Rooms were under renovation some of the stairwells were blocked off they did not have the room that I rented available but they upgraded me to a room with double King beds in it check-in was easy and the check-in staff were friendly however upon leaving the morning checkout staff refused to allow me to check out for about an hour asking me to change my reservation and coming up with creative ways of saying she couldn't check me out even though my reservation stated that I was checking out by 11:00 that day very strange she also refused to get me a glass of tap water while I was clearly shaking from dehydration and about to pass out I explained that situation several times asking for any kind of assistance during that hour and was denied basic human kindness

The price was the best part but the property needs to be refurbished. It would not be my first choice again. But it was not terrible the people were nice and helpful. The owners need to make it more appealing. I would stay there again if i was short on money there are a lot worse places.

The room is fine....clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is a little run down. Sidewalks had wet cement in many places my first night. The elevator is dirty and smelly. The lobby is unattractive and the desk staff is slow and a bit aloof. Fortunately, im cto visit with a terminally ill friend, so im satisfied with thecroom as a place to sleep.

Over all the stay was adequate for our needs at the time. Facilities are run down and in need of repairs though. Area seemed to be pretty quite. Lots of fadded paint, rotten hand rail on outside balcony. All of the furniture was worn with one chair having obvious damage from a cat. There was also trash left on the floor in our room.

Was given 3 rooms till I had a clean one first one some one was on second not cleaned or made 3rd was ok. Trash all over never taken out wasn't even sure the elavator was gonna make it.

Not at all what we were expecting with it being called a Suite. Elevator actually rather scary as it grumbled and squeaked all the way. Chipped paint, divits in concrete hallways, stale smelling ac air, dark parking lot. Not sure if the area was safe to be in at night, very uncomfortable place to be. Won't be returning, that's for sure.

Never got to stay because they gave my paid downstairs room away out from under me!!! I had talked to them again just 1 1/2 hrs before arriving to confirm everything was set (downstairs close to prkn), was told everything was set & I could park in frt of my room. When I got there I was told that someone on earlier shift gave my rm away. When I SD that I just called & spk to them to confirm it the lady SD yes I spk to you on the phone but she told me everything was confirmed UNTIL I GOT THERE after a 7 1/2 hrs drive.! Then it was a different story & this was for 6 nights wrkn in the area. Then I also find out the elevator was broken & I can't do stairs bc awaiting BK surgery & this was all put in the initial reservation info. Pd for accessible rm. Found out a Swt Tea Festival was going on over wkend so I guess they made more money by selling me out. Thank goodness for hotels.com bc they got on the phone & helped me to relocate to a much better place bc everywhere I called was filled up. Had to stay further away, but they were awesome in taking care of matters for me! I highly recommend & praise them !!!

The room was filthy! The curtain did not fit the window allowing anyone to see in the room with the curtain closed. When it was brought to the attention of the staff, nothing was done. No resolution was offered. They got their money and that is all they cared about. A crude remodel was done that was poorly done and incomplete. There was a table and no chair(s). There was no toilet tissue or a holder in the room

Pros: A/C unit is decent it kept the room nice and cold. Showers are good. Has cable TV which you watch shows and hook a laptops to watch whatever on that. Has a microwave and a minifridge. Cons: Place has roaches. Room 209 has a musky smell. Shower curtains do a poor job at keeping the water in the shower. Room lighting is very poor except for the mirror light and bathroom light. Overall the roaches is what really upset me the most. I had to double check all my stuff to make sure none came with me. Very sure the smell is due to the roaches aswell. All the other complaints I had are minor but im also not that picky.

It was horrible.... dirty carpet look like not vacuum in couple days from dog hair . the beds was flat woke up with back acks.. there was no toilet paper holder had to put on floor in the bathroom

Without a doubt the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. It is old, run down and not cleaned properly. Worst of all, it is damp and mouldy. I stayed one night and had to find a better hotel. My towels were unwashed from the previous guest. I would strongly advise against staying here. There are much better options close by.

Overall a good Motel. Room was nice with refrigerator stovetop and microwave. Toilet and shower/tub was nicely kept. Excellent Shower! Easily the best feature! A few maintenance service items need to be remedied. Chipped paint, noisy bathroom exhaust fan, damaged toilet paper roll holder. My room had a serious roach problem. Tiny to medium size roaches were commonly seen. One medium size roach was smashed on the wall in plain sight. Was not removed, even after housekeeping came through. the room. Bottom Line - Cost effective option for short stays!

I checked in late (11:43PM) after traveling for 4 hours. I entered the room and it was filthy. The air conditioning was filled with debris- how would anyone want to breathe this in! I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. I went to get food and drink, so I could search for another hotel. I came back to the office around 2:30 and I was told I could only be refunded for my next night’s stay. I slept in my truck. I should have been smarter already aware of the 2 star rating.

