The hottub was out of commission which was a bummer but we enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great and so was the option to check out as late as noon!

We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We liked all the dining options closeby, several were in walkinh distance, along with Walgreens. My only complaint was how strong the chemicals and chlorine were in the pool, it was very hard to sit in the pool area while the kids swam for very long without having to step out in the hall because our eyes were burning from it.

Great staff, great free cookies. Room we had was not a full updated room but still more than acceptible. Only drawback was the coffee did not seem to be the brand most Hampton Inn locations utilized. I dumped it out after one sip. It was really bad.

The staff was great. Beds were great. Breakfast was great. But...super noisy guests in the halls all night and above our room. Pool and hot tub area was messy and full of loud, screaming people with tons of kids, that stayed for hours, leaving hardly any time for others to enjoy it! Definitely not worth that amount of money for a bad night's sleep.

The hotel was in a good location near plenty of businesses. The parking lots/roads need some love. The bathroom in my unit was not thouroughly cleaned b4 my arrival. There was a dirty wash cloth and a random towel left behind from a previous guest. I still felt safe and comfortable.

The staff was fantastic and while the room "looked" clean, the more time there, the more I noticed dirt/outdated furniture. The sofa in our room was pretty disgusting and there was dirt on the walls - like someone spilled coffee or pop.

The bedding and towels were amazing. The walls are paper thin. From the 4th floor you could hear people scraping ice on their cars, and there were adults and children screaming in the halls after 10pm. Their breakfast was abysmal. Green bananas, cold eggs and out of coffee. There was no water pressure and broken floor tiles. The staff was very nice though.

Nice professional staff. HOWEVER, you can't call down to the fronts desk because the phone in the room doesn't actually work. There was no TV service for 2/3 night stay. Finally the very loud running up & down the halls by a group of unsupervised children and LOUD talking outside of our room sealed it: worst HI experience ever. Didn't i mention that the running and talking in the hallway lasted until 11:45 p.m. Friday, July 11? Please make drunk parents not leave their children unattended to ruin the evening for everyone else.

We generally like to stay at this hotel, but we were disappointed this time. If you can, avoid staying in room 201; it's right next to the laundry, which is apparently available 24/7. I was also disappointed when I made the front desk aware that we our soap dispenser was empty, only to find out the next morning it had not been filled.

Don’t waste your time staying here. I booked this hotel online for our family of 5. The only room available was an ADA room. When I went down and asked for a roll away they told me we were in a standard Queen which only fit 4 and a roll away in that room was against fire code. We explained to them that we booked it for 5 online and that was the options that came up and our room had ADA hand rails and 36 inch doors. The lady at the front desk said we were in a hearing impaired room not a handicap room. After a back and forth conversation that went no where, I finally asked for extra sheets because someone was sleeping on the floor. We waited for them until 10 pm and they never showed with our extra bedding. I also asked the lady to change us to a suite so that we could get a roll away and she said they were sold out. Online showed that option available. She argued with me about that as well. The toilet in our room rocked because it was seated incorrectly, the toilet paper holder was broken and there was no soap in the shower. There was a baseball tournament going on and kids were running the halls until midnight. After a 12 hour drive, and $260 forked out for a hotel room we were beyond disappointed. The staff was rude, unfriendly and totally unwilling to help us.

I lived in Davenport from 2020-24 and this is an ideal location if you want to be in a safe area with a lot of shopping, dining and things to do. It is right in the center of it all. The area is safe and the staff was very kind and helpful, I will be staying here in the future.

Our stay was great, the breakfast was good, had green tea made me happy. Bryant at check in made us feel comfortable and he gave us a 10 per cent off coupon for the Texas Road house next door. No Bad or ugly here.
