Nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We had a recently refurbished room which was good. The pool/ spa area seemed a little dated and in need of a freshen up.

Kirstie is amazing, she made us feel very at home. She really looked after our son, who has special needs, so we didn’t feel under pressure in the restaurant at meal times. The refurbished parts of the hotel are excellent, and the pool is lovely.

Great hotel to stay at if your visiting Inverness. Staff are very welcoming and helpful during your stay. The night manager shared lots of historical stories which was very interesting. We will definitely be back for another visit... Thank you.... Kirsten & Martin

Pros -Great free room upgrade, friendly staff (very helpful and approachable) and food was good, great tea tray. Cons - having to pay to park to stay at the hotel and pay the same rate as someone who wasnt, food menu limited range, room a little dated and some small decorative touches needed.
