Everything seemed decent about the hotel. The breakfast was decent was very busy for the one girl that man’s taking orders and getting food. Booked this hotel for the pool mostly and it was out of order.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Great breakfast and servers! One big problem was the very strong odor of gas in the lobby and elevator. I voiced my concern about the gas leak and was first told “well if it’s my time then…” and I responded it may be your time but not mine! They put the odor in gas for this reason. She insisted we were fine. I had to come back down for more towels and the smell of gas in the elevator was overpowering. Again I stated that something is wrong and needed to be checked. Another employee came out of office and said it’s the stove In restaurant and “we’re fine and the fire department checked it out”. I’ve stayed in this hotel at least 4 other times and it’s never had the odor of gas. It’s very concerning that the hotel has not done anything to rectify this issue. Obviously we are ok and didn’t blow up or pass out from the fumes because I’m writing this but it needs to be addressed.

First of all your web site said bar and restaurant and when we checked in on Sunday she said they were closed on Sunday. I chose this hotel for a bar and restaurant and they were not available, very poor. Next I wanted to sit outside that evening and this hotel only has 1 little bench , what a joke.Pool was also closed. This is a terrible way to run a hotel. Holiday Inn obviously doesn't care and I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again

The staff were very accommodating & met our room requests. The pool was clean but was freezing. They stated the pool was 80 degrees but it did not feel that way. The breakfast was good but missed having the buffet option. The carpet in the hallway was bunched & torn but the rooms were clean.

Everything was great until we found a contact in the bed sheets after sleeping in them all night. We don't wear contacts so it's obvious the sheets weren't changed. I have not be compensated for being given a dirty bed, nor has the general manager called me yet to discuss this. I overheard the front desk associates say they've been having issues with their housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms properly.

I loved this hotel! The property is very clean and the employees are professional, willing to go above and beyond for their customers and kind which can be a rarety these days. I liked the restaurant on site Kem's, the food is good and the employees are nice and helpful. The only two things that need attention are the carpets in the hallways for floors 5 and 2 which need to be stretched out, they have several areas where the carpet is buched up/sticking up which is dangerous for those of us who use walkers, crutches or canes. The laundry room on the 2ed floor needs to have air conditioning running in it because it is so hot and the air in there is stagnate almost unbearable. All that being said I will definitely come back again, wonderful place to stay and the rooms are clean and nice. Thank you to Marie, Brennon at the front desk and Tina in Kem's restaurant!

Check-in was great, but the rooms need updating. You can tell the minimally added things here and there, but the entire property needs to be overhauled from the mid 2000s. It’s actually like a time capsule from 2006. The cable, AC unit, decor - it’s like stepping back in time. (Also, the AC unit leaked water around it)

The employees were kind, and were decorating for the Christmas which was fun. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, the housekeeping was great! Issues: we stayed for three nights, and they only gave us (2) fairly small bath towels (which were new daily), but I would have liked more towels since I take two showers and my towel was still wet.. and the pillows on the bed weren’t great, quite thin. And we bought a fan because the room was so quiet! You could hear vehicles early in the morning. All in all it was a great hotel.

Place was very clean and staff were great. The only issue I had because I’m a light sleeper is the noise with people slamming doors and the occasional planes and helicopters flying by. Of course I got the room near the elevator. That was very annoying. Had to sleep with earplugs in. Which were very uncomfortable. So my stay was good, just the noise was bad.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great! Check-in was easy and very helpful. We had our breakfast included which worked out well. Tina, our server, was above and beyond. She was so friendly and offered my husband a few suggestions which was wonderful. Highly recommend anyone staying there.

The hotel is very well maintained and the room was very quiet. We’d like to give a shout out to Marie at the front desk and the young man working in the evening when we checked in, and especially to Brandy our waitress at breakfast! She was swamped with a room full of customers and was unfailingly cheerful.

For the 3rd time this year, the clerk at check in mis-handled the issue of the breakfast voucher. At first, she failed to offer it to me, or even tell me how much it cost. I asked about it 10 minutes later, and then she said it was too late, it had to have been purchased at check-in. I tried to buy it then with cash, but she refused to even try, saying it was too late. Your breakfast voucher system is flawed and has left me frustrated 3 times this year. I can't pre-order it on Expedia, and the staff keeps goofing up on how to offer it to me at the right time. Also - she told me yesterday that the cost was 5 dollars, and yet another Holiday Inn this year charged me 13.49 for it on the morning I was eating (illegally, until the waitress told me what the rules were). Why the huge difference? You need to train your check in staff to explain this system better and make sure they offer it to people who are not familiar with it. Most other chains, like Hampton Inn, do free breakfast, and have done so for many years.

This stay was fantastic! Clean, spacious, comfortable -especially the bedding. It was luxurious. Of special note is the helpfulness of the night manager on duty, Jacob. We had arrived later than expected. He was friendly and welcoming.

This is the nicest property I’ve ever stayed in alongside Rt 81. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with table service and breakfast cooked to order. Also, only a 10 minute drive to Winchester’s historic district.

Despite the information that there was a "restaurant/bar" on-site, it was not open the entire weekend we were there, other than for breakfast. They first said it would be open on Friday at 5pm, then changed that to 5pm on Saturday, only to find out that wasn't happening either. Very disappointed@

My travel companions and I booked this hotel as our half way point home. Website stated restaurant and bar which was exactly what we needed after traveling 100s of miles. All we wanted to do was relax. Upon check in, we were told restaurant and bar were closed on the weekends. We were exhausted but had to drive to get a decent dinner. Was very disappointed!! This should be stated on the website so long distance travelers are aware. Will not be using this property in the future.

The buffet was good Compton other hotels but the reason we stay at that particular place is because of in-house restaurant and individual prepared breakfast. Plus the new dinner menu is a joke. Why fix something if it isn’t broke!!!!
