booked 5 months in advance & when i got there my room was not available , they tried to make me pay for a second room. bath tub had an orange sized hole in the side sink was cracked . Smoke detector had toilet paper wadded around it .outside patio wall almost fell over when i leaned on it & it is no longer like the the picture . Back door had shattered glass . I was afraid to use any of the dishes without washing it first , the entire place is poorly maintained & should be shut down for safety violations . I got lucky & found another place for the rest of the week that was great . Very deceptive pictures for this listing . More like a low rate budget motel . The rooms have a gross smell . The shower head was even rusty .

My room (115) was right near the front lobby and the elevator. I could everyone coming through late night, which caused me to wake up several times throughout each night. I recommend that before assigning this room, please ask if the guest is okay to be near the lobby and elevator as there is more foot traffic than other rooms. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Awesome facilities! The beds however were not Queen size, and really close to the wall! My wife and I slept in the separate beds. Otherwise, great -- definitely I will return! Awesome staff!!

When we checked in - the from desk clerk gave us the wrong room. He gave us keys to another guests room who was still staying there. Luckily, that guest was not in the room at the time or that would’ve been very awkward. This mistake though innocent and honest; really posed a huge security risk and question for us. The new room we did get was not the room we reserved. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds but the room we got was only 1 bed and a sofa bed. Which made it tight for our family of 4. The side door of the building was always open which again was a security risk to guests staying there. It wasn’t secure at all which we did not like as we were traveling with 2 small children. The only positive of this hotel was that it was in close proximity to stores, food and the interstate.

The staff was very nice and understanding but the rooms itself STUNK SO BAD . I MEAN THEY SMELLED REALLY BAD . The over all stay was okay . But I wouldn’t go back simply because the rooms stick and they were really dirty . There were stains ON THE CURTAINS . Like how . Stains on the floors , you do not want to bring a black light with you okay ?

We arrived around 7 p.m., nobody was at the desk. We waited for 3-4 minutes and somebody walked behind the counter holding a bunch of laundry (looked like wet bedsheets) that she carried out of view. She came back to the counter and gave a basic version of customer service that doesn't get a complaint, but lacked a certain warm welcome that you hope for when visiting a new hotel. Sometimes it's artificial or it's phoned in. This time is was a bland mix of "I don't want to be here" but "I don't intend to get fired". It was the lowest version of adequate, but still adequate. The room smelled dank, like mold/mildew. Our noses adjusted and we would forget, until we went out and came back. It got worse every time, but we kept getting use to it. Probably should have switched rooms. The room itself, including linens, towels, kitchen, fridge, and bathroom, was pretty clean. There was somebody's smashed black sock or underwear we discovered under the corner chair when we were packing to leave. We left it there. The shower pressure was poor. Usable and disappointing. Pillow were made of a new kind of memory foam, the kind that are very puffy at first, but so flat when you lay your head down, all you have left are memories of what it's like to have had a pillow. The bed itself was super comfy, like sleeping on a dream. The hallway reeked of pot on day 1, but gone by day 2. We checked out earlier than originally planned. Checkout at 2 a.m. was A+ and that person was kind and sweet.

After the situation that I had just come from, this was a slice of heaven, and a very need for positive experience. I can’t find one thing to complain about. My room was absolutely clean. The front desk were friendly people, welcoming, smiling. I loved my little kitchen, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to stay there. It’s wonderful and I’m gonna go back again.

Roaches roaches roaches in two different rooms assigned on the third floor 312 and first floor 102. And not just one roach but several with one having babies on its back! Disgusted me so much I just left and stayed at the Hampton Inn which was much cleaner. Not booking anymore hotels that have kitchenette’s because they do not clean them enough to eliminate roaches. Waiting on a refund requested but they will more than likely keep my money!!! Shameful!!!

On first entry, the room appeared clean but we were disappointed to find raw meat left in fridge, moldy coffee filter in coffee pot, no extra coffee, 1/2 roll of TP with no extra, no trash can in bathroom, shower curtain spewed with something red- brown?? While the staff were apologetic, they didn’t seemed overly concerned.

The hotel overall was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. Many of the channels on the tv did not get a clear picture. The gueen bed was horrible. It need to be replaced years ago. Not supportive at all. We had a horrible nights sleep.

When entering lobby in the evenings, I would be warmly greeted by Zipphora. She is an absolute delight and a “can do”person. Zipphora made a difficult time for me refreshing. Thank you. I love this hotel. It is convenient to restaurants, stores and major routes. I spent 7 nights there and not one disappointing moment.

Amazing!! Ladies at front desk were so kind and accommodating. We ended up with the last room which was supposed to have a pull out couch in the living-room for our friends and did not. Definitely be aware and check with the hotel on this before booking. The general manager, Brandy, was so kind and helpful with working with me and hotels.com to resolve this. Even let me take some extra dove body bars home with me! Room was very clean and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable unlike the normal rough sheets they were actually really snug with a very fluffy comforter. Hotels.com lists the check out @noon, the time is actually 11am and the front desk lady was very kind in letting us know and extending our check out with no penalty! Besides the missing pull out couch and no remote for the tv’s, our stay was wonderful! -Brie

Nestled off the beaten path just enough to be quiet and comfortable. Close enough to get to everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds sit high. Im 5ft, 4in and it took more than a little hop to get into bed.