I stayed at the Motel 6 with my husband and two dogs, for two nights, for leisure. I had a good experience right from the beginning, the front desk was amazing and made us feel at home right away. The room was clean and comfortable. The motel is undergoing renovations, but their elevator was operating well, so we felt no limitations. The TV was a problem. It did not work through our entire stay. We did not care because we used my laptop anyway, but it could be something to ask in advance, and ensure the TV is up and running. We liked the motel, the way we were treated, the quality of the room, and the location.

I was traveling with my husband and 2 children. When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the area was really sketchy. When we went up to our room, i noticed something smeared in the stairwell, what appeared to be a live-in guest, and only 1 key card. Getting into the room, the floor was dirty, the beds looked like roll away beds, the toilet leaked, the TV didn't work, and the sink stopper couldn't be retrieved after use. During the night, there was an excess of yelling, loud vehicles, sirens, and someone walking past our room repeatedly. I felt so unsafe and grossed out that we checked out the next morning rather than staying the rest of the weekend. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Does awful. They didn’t come clean the room. They didn’t have clean towels for me. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. They tried to charge me a smoking fee when everybody smokes in their room there and they actually joke with people about smoking with their room there I heard it firsthand and I was still charge smoking fee because they didn’t like me Because I asked them for clean stuff and clean towels and I asked them to do their job and they thought I was being disrespectful. Do not come here they have roaches. It is inferior roaches when they come in there in your room they’re not cleaning the room they were wearing in their shoes. They’re using the same rags that they wash peoples toys with to clean your toilet. It’s just bad.

Toilet wasn't clean,TV didn't work.Stayed 2 nights.Went to the office to tell attendant TV wasn't working.Syated they will have maintenance remedy the situation tomorrow.Went all morning the next day to handle business.Got back to room it was half cleaned with no face cloths and TV was still not fixed

1. No housekeeping all week when asked the front desk if i could get more towels was told would have to wait til morning for housekeeping to come in the morning asked 3 more times finilly saw someone in laundry room asked if I could have a few extra towels? That person was very nice and gave me 8 more towels as they would not be there for the weekend and didn't want me to run out. 2. Room floor was dirty and no trash was picked up all week 3. Only one roll of T-paper never given more had to buy some 4. Personnel at front desk was not very accommodating also seemed to have an attitude every time asked something 5. first they gave us an occupied room still dirty towels in the bathroom bed was recently slept in and TV and light were on. the b they gave us a second room that they had to make 4nseta of keys to get us into ... all said it took 1 hours to get into our room that was joyfully accompanied by what sounded to be a welding crew erecting anmonomumet in the parking lot overall my best check in at a moteln6 ever

Never got to stay because they gave my paid downstairs room away out from under me!!! I had talked to them again just 1 1/2 hrs before arriving to confirm everything was set (downstairs close to prkn), was told everything was set & I could park in frt of my room. When I got there I was told that someone on earlier shift gave my rm away. When I SD that I just called & spk to them to confirm it the lady SD yes I spk to you on the phone but she told me everything was confirmed UNTIL I GOT THERE after a 7 1/2 hrs drive.! Then it was a different story & this was for 6 nights wrkn in the area. Then I also find out the elevator was broken & I can't do stairs bc awaiting BK surgery & this was all put in the initial reservation info. Pd for accessible rm. Found out a Swt Tea Festival was going on over wkend so I guess they made more money by selling me out. Thank goodness for hotels.com bc they got on the phone & helped me to relocate to a much better place bc everywhere I called was filled up. Had to stay further away, but they were awesome in taking care of matters for me! I highly recommend & praise them !!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There was a shopping mall directly across the street from us along with a variety of dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling with my husband and 2 children. When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the area was really sketchy. When we went up to our room, i noticed something smeared in the stairwell, what appeared to be a live-in guest, and only 1 key card. Getting into the room, the floor was dirty, the beds looked like roll away beds, the toilet leaked, the TV didn't work, and the sink stopper couldn't be retrieved after use. During the night, there was an excess of yelling, loud vehicles, sirens, and someone walking past our room repeatedly. I felt so unsafe and grossed out that we checked out the next morning rather than staying the rest of the weekend. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We pulled up at 5:00 pm and no cars in parking lot. Building is visually in poor repair from the outside. Sketchy looking people handing around on balconies and parking lot area. My wife would not even let me go into the office. Went across road and got last room in a much better hotel across the road and paid almost twice as much in total as for our pre-booked room in the EconoLodge but this was our second night on the road from far north and we were not prepared to shop around. We were well past cancellation and refund time so it appears as though we have paid twice to spend the night. It is only now I have further researched this hotel and for the past several years, reviews overwhelmingly call it a dump on all fronts. We did not have the courage to experience it on the inside as these other brave souls did.

Not at all what we were expecting with it being called a Suite. Elevator actually rather scary as it grumbled and squeaked all the way. Chipped paint, divits in concrete hallways, stale smelling ac air, dark parking lot. Not sure if the area was safe to be in at night, very uncomfortable place to be. Won't be returning, that's for sure.

The only issue I have with the property is I had to give a $100 deposit being I booked it ahead and I never got the deposit back! They said 5-7 business days, unfortunately never got it back!
