The key card machine to make our room keys was broken…so the front desk enployee had to walk us to our room each time we arrived at the hotel. They never checked our id- they just asked us our room and walked us to it and let us in. Not actually knowing if it was our room. Very inefficient.

The pool and a hot tub were both broken because of a phone issue. Otherwise they seemed fine, but were closed all week. Coffee with sometimes available and sometimes not. The key card maker was also broken so you had to get staff to escort you to your room every time. The rooms were clean, but the tub backed up water over the top of your feet when you're showered. Breakfast wasn't available on Thursday which would have been fine but no one was made aware so there was a full room full of people waiting on breakfast. Had it been posted ahead of time we could've made plans to do something different since all the local restaurants were also closed. on a good note, the rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Kitchen staff was also rather rude.

The pool and the gym were closed. We booked it mainly because it had a pool. Son was very upset because he couldn’t get in the pool. Breakfast wasn’t kept up very well coffee was usually out among several other things. It was hard to find someone to ask for things they were out of. The bathroom sink drain was also clogged up in the room.

We paid $250 for a room of 5 which truly accommodated 4. There’s a smell in the hotel . The fitness center needs serious renovations. The pictures don’t portray the hotel accurately. I won’t stay here again.

There were several maintenance issues that remain unresolved. The automatic front doors were unoperational during our entire stay. Also local TV channels did not work. We wanted to watch the NFL playoffs and were unable to do so.

We didn't have any problems with our room but did hear that others on our floor had to move rooms due to ac issues or bathroom issues. The pool and hot tub were not available for us to use due to issues. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful when we needed extra things. Breakfast was good too.

The receptionist was friendly. She greeted us with a welcome smile and conversation. Our room was nice and thr beds comfortable. The bathroom barndoor kept coming off track and was not closing all the way. There was a roach in the bathroom. After seeing the roach we didn’t eat breakfast. The hotel was over priced for what you get.

There was blood stain on the bed sheet, I found contact lenses on the bathroom floor. Desk Light fixture was very dusty. Looks like room was not properly cleaned before. Front desk staff not friendly, refused to print receipt for my stay there with excuse that he can't print because I booked with Expedia (I did not believe him). On my many stays, I booked with third party, but front desk staff were able to print me a receipt. I used to be Hilton Honor diamond member and this is by far the worst Hilton property I have ever encountered.

At first, we were given a room in which the bed was not made, like when it’s used. Went back down at the front desk and we were given a different room that’s cleaned and made. they made things right. What they can make an improvement on is the cleanliness near the elevators, the non-carpet area seems sticky. And the elevator floors as well.

We checked in and the host was distracted on a phone or tablet. She noticed me and was very polite, but was clearly scrambled and did not know where anything was. She was screaming to the back while 2 feet away from me and I thought that was unprofessional. We finally get all our bags up the top floor and our key cards won't work. I then realize she never actually swiped the cards, just pulled them out of a box and gave them to us. Later that night our wifi wont work. The error we received is that we did not exist in their system. We call the desk and they give us a guest password. We later get a call to the room (I assume a manger but not sure) asking how we got in the room and who checked us in. I guess we never actually got checked in and that is why we had so much trouble getting the things we paid for to work. She also forgot to charge me for the whole stay and had to call me back over to swipe my card again. The room was dusty, dirty, smelled bad. under the sinks and around the corners there was so much grime, probably where the smell was coming from. Even the hallway, elevators were dirty and appeared to never have been cleaned or wiped down. This was our go-to hotel choice, but we will never be back. We are officially done with this chain. I can get over the unprofessional treatment, but I cannot excuse the uncleanliness. There is no excuse. I expect what is advertised to be what we get, but this chain is clearly going downhill.

The room was dirty with no towels. Trash cans were not emptied. We requested that the room was made twice and they didn’t make it. The staff did t help a lot only said they were sorry. There were no tissues in the box either. Would never stay again in this hotel and won’t recommend it to any one.

