Our room was clean and looked like it had been recently upgraded. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Hot tub was nice & hot.

The Good: Breakfast was good, hot and done well. The Bad: Housekeeping didn't leave us any soap/shampoo and we had to go down to the front desk. The person there was very helpful and took care of that problem quickly. The Ugly: The mattress was VERY hard. Normally hotels have firm mattresses, but this one was almost solid and very difficult to sleep on - especially on your stomach or sides.

Price, location, general cleanliness were all pretty good. Employees are all very nice. Don't come here for the hot tub though. The jets have been broken so long there's a laminated sign to prevent the switch from being used, but worse, the water smelled like unwashed feet. Five minutes grossed me out and I didn't go back in the week we were there. My wife noted how everyone who came out and got in the elevator smelled of rank feet. Please fix and maintain the hot tub, or just close it and don't list it as availabile on websites.
