Bed was clean and comfortable. Needed a new toilet seat, pool needed to be vacuumed, showers at the pool didn’t work, sauna was broken, tub in our room was broken, ice machine was broken, doors were exit only as the entrance locks were broken, it was a lot of money for so many issues. Very disappointed with the best western brand.

The rooms were immaculate, but unfortunately dated. The continental breakfast was AMAZING! There was no hot tub, only a pool and sauna. The room service (changing bed linens and such) only came if you stayed longer than 3 nights, however, the front desk gave out fresh towels freely when requested. I would stay there again.

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool. We planned to drive 8 hours and then let our kids swim in the pool after we checked in to get the wiggles out after a long day of driving. The light from the pool was laying on the side of the pool with the cord hanging. The pool water was completely still and filthy. We asked the front desk agent and he assured us it was safe because the electricity was disconnected. There was no way we were letting our kids swim.

We made our reservations a week in advance. Stayed here because of the pool area as we had our grand children with us. The pool was filthy and improperly cared for I being a certified pool technician, explained the proper way to care for the pool as the person doing the cleaning obviously had no clue! Pool was clean when we checked out! And our kids were upset that they couldn't use the pool AND the sauna was out of order too!

The hotel is definitely older with wall paper peeling off everywhere!! The bathroom was dirty with hair every where. Beds are not comfortable either. The breakfast was mediocre at the best. Not staying again.

The hotel was easy to find, convenient to restaurants and services ( we went into town for dinner). It is older but updated and clean. Front desk staff welcoming and helpful. They had the most remarkable breakfast bar we have seen without a chef present. We would have given it 5 stars, but there is a musty off-putting odor in the hallways. We would stay again if in the area.

Our room was quiet and clean and close to an exit door and the indoor pool. We did not use the pool but I noticed people were swimming and it looked nice. The breakfast was very nice - lots of choices and the coffee was good. Everything we needed. Good value.

Not the best Best Western I've stayed at. The rooms definitely need a deep clean. I noticed some crumbs on the carpet from previous guests and the bed frame needed a dusting. Overall a good experience but would look for another hotel before booking this one again.

The room door was sticky and hard to open. The bathroom door wouldn't shut at all. The fan in the bathroom, on whenever the light was on, sounded like an aircraft carrier during flight ops. The hotel touted 25Mbps internet, but even at times the hotel was almost empty, or in the middle of the night, was no faster than 10-15; at prime streaming time, it was unusable.

When we first arrived our room was cold and we couldn’t get the heater to warm it up. The clerk found another room for us that was much warmer. She was great and asked if that room met our needs and it did. Later I went to move the drapes and I discovered some drywall dust on the floor and nightstand. Not a big deal, but I wouldn’t like it, if it were my hotel. I didn’t complain about it. The carpet looks new, the furnishings could be updated as they are looking pretty warm. The bed was comfortable, and they had an awesome breakfast with lots of choices. I have never had corned beef hash as an option before at a hotel. I would stay here again.

Windows in our room were cracked. The industrial clothes dryer cycle on and off too frequently in the evening and nighttime causing a loud rumble. The refrigerator in our room did not close properly so the unit did not cool even though it ran continuously. The grounds were mowed but weeds should be pulled from the areas near the building that are covered with rocks. On a good note, the lobby is nice and the breakfast was more than we expected.

I expected great things after seeing the high ratings for this hotel. The room was stuffy and smelled so musty/humid I could barely sleep. I also had to clean the water reservoir in the in-room coffee maker to use it. Otherwise the hotel was just outdated and average.

The day of our stay, the hotels WiFi / internet was not working. there was a back-up of people waiting for their rooms. The desk clerk, I believe her name was Patricia, was a shining star. She handled the chaos in a very professional and pleasant manner, she should be commended for that.

I was very disappointed with early check in fees. I actually had a hard time getting check-in staff to acknowledge me. Even after waiting till after the deadline to check in, they were not sure they had a room for me, I reserved weeks in advance. This is not acceptable.

Loved this place, convenient to the expressway and only a two-mile drive to downtown. The staff was excellent! Didn't have a chance to use the breakfast bar but the food looked good! I highly recommend this place!

Very courteous staff, clean facility. Close to chain restaurants but not a far drive to local places. Keurig machine in the room was a nice gesture but there were no additional pods available in the breakfast area. Maybe the front desk had them. The machine coffee in the breakfast area was just fine though. If you plan a late night getting back to the hotel, be prepared to park in the far overflow parking.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed was great even had a nice little gas fireplace. Shower was small but not bad. Location ia just looking at another hotel surrounded by a parking lot but didn't really see any scenic hotels around. Not far from the locks and really great breakfast with eggs, sausage, and make your own Belfian waffles. The breakfaat staff waa awesome.

The little things that you'd expect to be done were missing. No working room phone. No tissues. Outdoor entryways didn't work with room key. Breakfast was poor quality. We got locked out of our room while packing as the key was turned off before check-out. TV was silent and it took 24 hours before they fixed it. Many different people hanging around the front desk and breakfast room just wondering around.

The breakfast had both hot (eggs, biscuits and gravy) and grab-n-go items (bagels, hardboiled eggs, english muffins, some fruit). I was told they just went feom serving breakfast until 10am to 9am. I think 9am is too early to stop serving on the weekends. The lobby was decorated nicely for the season, clean, and cozy. Rooms were clean and standard size. My only other suggestion would be to not allow smoking RIGHT outside of the main entrance doors. Maybe have a different designated outdoor smoking area? A lot of guests (and some staff) smoke out there and it's uncomfortable for non-smoking guests to have to constantly walk through. Overall this hotel did exceed my expectations.

We stayed for two nights. The first night was great but the second night was a disappointment. Breakfast the first morning was the best we have had in a hotel. The second morning, they were running out of items when we got there, including coffee cups, types of bread, etc. Everything in the room was fine the first night but on the second night, the tank on the toilet overflowed every time we flushed the toilet.
