Easy access in a convenient area. There is an Aldi's , McDonalds, Liquor Store, Deli , Gas station, steak house, Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, and movie theatre in the same plaza. Facilities are clean and staff is friendly. They are also pet friendly

Very close to eating establishments. Coffee 24 hours/day is marvelous. Most staff very friendly and eager to help however the guy at check in when I arrived was not friendly at all. I have stayed at your hotel many a times and I do like the convenience off 81 and it being pet friendly.

It was a nice breakfast but very crowded. Parking was tough. Very crowded and had my mom in a wheelchair , but no parking close to entrance of hotel. Was difficult to bring all of our belongings in with such a long walk

I've never stayed in this hotel. The area seems safe. If you are traveling as a single female. There are a few places to eat very close by within walking distance. The breakfast is severely lacking. There's no oatmeal and no bagels. The coffee they offer is lackluster at best. I found hair in my shower but the rest of the room appeared clean. There were a lot of issues with getting signal for the television, so they might need to work on that if you're the type of person who likes to sit and relax and watch TV in the evenings. I stayed on the top floor. It was quiet. However, it took forever to get hot water and the hot water wouldn't stay for very long. They do allow pets to stay in this hotel, so that is something you need to take into consideration if you are allergic to animals. I also tried out their gem. It's small but they do have racked free weights and stretch bands and even some mats if you're wanting to do floor work. The picture on their website of the gym is accurate. They have a bike, an elliptical and a treadmill. I'm just looking for a safe place to stay. I would not recommend this as an exceptional place, but it's safe and seems to be relatively clean with the exception of the bathrooms. I would just bring Clorox wipes and wear flip flops.

My husband stepped on something sharp in our room that punctured his foot. Turns out it was a fishing hook that the lady at the desk had to use needle nose pliers to remove at 6 in the morning. She said she would let management know but no one contacted us. We stayed another night because we had already paid for the room but feel it should have been comped out. Better housekeeping could have avoided that. To be on the safe side we called his Dr who said he was up to date on his tetanus.

Our room was very very clean, especially our bathroom. Sounds silly but I judge a place by the bathroom. It was nice having breakfast at the hotel and very standard for places that do free breakfast. Overall the hotel is immaculately well kept up. And everybody was super nice!

The location was great because it was very close to alot of different place's. The room was not very clean when we checked in with dog hair on the sofa bed and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. It felt as though i was laying on cement. Will not stay again.

Upon entering the room, it seemed it would be a nice respite from an all day 12 hour drive. The room was very clean and spacious with a pull out sofa. It would have been a fine place to rest for the night except the semi truck traffic noise was absolutely unbelievably loud. I wore ear plugs and put a pillow over my head and still I could not block out the noise. We were on the 4 th floor. I recommend requesting the other side of the building. Both my husband and I only got a 3-4 hours of sleep due to the noise. We were not able to set the fan to run constantly to help block out noise either. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, coffee in room was better than weak “brown water” coffee in eating area. Staff was friendly.

Internet refused to connect by using last name and room number, so desk person had to enter alternate code, both night clerk and morning clerk. Light switch at door kills power to smaller room lights and wall sockets, affecting charging. Otherwise ok.

Great location for travelers! Right off of I-81 and next door to restaurants, a gas station, and a movie theater. The staff was great and breakfast was on par with what you would expect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only negative is any room facing the Interstate - the noise from the large trucks resonates through the room. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a run facing the parking lot.

We stayed twice,one night 2 weeks apart.The rooms on the parking lot side have a lot less outdoor noise, the rooms on the back of the building are against Interstate 81. We got very little sleep in the room against the highway because of constant noise from traffic. Always ask for an odd number room because they are on the quiet side of the building.

Much nicer than I would have predicted for comfort inn. Friendly staff and nice furnishings. Clean and comfortable. The only negative is that if you are on the highway side you hear a lot of traffic noise.

Room was modern and clean. Was in an ADA room so on first floor. That was nice except for had I not had my sound machine I would have heard every phone conversation from the front desk. Thought the phone was ringing in our room. Mattress had sleep sleep divots and found myself rolling into them.

When we tried to check in a little early, the person at the desk was very rude. I asked about checking in at 2:00 instead of three and she said our room wasn’t ready yet, I then asked what floor we were going to be on and she said she didn’t know. I told her we would go get something to eat and then be back after 3:00 and asked if our room would be ready then and she said she didn’t know. I asked where she would suggest was a good place to eat and she pointed next door. I asked if there was anywhere in the area that might be serving corned beef and cabbage (as it was St.Patrick’s weekend) and she said she had no idea. When we came back after a late lunch there was a totally personable check in person on duty. She was very suite. Other than this one glitch, everything was perfect and I would have given it a 10.

Great hotel. The area could use a few more chain restaurants between Subway and McDonalds ($) and Carrabba’s ($$$$). The hotel itself is clean, crisp, and comfortable. I normally cut hotel staff a lot of slack. (I know it’s a tough job!) But whoever the woman was that checked me in… dang, maybe just try a smile? Maybe half an attempt to not make me feel like I’m inconveniencing you? It would go a long way. Otherwise, a great property.

The property felt safe & more important, the rooms were clean. There’s an Aldi & 7-11 in the parking lot; made it easy to gas up your car/rental or pick up forgotten items. Old town Winchester is only 10m away, but there are a few food options like Outback, Mcdonald’s and Alamo Drafthouse next door.

Great shower and very comfortable bed and bedding with the exception of somewhat lumpy pillows. Nice, clean, well ventilated room and bath. Enjoyed the tea offerings but I would suggest some freshly made coffee or a better coffee machine, plus some breakfast pastriies would make for a better morning experience.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were awakened at 3 AM by young men yelling and arguing and threatening each other in the hallway. This was a Saturday night, so, perhaps this is to be expected and is not the fault of the hotel. In the morning, there was no coffee at breakfast and that was disappointing. (Machine was broken) I wouldn’t mind staying there again and hope the behavior of the clientele would be better next time.

What we liked the most was that the room and hotel was very clean. Mostley disliked that the yougurts for breakfast were expired. It tasted sour. The Coffee was horrible and cups were too small. Probably because management knows Coffee from a machine is not good.

King suite was clean and comfortable. Price was great. The breakfast was disappointing, mostly because the coffee was dispensed from a machine and was watered down. I had to throw it out and do without.
