Our stay was great I it first night a little disappointing about 15 kids in pool in hottub so couldn’t use it but we were able to enjoy the next day. The cookies were delicious and very welcoming. And the check out n were the nicest and the maids. So sweet

The hot tub was disgusting. Small children should not be allowed. There was several children playing in it. something very questionable floating in it, front desk did address the issue immediately. But we were not able to use it. Also there was no hot water in are room.

Property was great. Staff was amazing. Front of house staff at the American Grille was very accommodating of us and super helpful with my pajamas clad toddler trying to "help" mommy with breakfast. Will absolutely stay here again

The night front desk person was very nice and helpful,the lobby is clean and well decorated. There are plenty of snacks and beverages to purchase,with a nice perk of complimentary water and cookies. The room was spacious,clean and odor-free. The beds were comfortable ,plenty of pillows and extra blanket in closet. The air condition worked great. The shower had plenty if hot water. I personally loved the complimentary toiletries(shampoo,conditioner,body wash,soap,ear plugs,lotion) as well as the coffee maker,with coffee and water). Breakfast isnt complimentary but it is inexpensive.$10 for breakfast bar(cereals,fresh oatmeal(lots of toppings),fresh fruit,milk,juice,toast and bagels). Or you can order an omelet($17) ,etc and the breakfast bar comes with it. We ate way too much and it was delicious. Checkout clerks and breakfast crew were very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again. The gym looks nice and clean as well,but we didnt use it. Parking was ample and safe. This hotel was a very comfortable and convenient midway stop on our way to Monreal. Much appreciated ☆☆☆☆☆

Other then the pool being used by a ton of rambunctious kids throwing toys around and bunch of unruly adults in the hot tub blocking other people’s use of it all night hotel was nice.

It's a nice clean property. You should know that it is right on I 81 and you can hear it all night. The pool is small but really clean and very warm. I love a warm pool! We didn't eat there. Breakfast wasn't included but is available. The continental is $10 a person and there are also made to order items. For the cost we decided to eat elsewhere.

Booked the room from 6 hour drive away mainly because of the pool and hot tub….when we got there we were told that both are broken…have been for a while….and will be for a while…,we were offered to use the pool in the motel next door but it was cold out and pouring rain….room was nice but if I had known these issues we would have picked a different location

Checking in took much longer than it should have. The person checking me in was having trouble with the process. When I got to my room I used the bathroom and when I washed my hands water started pouring out onto the floor. I called the desk and asked for maintenance. After a wait, it was determined that I would need a new room. After another wait, keys for a different room were delivered. When I got into my second room I discovered that the room was not that clean. Surfaces were dusty, the sink was dirty and there was dirt on the floor. I am a Hilton Honors member and my experience at this particular Hilton did not meet my expectations.

We had a great stay. Check in was quick and easy! Our room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint we had was that the jetted tub was confusing to use. Both knobs turned hot and cold and it took at least 45 minutes to get it filled up to a nice temperature. That wouldn’t affect any future stays at this hotel, we had a great experience!

Beds were a little firm for me but that might be because I'm used to my sleep number bed. Otherwise, stay was good. Recommend adding the breakfast option, it was a great deal for the price. Server Jean was very helpful.

I was disappointed with the air-conditioning/heating automated system which required us to call the front desk each time a change was needed. Temperature automatically went down to 68F whenever you left the room. Cold and inconvenient. The door key had to be reset constantly, meaning many trips back to the front desk for the key to be reset. The room TV remote is difficult to master. It is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.

We were moved after midnight on our first night due to the heat pumping and not being able to turn the ac on. Our second room had no shampoo but my kids didn't let me know until check out. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and the food was great. The hotel was very accommodating to our dogs. Would for sure stay again.

The check-in clerk was not very nice and was sure to let me know that since I booked with Expedia/Hotels.com I would not be getting any Hilton Honor points. She also put me in a room on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. I wouldn't have cared, but I was traveling with my 90-year-old Father, who made the trip to see his nephew returning from deployment. The woman really annoyed me after traveling 11 hours by car. We were so excited to finally arrive and she made a terrible first impression. The walk to the room was too far. I was disappointed. She also made a fuss because he couldn't get out of the car to check in, as the room was reserved in his name. I had my ID and my reservation in hand.
