility was clean and quiet and the room was very comfortable. All in all, I had a great night.

The property is well maintained and staffed and they handled a large capacity demand for rooms very well the breakfast was great with abundant choices and well presented with everything available even with a number of people there to eat at any given time during the hours the breakfast was out the beds were comfortable and clean and the staff took good care of us with fresh towels etc for the two nights we stayed

We enjoyed our stay overall! They were very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was great especially the pancake machine and eggs and sausage wide better tasting than most. Family enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub.
