the pool was unavailable & i was not offered a refund or a discount on another stay when the pool was fixed. i booked the room specifically so that my autistic son could swim, which is his favorite thing to do. unhappy with no solutions being offered.

The property looked a lot nicer than it was. The employees were very friendly, but the hotel wasn’t very good, the beds were uncomfortable, there wasn’t any parking space. I felt like I was definitely over charged.

The exterior of the building looks nice. The parking lot is decent. Everything looks fantastic on the first floor The staff is incredibly nice. The hallway of my room is in was a little beat up and looks stated. Wow very nice, my room was extremely dated in certain regards. Though the beds were extremely comfy. Surprisingly the TV was on when I came in with a welcoming message. It even had my name on it. It looked like they offered Netflix, but you had to log in with your own account to use it

The staff was very professional. The pool needs some tlc, the bottom needs painting. Breakfast was delicious, the fluffy scrambled eggs were perfect. In room coffee very gross, however the breakfast room coffee was delicious.

The hotel was very nice with modern furniture in the lobby. The rooms were standard with no microwave included. We paid $250 Canadian/night from May 16-18 so a total of $499 . I’d assume we’d have housekeeping pop by sometime during our stay but no. I inquired about our room left as it was upon our return in the late afternoon and was informed housekeeping only happens every 2-3 days. Seriously? Breakfast buffet was nice with everything from porridge to no crust quiche. I had blueberry compote on my porridge the first morning, but blueberry compote wasn’t to be seen on the second day. They do change the breakfast choices daily it seems so that was nice.

upon checking in, the woman at the desk advised me that housekeeping came in every 2 days. The second day came and no one came to the room to clean and provide new towels, etc. I had to go to the desk and ask. The man at the desk asked me if I had requested that they come in upon checking in. I paid over $800 to stay at this hotel for 4 nights and this should have been done automatically without me having to ask. It is a hotel!

The bed in 318 is horrible they need to change it out didnt sleep at all. It was like sleeping on the floor. But i usually have great experince usually very comfy but this time it was horrible

Rooms are clean but dated. The bathroom seriously needs to be updated - tub finish was completely dull, cracked wall tiles, and shower head 🚿 not at all adjustable. Lobby was updated and lovely. For a King Bed “Suite” - the couch was seriously outdated with cheap replacement covers; the “kitchenette” was just a nook with a coffee machine (not even a kcup), old microwave, and old mini fridge. No complimentary water at check in? On the plus side, the bed was super comfy, great neighborhood, quiet and great sleep. Breakfast was so-so - limited options. The free coffee/tea in the lobby - great. Suggest adding DECAF tea other than Lemon to that station and also suggest adding ice water to that station. Overall, a solid 8.5 out of 10.

The staff was so considerate and kind. We especially loved Louise and her cheerful, “Good morning!” when we came to breakfast. The continental breakfast was delicious and had so many options. We ate a different breakfast all four mornings of our stay.

Perfect place to stay for a 1-night concert at the Snow Pond Center. Convenient, clean, pleasant staff, easy on/off highway, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. A little tricky to find without GPS.

Stayed 4/7-4/8 for the eclipse. Hotel was convenient and clean. Only negative was the breakfast. Kitchen was understaffed and ran out of food. Juice dispenser was out of order. It’s a smaller hotel and planning should’ve been easy. Dining area was half full. I’m assuming guests went elsewhere for breakfast. All the disposable cutlery and plates were also a disappointment. Marriott should implement better environmental policies even at their lower price point properties.
