Property was clean and very well kept. Ms. Xu was excellent with having our breakfast and helping us while we were there. The staff at the counter was very nice and attentive. The only issue we had was on our last night we went to the pool for a couple of hours and all 5 of us got chlorine rash, I made sure to oet the lady know at the time of check out. Hopefullyu they look into their pool chlorine levels, because this is very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was excellent!

The only problem this location has is with parking. The lot is too small for the amount of rooms available. Regardless of that. It was an excellent quiet hotel.

The facility and the staff were incredible parking with the trailer is an issue, There’s very little parking available. overall it was a great stay and the continental breakfast was kind of week eggs and sausage with nothing to go on it or with it was a bit disheartening.

Great room for the price. I would like to recommend more than just 1 washer and 1 dryer at the hotel. I had to wake up at 4 am this morning to do laundry because it was busy for the 4 nights I stayed. Thank you

Room was in need of maintenance and upgrades, especially the shower. Parking was fine and it was conveniently located. The laundry was coin operated so I skipped it. Wi-fi was my biggest gripe. I had to re-login every time I I went online.

Hotel is overall great and Cheyenne and the Hispanic lady at the front desk are very friendly! Two things that need to be addressed. The pillows totally suck! All four on my bed were garbage. Also, the carpet needs to be steam cleaned. I used the bath mat under my feet to scoot around in the room aftervi showered, and when i looked at the other side, it was totally black with grime.

First room was very smelly, like perfume. Tried airing it out but didn’t go away. Thought I’d get used to it but had to sleep with an N95 mask just to get any rest because it bothered me so much. Woke up with a sore throat and swollen itchy eyes. They got me another room, which smelled more normal. The hallways and common areas had a different strong, weird smell. Linens were clean. New paint on walls. A/C unit very loud and lots of road noise. If you’re used to 1-2 star hotels, you might be ok with it, but I don’t feel ~$150/night is worth it for this hotel. Wouldn’t pay half that.

Very clean in all areas. A well-stocked breakfast dining room that had the "Texas" Belgian waffle maker. Bed was very comfortable and our room quiet.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. Everything was dirty … wall plugs sparked when putting in plug and then plug kept falling out. , lights were out and not working. No sheets on the fold out couch and the couch and floors were nasty. Bathroom was disgusting, had hair in the tub. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work.. smelled like marajuana in bathroom.

The hinges on our door into the room were messed up, so the door had about a half inch gap at the top. Because of the gap we could hear all the noises in the hallway. We turned the A/c down to 60 degrees and it never got cold inside the room. Staff was very friendly though!

The staff was great upon check-in and the fantastic lady running the continental breakfast was an absolute delight. Zero complaints about the staff. However, in Room 415 the door not only didn't deadbolt - If I hadn't been there to be able to force the door to latch my wife would've slept with the door unlocked all night. I notified the front desk upon check out - I sincerely hope the issue is addressed because that is not safe whatsoever.

Check in was flawless. Room was great but had a neighbor that enjoyed 4am TV rather loud Room was great. Clean and nice. AC had no option for constant fan to help with outside noise Comfortable bed. My problem was with the bathroom. Definitely could use some fresh , clean caulking and a good floor scrubbing. Some fresh paint on some trim. Bathrooms are where I get picky on appearance. Was it terrible? By no means. It was fine. Just not enough for me to offer 5 stars Breakfast was great. The host was enough to brighten your morning. Overall a great stay. When pricing pushes above 175 I just simply expect perfection. Just one travelers opinion

Very, very thin walls and floors. The room above us had a small child who liked to run and woke us up at 6:30am doing laps around the room. Just be prepared to hear all your neighbors business. Staff was friendly room as just average.

The customer service was extraordinary! I witnessed the front desk clerk confronted with a very difficult customer. I was in awe at the patience and kindness she continued to show. I wish I had some flowers to give her because she represented her company in the best way at night when nobody was watching. Bravo !

Took the front desk FOREVER to check me in. Room was "okay"... Just felt old... I mean, it had wooden doors in the bathroom and on the closet... the paint on the bathroom door felt "sticky" after my shower. Rusty door jams... The handles on the doors are shiny gold... talk about "dated"... When I checked out the next morning I walked up to the counter, older woman kept her head down reading what appears to be a printed out email, never once looked up and greeted me. A younger guy in a plain black t-shirt, no name tag or identifiable markings that he was an employee, asked me what I needed... Umm...I\'m here to check out.... He fumbled around for a while, asked her a question, got back to me... Apparently booking on a third-party system like Hotels.com puts a little "kink in their chain" so to speak... He wasn\'t sure what to do. Let\'s just say it\'s a 2 star hotel for a reason.

Over the weekend Sue in the breakfast dining area was a breath of fresh air. She is so hospitable, smiled, waited on everyone making sure we had what we needed and wanted. She is a gem and a good reason I would stay there again! On the opposite side, the day of checkout, I went to get coffee and saw breakfast was set out at 525 am. We were getting ready to check out and head home, which is an 1100 mile drive. I was getting ready to grab a muffin and a young man told me breakfast didnt start until 6 am. I explained I was checking out and just wanted to grab a muffin but he would adamantly not allow me to. I felt like a child being reprimanded! Very poor customer service. All the food was set out. What difference did it make to him, seriously? I have no complaints otherwise. All the housekeeping staff were pleasant and very respectful.

Exceptional property for price and location. We got a room on top on backside away from interstate and we never heard a sound even though they were completely booked. Very good hot breakfast ~even offered pumpkin spice flavored Texas shaped waffles! Very friendly staff. Thank you so much, we will be back!
