The hotel was close to a lot of amenities including the Mall, Shops, Restaurants and a short drive to many other attractions. The outdoor pool and area were very nice. The rooms were a little dated and room service was every 3 days, but you could request towels etc.

Good location. Easy check in and out. Pleasant staff. Pool green and not open. Ice machines out of order. Bank cash machine out of order. Breakfast exact same every day, limited choices and boring. Breakfast room gates locked with bike chain when closed. Nothing done in rooms unless requested. Rooms run down and need refurbishing. We stayed 5 nights. Did not see business office. Unusual heavy rain last evening left many rooms on ground level flooding, we had luggage and clothing soaked. So our second room had to be evacuated and new room on upper floor provided. Then water was dripping from third floor. Woke every morning with back ache from mattress. So sorry to report so much, but so much to report. With all the amenities not working and property so run down we definitely overpaid. Did not see hotel transportation. Would never stay there again.

It was a very well run facility. Our room on the back of the building was quiet and faced trees ,a gazebo and the pool. The pool area was nicely landscaped and not too big. The breakfast room was large ,and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. we would stay again.

Hotel room was dirty. Toilet not cleaned properly, still had some pieces of stool in the toilet. Urine under the seat. Crumbs on the floor, tables dirty. Was going to change rooms but after a long day of driving we just wanted to go to bed and leave earl The next day.

The floor was dirty, the chair has either poop or food stuck all over it but cant tell which it was, the mattress pad was all bunched and did not fit, it was so old thathin , the band that hold it on were stretched out..it was curling in on itself, they came, we took off the pad and there was a gigantic bodily fluid stain on the mattress, almost half the size of the bed, it was briwn, yellow and realky gross. There was a 12 or 18 inche piece of dental floss on the bathroom floor. It was dirty, not the best experience. We will not be back.

We stay here when we return from a southern road trip. It is close to the highway and we can walk to Texas Roadhouse. It is clean and comfortable. It could use some TLC. If you're looking for clean comfortable and affordable, this is your choice.

Everything seemed cleaned with the exception of the hall. Carpets seemed dirty and stained. I stayed on the second floor and there were dirty towels on the floor and still there the following day.

The property itself was clean, there are numerous areas that need updating. The lighting in the hallways could stand to be brighter. Also, there is nothing in the hallways to absorb noise. With the gap under the door almost every discussion in the hall could be heard in our room. We were given a room with an adjoining door. Again, gaps under the door allowed us to hear the conversations next door. On the second night we rolled up towels and laid them at the bottom of the door which helped deaden the noise. As mentioned in other reviews, the blackout curtains have numerous pin holes in them that allow morning light in. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of items. The staff kept the area clean and well stocked. There are numerous dining options around the hotel as well as a grocery store if you need any personal items or travel food.

Bed mattress was terrible. Kind of felt like sleeping in a hammock. Bowed a lot in the middle. It was like 1000 kids jumped on it excessively. Breakfast wasn’t great, but didn’t expect it to be.

Had to wait for an hour for check in as no one was at the desk, bed was broken on window side so a kindisze was really a queen, sheets were stained, tv had no guide options Once staffed the staff was lovely, but I’m pretty sure they need more staff on the holiday as there was a line up of people waiting to check in.. we had to leave and go get dinner and come back 8pm is a late check in as it is so to be later than that was almost not worth the stay at all

Front desk gave another guest a key to my room not once, not twice, but three times. Thankfully door was locked in the middle of the night when guest was attempting to get in. Completely unacceptable and not safe.

Courtney and Maria were so kind and helpful when my daughter left her Christmas purchases behind in the hotel - we didn't discover until we returned to Ontario. Our daughter suffers from Anxiety and this was her first USA Christmas shopping trip and she was so proud of her purchases and then devastated to realize she left them behind. These ladies went out of their way to find the missing packages and get them shipped back to us - we were so grateful for their kindness. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms - but these ladies took the stress out of this situation for us. thank you

The hotel is dated in its fixtures and fittings. The bed was comfortable. The entrance and exit pavement have two large potholes with orange cones marking them. The location is just off of interstate 81. Convenient access to shopping and restaurants.

Most things positive about this hotel and with Popeyes right next door, a quick food option is great. The only draw back is location its on the corner of hwy 3 and 81 but all services are across the street: mall, Wal-Mart etc so crossing the street takes patience.
