Our room was clean and comfortable. Their was a hot tub and a pool. The hot tub was great. The pool bottom was patchy but otherwise good. Good breakfast options, but the breakfast room was on the small.size.

We loved our stay here. The room was small but clean and perfect for us. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was good and really big. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom was pretty big. The staff were cool about giving extra towels and the pool hours were great. The hot tub was perfect. The sauna was great. The pool was nice but def needed some updates as the bottom was peeling in a bunch of areas. For the price we paid to stay here, we would definitely recommend. It was comfortable, safe, and clean.

Security key pass at rear door was broken and had obviously been so for some time. Large chunks of concrete were missing from the pool bottom. The front office computer was ridiculously slow. It’s obvious that Wyndham has little interest in keeping their properties upgraded!

The first thing i noticed when we walked in was that the rugs were very dirty. Made ma scared of what the rest would be like. The check in person was very helpful and we appreciated the suggestions on what to do/see. Our room was a pet room and smelled slighlty of dog. Carpet was dingy and stained in a spot. Otherwise things were clean and comfortable.

You can tell that the focus is cleanliness and quality. The variety at breakfast is superb. If you tie in the modest cost for room, add up the amenities, recognize the focus on cleanliness/quality, with a great location with convenient access to everything, you will recognize this is truly a hidden gem and a quality hotel at a great value! Upon check in we noticed the pool needed some work — which it is being refurbished next week. After pool time we came back to the room to shower to find a blob of dark hair in our shower. I have red hair, daughter has blonde. NOT our hair. That has kind of ruined the stay. Disappointing.

We was there for a 3 day stay we left early after 2 days do to staff asking us do we even have a room because we was standing out by our car talking and playing on our phones. We are an interical couple I felt like we was racial profiled. We will never be back. In will not recommend this hotel if your not white.

We love staying here when we're in Sault ste Marie Michigan. We come to visit family and bring our two little dogs. Hotel is very fancy for a Super 8. It even has a sauna! Very clean, very friendly desk staff, and excellent breakfast. We will keep staying here on future trips for sure. A special shout out to Stephanie for holding out room this last time because we arrived so late, thank you!

the time on the clock in my room was wrong, do to this I left thinking it was 4:30 AM instead it was 6:15 am i had a 7:00 am flight out of C.I.U, got to the airport late and my flight, there was no other flight s available till Monday morning had to go to another airport 60 miles away to get a flight out that day, have room reserved for Monday I'm going to cancel it. plus left a wake upfor 3:30 never got it

The manager, Scott was very nice because WE screwed up our reservation time by accident and he honored the price that we screwed up on and gave us the room for the night. Very nice gentleman.

Horrible will never stay again lied to about the pool and hot tub being up and running they were not. Bed size full not queen floor dirty. Front desk clueless. Then THEY CHARGED MY CARD TEN TIMES!!! I had to cancel my credit card. I paid before I got there and then they charged me then keep taking forty five dollars out of my account nine times after I checked out. I will NEVER STAY THERE OR ANY SUPER EIGHT AGAIN.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, clean room, comfy bed. Check-in was aggravating because there is no credit card reader so clerk has to manually enter credit cards, and arrivals after 2am risk room cancellation due to night audit software glitch - even when the room is prepaid. Sigh.....

If you offer breakfast, you should serve something that is edible. The eggs were like water. The sausage was like processed. Something couldn’t tell what it was for that fact I would never stay there again.

Most everything was good..breakfast has lots of choices .but seating is limited. Staff friendly..rooms clean. Only downside was spa was hot but no jets... those were down. But overall was a very good stay. .will come again. Easily accessible
