Pretty meh for the price. I reserved this hotel for a mini-family vacation, specifically for the indoor pool in case the weather was bad for outdoor activities for my 7 year old. The pool was cloudy the 1st night, and then the second day, we spent the day at Summit park, but she still wanted to swim, but we couldn't because the pool was closed. Not a huge deal, things happen, but we (she) were disappointed. The breakfast was good though it ends at 9. It was right across the street from Summit park, so very walkable to there- though there's no cross walk to actually walk over to the park, so pedestrians be careful.

Customer service was excellent. staff was very friendly & welcoming. Diane was especially helpful during breakfast time. Our room was clean & comfortable. Pool area was neat & clean. The floor of pool may need some touch up paint, but was clean and perfect for our family. The location is great, directly across from Summit Park and about 20-25 min from some of Cincinnati’s attractions. Would stay again.

This is a nice hotel with pretty views over the Summit Park. While far from Cincinnati downtown I think it offers most of confort at short 20 min. driving distance. Rooms were decent in size, reasonable clean and breakfast offered several options with good seating area. There was a pool and a fitness room. I think the most convenient part was having the Tesla charger during the nights and preconditioning the car before departure. Parking was ample and safe.

I was excited to find a deal for this hotel but should have known it was too good to be true. I checked in beforehand, so arrival was a breeze. After a long day of traveling, all I wanted to do was get in bed. However, I was mortified to discover they didn’t even change the sheets!!!! As soon as I pulled the comforter down I could see food crumbs all over the bed. When my partner called the front desk to report this and change rooms they had the audacity to ask what kind of crumbs were in the bed. Never again!

Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. We booked two rooms: one was perfect, but the other had a front door that wouldn’t close properly, trash on the bathroom floor, and lots of hair on the ground. We reported everything to the front desk — the door was fixed and the room was cleaned, but the initial impression was already spoiled. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but it was satisfactory.

The room was like it had not been used in months. There were cobwebs in every corner in bedroom area and bathroom. The bathroom shower tile was painted and peels everytime we used the shower. The beds were we old and shagged into the middle. My husband is so easy going and NEVER speaks negative and he was shocked at the conditions. The hotel is next to a new and VERY nice facility. We were so disappointed. We were moving this weekend and so trying to find something else close to the new house wasn't even and option. We were too busy.

Because the unit was right next to the bed, the floor was constantly wet, and I had to keep laying towels down just to walk. I couldn’t even use that side of the bed and had to climb over to get in and out. I reported the issue to the front desk on 8/11, and they sent someone up, but the gentleman only handed me extra towels and said “tomorrow.” No repair was ever made. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was terribly slow and unreliable. One of the lights in the room didn’t work because it didn’t even have a bulb. The bathroom door didn’t close properly—you really had to push hard to get it shut. Housekeeping only came by once during the stay, which added to the frustration. For a Wyndham property, I expected much better. The staff was polite, but the follow-through on maintenance, amenities, and basic room quality was poor. Until these issues are addressed, I can’t recommend this hotel.

The Good: The location was convenient to the Mad Tree Brewing and the breakfast had more choices to pick from than many of the other places we’ve stayed. The not so Good: Room was small, the bedside chair was the MOST uncomfortable I’ve sat in. It was like a rock park bench. The bathroom was tiny, and the bedframe went to the floor, so kept kicking it. There was plaster missing from the window frame, and the bathroom door was all chipped up on the bottom. We got charged $404 for 2 nights plus a $50 early check-in on Sunday. We stayed 2 nights in Kansas City earlier that week for $335 total. That hotel was by far the better hotel in every aspect. I will think twice about staying in a Wyndham brand hotel.

I booked a business trip for the week, Checking in Monday and out on Friday. I finished early and checked out on Thursday morning. I communicated that I was checking out early and it was repeated by the attendant. I asked for a receipt for this stay to ensure I was charged only for my time there but was informed that because I booked via Hotels.com that I would need to get a receipt from them. When I got the invoice I was charged for the additional day when I was ensured I would not be. I have checked out early with Wyndham many times and never had this issue. I am severely disappointed.

Decent breakfast, affordable pricing. Room could have been cleaner. Managed walked in room without knocking at 10:30am , after I did pre check out and noted that I was checking out at 11:00am . I was in shower and my 5yr old daughter was sitting at desk eating cereal. She was terrified and I must note he never knocked . As I was showering with the door open.

The maid walked in at 10:20 when my checkout was 11 and had do not disturb on the door. She went through my items and even was taking a picture of my intimate items. Very unprofessional

Excellent stay at very comfortable hotel in suburb of Cincinnati. Have been here before when we visit family nearby. Close to many stores, restaurants and easy access to several main roads. Across the street is lovely Summit Park with trails, playgrounds, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation (hotel and room), staff support/check-in, and even the free breakfast (for US hotels. The location is really great, directly across from Summit Park with many nice restaurants. Very kid-friendly. Also, really liked that they have complimentary EV charging for hotel guests in the rear (2 spots), so we had a full charge for a long drive the next day.

The location was central about 30 min drive to Cincinnati Zoo and The Aquarium (Cincinnati River). Just over the road from the hotel was Summit Park. Which included some nice restaurant and bars.....!

The bathroom sink was draining very slowly & housekeeping should have noticed this if they cleaned the sink property - it was very evident. The breakfast on the first night was good - very friendly and helpful breakfast staff; the second day, the breakfast staff was useless - did not too anything up, just walked around aimlessly with a cloth.

Breakfast was really great! There was a chartered bus full of folks staying there and eating breakfast all at once making it very busy! So, the hotel had 2 guys on hand to keep everything replenished and cleaned up all morning. They did a good job!
