Stayed 1 night

First, I couldn’t open the door with my key. Had to go back three times to the front desk. Then I had people above me that all they did is stomp all night long. And then there was a group across the way that were very loud and obnoxious. So for my first day, it wasn’t very pleasant. I asked if I could switch rooms and she said there was no more rooms available.

Unfortunatly, they no longer have a complementary breakfast, even though it was listed as such on Hotel.com. Other than that it was very nice but not real close to get something for breakfast.

The hotel was decent it wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t horrible either my only thing was the area the hotel was in was so grimey and run down and just honestly ghetto. If I would’ve known the area was this bad I would not have booked.
