Travelodge by Wyndham Winchester

The handle to control the water in the bathroom was almost completely off so you either had really cold or really hot water. There was individuals hanging outside of the entrance to the hotel acting very weird as if on drugs. We was placed on the 3rd floor and it smelled completely of smoke because long term individuals was allowed to smoke in the stairwell. The TV had a mind of its own and would sometimes work. We was only given two towels and two washcloths for a family sized group. There was groups of people loitering in the lobby making comments as we walked by to go to our room after visiting attractions in the area.

Great check in; bed comfortable; could improve plug ins for cell phones and update lights. Sofa/furniture could becould be updated.

Bathrooms need serious maintenance was charged more than agreed upon with hotels.com had to confront management with paperwork from my quote to get the refund.will not ever stay there again.

To the rooms had wet, moldy bedding, one had a moldy pillow to the room, smelled like mold and wet sheets bathroom floor floors were sticky like they haven’t been mopped. Otherwise the other two rooms were satisfactory gentlemen at the counter were very good at taking care of us, but we should’ve been moved to better and cleaner rooms.