The room was very spacious! The Kids loved the indoor pool and The for breakfast in the morning. The location wasn’t far from our destination (the zoo) and and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

My son and I stayed here while in town for an event held at Dickies Arena. The location in relation to the arena was an easy 5 minute drive and straight forward. The hotel was fine, clean, and easy to navigate; however, their WiFi was crap. We couldn't connect my phone, iPad, my son's switch or even their own TV. Usually I wouldn't even care but because we were there for the Fortnite championship having no internet was a major issue. The only other thing I would mention was the breakfast wasn't awesome. I got down there on the later end of breakfast and the oatmeal was gone, the bread was out. The eggs and sausage looked hours old so I got left with generic Cornflakes called Country Cornflakes. I don't usually leave reviews but this was a time when I felt I just needed to. The building is under renovation so perhaps things are just chaotic there right now.

I was charged at the hotel again after paying thru Expedia. Our visit was labeled a no show. When we checked out they said, oh we had you a no show. They didn’t change it and they billed me again for the room. I’ve called and called. They say they’ll refund and they have NOT!!

We got locked in the rest room more then 5x my son was locked in the restroom innthe middle of the night from 12pm to 1an one hour locked in there. We booked a room months ago in anticipation of a weekend together, my husband and myself. We have limited time and funds, so this was very special and meaningful. We booked a king room. Walked into a dull room with 2 queen beds, nothing like any Hampton we've been to before. Went back to the front desk and the clerk, Eric, told me that was the room i booked. I showed him the confirmation which showed a king room had been reserved. He said sorry, no king room available. He didnt seem to care that we werent getting what we had reserved. He had no clue how to handle the situation. We left, very disappointed.

I rented two rooms and the front desk said that I had rented three rooms so she had said that she was going to remove one which comes to my account and it does not removed I have to pay the room that's not that we didn't even use when we get there to get our keys so we can go to bed my daughter's room which was 219 was dirty and she had to be switched to another room which took forever to be able to program a key and when it's time to check out the other girl in the front desk was very kind of rude didn't even say good morning when I told her good morning she was I know it was early but even that we always stay there and they've never had any attitudes or being rude with us it was just a very pleasant stay

I was not greeted by employees, they did not have a bit of hospitality in them. The employee at check in had a hoodie sweatshirt on and his cell phone photo had a mostly naked girl on it. Most of the other employees stood together and had conversations amongst eachother and if i had a question they seemed inconvienced. I was never given a hello or goodbye from the staff. There was one very tall guy on the elevator that was nice, i believe he helped clean the hotel.

The hotel was clean & updated. The pool area was clean. The fire alarm went off the morning we were leaving & staff handled the situation the best they could. They walked around the parking lot & updated us until we were able to return to our room. The only complaint I had about the room is the beds were very hard. Our van got hit overnight in the parking lot, but with the issues going on already that morning, we chose not to report the incident. We would stay here again, but would look for a better spot to park.

We were a little nervous when we pulled up bc it is right off the expressway, there was lots of "activity" going on around the hotel. Across the street is a gas station and there was a lot of movement going on and homeless people. The hotel itself was very nice and new inside. Friendly staff and once we were inside felt fine.

Highly recommend. A we stayed here while in town for something at the nearby Will Roger’s and Dickies Arena area. It was close for quick commute & transport to where we needed to be. We felt very safe and the staff at the hotel was wonderful! Rooms were cold and clean.

Breakfast was not good. Eggs very runny, potatoes very cold. AC was good. Staff at front desk is not friendly at all. Every time we walked by they never speak. Girl at check in acted put out we were there. Room was nice. Shampoo bottle was empty

I was disappointed in the breakfast. We came down at 9:30, and they were out of a lot of things and didn't refill. More people came down after us and had even fewer options. My wife got the last OJ, I only got water out of the machine. The next day, they still had not refilled it, just removed the OJ sticker from the front.
