Pool hours were terrible. The pool had cracks in the bottom so it was easy to cut yourself. Rooms were musty. Dirty bed bugs. Breakfast bar was crap.

I loved the spa tub it was great. The pool was great but my 8 yr old daughter cut the bottom of her toe pretty good where the bottom of the pool is chipping. Some of the arcade games are great but some didn't work. Love going here though it's a great little get away for the family. Could use an update though

We have been staying here off and on for over 2 years. There is a lot that needs upgraded although some has been upgraded. New dressers in the rooms would be great. Our bathroom door didn’t shut. And we were also sad to see they no longer offer breakfast. Also the pool only being open from 4pm until 11pm is very inconvenient. The number one reason we have always stayed is so the kids could enjoy the pool all day.

I didn’t like nothing about this property. The pictures don’t do Justice to what it really is and the staff is horrible. The hot tub and kiddy pool was shut down and that was not detailed on their site. What a joke!

The rooms are dated but were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the big pool and the hot tub was super warm and nice. The arcade is very small but still ok. There are animal statues and palm trees on the property and geese everywhere. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating.

The staff was friendly and informative but the beds are horrible, covers have burn holes in them, walls in room were disgusting, the pool had pieces of concrete missing on the bottom (that’s definitely a hazard), blankets are outdated.

I rented a room so my 4 year old daughter could swim and just have a relaxing day. We went to the indoor pool and decided the water was a bit to chilly so we started walking towards the spa and low and behold seen two cockroaches so we packed our things and left. We didn't even stay the night that we paid for. I was very disappointed

The place was a dump. I read reviews from 2020 stating the same, and their reply to every complaint was "we're remodeling". My mistake, I assumed it wouldn't take 3 years to remodel, so I gave it a shot. I was wrong. We didn't even stay the night, the room was dirty, the bedspreads had cigarette burn holes all over them, and we were worried about bedbugs. I wish I could upload photos. Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!Pictures on the website are not true. This place is very run down. In our room chucks of carpeting were missing from the old aging of the carpet. The refrigerator was dirty, we could not use it. no ironing board or iron. No closet to hang up clothes in No alarm radio. Toiletries were very poor. Overall a horrible place to stay at!

The floor would have been more comfortable, the bed felt like a shhet of plywood. Shower was very small, the tile around the hot tub needs repaied badly and urgently. There was areas where it was just shy of caving in. I would not have given it as high of a rating if not for the staff.

The room had two different beds which had different comfort levels. My bed was okay, but my friend's bed was hard and bumpy. Also the walls are paper thin, and the walkway between the front porch and the outside was very echoy and thus loud. The Mexican restaurant across the street was the best place outside of Mexico!

The staff was great and my room was super clean! Much like all hotels I have stayed at lately,but could use some touch up paint here and there but my experience was amazing! I slept so well in the Tropical Dome even with kids playing till 10 or 11 at night. Affordable price for a 5 day stay to visit Dad for Father's Day! I am hoping I get to retuen here next year!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THE SERVICE FROM STAFF WAS OK BUT THE MAN IN CHARGE WAS AN @$$ HE CHARGED ME $25 FOR 3 SMALL TOWELS AND THE ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING!! I BOOKED A POOLSIDE ROOM FROM FRIDAY -SUNDAY SO MY KIDS COULD ENJOY THE POOL AREA (WHICH WAS NICE) BUT THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE FEET (OR SOMETHING), THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK SO THE ROOM WAS HUMID AND STICKY THE WHOLE TIME. THE CARPETS WERE ALSO STICKY AND GROSS AND THE BEDS WERE SO BROKEN IN IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A GOOD NIGHT'S REST. YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET POOL TOWELS AND EXCHANGE WET/CLEAN TOWELS THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. WE WENT TO EXCHANGE TOWELS AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES OVER A 3 DAY PERIOD. What was unique is how black my socks were from the carpet the AC didn't work throughout the night the next morning I let him know cuz it's supposed to be there for two nights they were rude about it then offered to kick me out when I said this is the second time I had to ask about it and the guy acted like I was a bad guy the first time I asked about it was 9:00 the second time was 1:00 in the afternoon

the whole place is honestly really great. the front desk people were really nice and helpful. the pool area is so nice, clean, and relaxing. the rooms/ hotel are really quiet. we had neighbors and only knew because we saw them. we never heard anything really except for the occasional car and airplane but that’s to be expected this close to the airport and with outdoor corridor rooms. the room was also super accessible. it’s really just run down here, but nothing is dirty, or gross; just old, dated, and a little busted up but that really just makes it a more endearing place if i’m being honest. we ended up staying an extra night because of the hours of a museum we wanted to see, and the front staff were super accommodating and helped us get a decent rate. i was hesitant to book at first because of some of the bad reviews, but i genuinely don’t understand why anyone who is practical about what they’re booking would leave a bad review. i’m really glad we chose to stay here and if we come back to the area i wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

