The only critique I have is that the bistro closes at 9am and doesnt open til 5. I had morning calls that ended at 9 and wasnt able to get anything but grabn go for the rest of the day. Maybe 10am would be a little more guest friendly?

It’s hard to believe that it depends on how you book your stay if you get a complimentary breakfast or not, and only offer Starbucks coffee for purchase. The internet was horrible so working was out of the question, the pool had so much chlorine in it everyone’s eyes were burning

Very clean room, inside the room was very quiet (there was a very big group of young children when we were stay there, we never heard them inside the room.) Pool area beautiful. Bar (and rather small) restaurant was reasonably priced.

I went downstairs to order dinner from the Bistro at 8pm and was told since the person called off the Bistro would be closed. This was a major inconvenience because we didn't want to go out in the heat nor pay extra for doordash.

First room had to be changed out because of cleanliness and damage everywhere in the room Next day they were suppose to have a new room ready we get the keys at 5pm to go to our room to find service techs working in there And told to wait in the lobby 30 minutes later we are able to go to our room over all a horrible experience

After checking in at the front desk I entered the elevator and accessed the second floor and immediately noticed the smell of marijuana in the air, when I entered the room, I called the front desk and asked if smoking is allowed in the rooms and the lady said no so, I mentioned the strong smell and her reply was it is legal in Phoenix for recreational use, I then reminded her smoking is not allowed in the rooms according to what you stated, her reply was "Well I will get someone to look into it". every time I left my room to go it the smell was stronger and stronger than before. Elevator flooring was peeling up and needed repairs, inside the stairs trash had been left behind, construction craftmanship was poor within the stairs. I expected more from Marriott.

Every staff member we encountered had excellent customer service skills. The whole property is very clean; parking lot, lobby, pool, room, etc. We didn’t encounter any issues from check in to check out. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. The pool is clean and had plenty of towels. It’s shared with the hotel next door but it’s plenty big to accommodate. Jacuzzi was nice and hot. We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.

After staying at a few so so hotels, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed by our room. There was a standing shower (no tub), nice roomy bathroom and bedroom. Everything was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay.

We arrived on a 118 degree day in Phoenix. We went through two hotel rooms that had AC problems before the front desk staff found a room that had AC with capacity to cool the room. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful during our check-in. The hotel needs some TLC - AC capacity, TVs that do not work, etc.

This hotel is in a very quiet location not far from the I 17 freeway. The hotel is located a short distance from Enterprise car rental. The hotel is also on the edge of Phoenix's public transit services. This makes it convenient to drive or to catch a bus and travel to most areas of the city. The rooms are clean and modern without being overly fancy for casual travelling. Clean, quiet, secure rooms are the most important aspects of getting a hotel room in my opinion. One item that was unique is the the large screen tv was not facing the bed, but rather a couch. This allows for viewing without having to sit or lie on the bed. I didn't stay long enough to have time use the pool, so I cannot comment on the pool area.

Unfortunately we didn’t get the room I had booked, king size room with complimentary breakfast, not offered at the Courtyard. The clerk was very helpful and moved us over to the adjacent building under same management, Residence Inn. The suite we got had a king size bed and a complimentary breakfast. We were very happy with Marriott Residence Inn. The pool and hot tub was nice and shared with the Courtyard. Would definitely stay here again. Expedia should be aware that what is offered on the app, has the wrong information about Mariott Courtyard.

There was a minor issue with the room and the manager personally took care of it. In fact, he went above and beyond in my opinion. This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and both stays were excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. The beds are great and the bathrooms are spotless.

Property is in excellent condition and the location was perfect for me & my wife, we were in town celebrating our 12th anniversary, and wanted a place that safe, clean, & close to shopping, dining, etc. I suggest anyone reading this try the angry crab right up the street (if you like Cajun style seafood) and Salt (if you like Mexican) close by as well

Very nice, clean and up to date hotel. When booking, we purchased for only $10 more a full, hot breakfast in the hotel cafe and it was very good. Everything about the hotel was great.

A reasonable business class hotel. We slept VERY well. I heard no stomping above us, so I'm assuming the hotel has a solid frame. They have a full service kitchen with breakfast made to order. Surrounding area has plenty of places to eat and shop (Walmart), so if you're in on business, there is plenty within a short walking distance or an inexpensive UBER fare.
