Well at first we were pleased with the size of the room, the cozy bed for the price. Then we notice under the bed there's DOG FOOD and dog hair all kinds of dirt.... then we notice the bed sheets had not been changed in who knows how long. Bed was full of dirt and hairs .. even found a shard of glass or hard plastic in the bed! Front desk 2as pleasant... Everything else was nice for the price. Surprised there was water in the pool ... Didn't go near it to be able to see how clean it warm it might have been but from driving passed I could tell it at least had water in it!

The pool doesn’t function, ants in the bed, no WiFi, lots of people hanging around at all hours, lots of noisy kids and dogs, lights in the room didn’t have light bulbs, tub didn’t drain, floor was FILTHY. Definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do NOT recommend.

I got up around 1:00am to get a drink and roaches were crawling in every direction including on my pillow. We left immediately and I left my brand new gel filled shoulder ice/heat pack in freezer, I called 20 times before anybody would answer phone, I advised I would be picking up my gel ice wrap and when I got there the girl said they threw it away. They don’t even have hotel phone in room, vending broken at $4 for a soda or water, it just keeps your money. This hotel is for adults only if that. A lot of activity going on.

Not too bad. For the price it’s got what you need and the little office in the front where the pool and coffee bar is, is pretty nice. I stayed at their sister location ANS Inn and suites I preferred that more for a longer stay. Either way, I definitely don’t mind supporting their business.

First walking in, it smelled like a wet dog. I stayed one night and the smell continued during my stay. It was a non smoking room but the top cover on the bed had two burnt holes that seemed to be from a cigarette. Also, waking up to some roaches crawling on the window curtain and the bathroom wall was very unpleasant. Not sure how to upload pics but if I could, you’d definitely know how my experience was. I definitely do not recommend staying here. If you do, just know, you get what you pay for.

The room was not clean, the blinds were broken (anyone could see into the room), and so was the TV. The furniture was mismatched and broken. I had to make several requests for have the blinds and TV fixed. I had to clean my room before I was able to sit my things down in the room.

There wasn't anything to like about our stay. Very disappointed couldn't stay the night due to little roaches in the room. There wasn't even any trash cans. I showed photos to her about the baby roaches. She said she have the manager to contact me and they never did. Didn't even get a refund.

As i entered the room the TV was already on. That alsrmed me, as i was i was alone and it was dark. Also, i had to ho clear across the room to turn on a working light. The bathroom toilet inside and outside was full of so much urine build up it hadn't been cleaned in st least a couple of months. In the dink, there wete pubic hairs. I want a full refund! This was shocking after driving a 9 hour trip from NY state to Virginia. Please reimburse me directly! I paid by Credit Debit card with my Visa to Expedia for this APM in Winchester on April 4, 2024.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, the price may be tempting. The room I was given was absolutely filthy. When I got to the room, the door was wide open - literally hanging open. You couldn’t breathe because of the smoke and marijuana stench. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. Blinds were broken and anyone outside could literally see right in if they wanted to. Mattress was stained with blood or something red. Pillows and blanket were stained. The entire place was filthy - floors had dust and trash everywhere. Walls were nasty - dirt and grime built up on them. Shower floor was peeling and cut open. Toilet had stains all over it. People live in these apartments seeing as they had a referral bonus for tenants in the office. I had to ask for a refund and leave. The ladies in the office were very nice but I wouldn’t pay a dime to stink like a cigarette and battle bugs all night.

Best cup of coffee I had on my 8 day road trip is right across the street. If that's important. To me it is. Clean comfy bed, plenty of hot water, The Big Bang on the TV, what else do you need? And Winchester is a nice town.

Looks like they are trying. First room was suppose to be non smoking but it was far far from it. Lady was so nice and helpful moving us. furniture is in bad shape but room was freshly painted. Have people living there. Playing basketball in parking lot where cars were.

I shouted at them out window— it was a couple —they said they’d been given this room by front desk. They left. Terrifying until I saw who they were. Then infuriating.

I'm writing to share my disappointing check-in experience. Upon arrival, the office was locked with a note saying 'back in 5 minutes' and directing me to call a given number. However, when I called, the person on the other end claimed it was the wrong number. I received another call from a different number, and despite explaining the situation, the person again said it was the wrong number. I ended up waiting outside for an hour, exploring alternative options. When staff finally arrived, I shared the phone incident, but they brushed it off, saying "it can happen" without any further explanation. It took another hour to finally get my room. The whole experience was frustrating and inefficient.

Never got to stay here. Tried calling multiple times before office closed to say I was going to be a late check-in. Voice mailbox was full, so couldn’t leave a message. Showed up to hotel at 11:58. Posted office hours were until midnight, but there was nobody there, and they had already locked up. Ended up just having to drive all the way home that night because I couldn’t check in. Complete waste of money.

The Staff and other employee was very rude. Tiffany talked to my Client rude an I recorded her while he was on the line with her. The location is not for the ethnic race. I put a google review that night. I booked him at a better Hotel like the employee told him. I am reporting the information to my E & O Insurance and Expedia. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible.

I had a 3 nite reservation, got there about 11PM, office was locked, they didn't answer phone, so I went to a much more expensive motel. Went back the next day, saw it was kind of a dump (welfare hotel?) & cancelled. I do give them credit for refunding 2 of the nites.....

I felt very unsafe at this property. There was a man following me in the parking lot, and another man yelling about the police outside my room. The room was disgusting too. When I went to the front desk and explained the situation I wasn’t offered a refund or even an apology, and checked out immediately.