We loved the hotel. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool or jacuzzi the tropical theme was beautiful. The continental breakfast was good, could use some improvement such as possibly some donuts or danishes and some kind of cereal for children ( frosted flakes & raisin bran) are more for adults. But all in all it was good. The girl that worked the front desk when we checked in was very niceand helpful. Our room was supposed to be on the 2nd floor but due to no elevator and my husband having an electric scooter she moved us into a room on the first floor so we would be able to take the scooter into the room to charge the battery. The room itself was clean and comfortable, could use some cosmetic touch ups. Especially the electrical outlets. They all were stripped so we ended up having to buy extension cords and plug them in the power strip by the TV and run them across the room so we could plug out phones in to charge. The price was affordable and was in a good location. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

There was an obvious odor as soon as we walked in our room. The bedsheets had stains and cigarettes burns on them. The floor and walls were dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower did not drain and it leaked on to the bathroom floor. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in. I was told we would have a room on the upper floor but it was on the ground floor. Breakfast was extremely limited/hardly any options. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and playground for my kids. The pool wasn't bad but the playground was nonexistent. Apparently they got rid of the playground and the website was never updated. The neighborhood and the parking lot felt extremely unsafe. The people look very sketchy. The staff that checked me in were very kind and helpful. The ladies working the breakfast room, were rude. Definitely not worth the price I paid for one night. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially a family. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a better deal. This hotel is not worth it.

I took my grandson on a vacation for spring break. we went to see the ark and creation museum. in KY we stayed there at the wildwood cause the pics looked good and it was at the halfway between the two but i was very disappointed, but my grandson enjoyed the pool even if that area. Needed a big fix up

The only thing I liked was leaving the property. It was not a safe neighborhood and the furniture was so old you were afraid the bed would break when you set on it. The furnishings were 40 years old including the bed spread and room inter.

The rooms are dated but were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the big pool and the hot tub was super warm and nice. The arcade is very small but still ok. There are animal statues and palm trees on the property and geese everywhere. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating.

They don’t let you swim during the week until 5pm! This is not posted on website. They charged my credit card even though I scheduled as pay on arrival. The refrigerator did not work, the TV was not working. Did they come and fix the problem, yes within the 30 minutes as posted but my room should have been checked and ready. Every day there was something. The second night out room key didn’t work. We have a service dog but they didn’t want her in the pool area or the hot tub area. My husband has silent seizures and she alerts me before. What if it happens when in the pool or hot tub? Instead of having an alert I would have to be watching and ready to react at all times. So we did not use the pool or hot tub. I picked this hotel because of the covered pool and it was maintained well because they had baby swim classes during the day. The breakfast was skimpy. Waffles, 4 small plain bagels, 5 tiny muffins! No eggs or meat. I went out and bought my own bagels, sausage and fruit. I used microwave in the room and their toaster.

The rooms are fun. However when we booked we weren’t told what themed room we would get. I was under the impression it was the race track but it was not. The room smelled like weed and was really dark. Other than that the room was nice. Had our own jacuzzi tub, bar area and even a booth to sit at. The bathroom was really nice as well. However the breakfast was very unappealing and was not good.

Well the motel had cockroaches in the room. Had to exchange the room door cards cause could not get into the room. They need to change that up. The phone in the room didn’t work. The breakfast only offered cereal and waffles. We got woke up at 1:00 am smelling smoke that smelt like electrical wires burning. We went to the front desk and they didn’t seem to worried about it. Instead of calling the fire department to come check things out. We also smelled sewer in the bathroom coming from the bath tub. Not a good stay at this motel. Would not stay again at this Motel.

The room was basic and needs renovated but it was clean and everything was in working condition also the shower had great hot water. The breakfast was waffles, bagels, toast,muffins and juice. Wildwood is a quirky gem from the past. The room was worth the price at $106 per night and had no issues.

The room looks like from1970! The lights flicker when hot tub is on. It is very quiet!! The lamp shades are falling apart, chain lock on door screw is half out of wall. Had to crawl into hot tub! There were gnats crawling on bagels in case, just disrepair do not recommend especially if you have children.

We have been staying here off and on for over 2 years. There is a lot that needs upgraded although some has been upgraded. New dressers in the rooms would be great. Our bathroom door didn’t shut. And we were also sad to see they no longer offer breakfast. Also the pool only being open from 4pm until 11pm is very inconvenient. The number one reason we have always stayed is so the kids could enjoy the pool all day.
