The room was great, the service was great! The pool was in horrible condition, tiles were missing and cracked. The breakfast would have been great but they offered NOTHING to drink except coffee. The juice machine was out of order and they had no other options. The gym wasn’t a big deal to us but the equipment was fairly old and worn. Overall it was a good stay! The staff was extremely friendly!

Easy to get to from major highway, hotel is older and you see and feel it. I had to leave after the first night due to how HUMID the room was, I hard a difficult time breathing it was so bad. Also, pool need some renovation it’s old and falling apart could use a new glazing and some new chairs that aren’t caving in other wise not so bad. Oh he beds kinda lumpy and the stairway was dirty full of stains in the carpet. Time to remove carpets from hallways and stairs. Did not eat breakfast but it looked like typical “free breakfast” otherwise it’s an ok hotel but wouldn’t stay again.

There was construction being done. The elevator broke. They repaired it by the next morning. My refrigerator and microwave stopped working on the second day. The staff were able to give a quick solution for the microwave but were unable to do anything about the refrigerator. The staff was friendly and the room upgrades (once completed) I’m sure will be nice but right now they are not quite there.

The ice machine on our floor was broken. No directions to the next closest one. We were not told it was broken until we tried to use it. The staff that we felt with was less than friendly. We felt as if we were an inconvenience to her. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. But there was only one towel. The front desk was informed but we did not get any more towels. When we go back to Savannah we will not be staying here.

This hotel is remodeling and there was a horrible paint smell the 3rd floor rug was very dirty. The fitness room was unavailable due to being filled with furniture from rooms. We finally found a room that was unoccupied and didn’t smell too badly

The Breakfast was good. The beds were not comfortable..The pool & hot tub were both dirty. We were told they were closed. The next day another employee said he didnt know they were closed. We stayed in a Laquinta Inn , in Brunswick. It was fantastic. This place was awful!!!

Only reason I chose this hotel was it had a hot tub - but hot tub wasn’t hot - very disappointing- plus bed was very uncomfortable- hard - could not get a good sleep - don’t stay

Room we requested was not available when we checked in, although the reservation was made months in advance. When we got to our room, the bed was unmade, dirty linens, and towels were everywhere, garbage pails were full of garbage. Obviously the room had not been made up. Carpets in the hallway were filthy.

This hotel is in. a great location. Right next to a gas station and plenty of food options as well. Feels like a safe location. However, the hotel is really dirty, they need to step up the cleaning. It's just really ragged out. It's bearable for a cheap option.

Electric socket was away from wall. Had to wear sandals in the room because the carpet was damp. Smelt moldy and like dog cleaner at the same time. Bathroom light turned on and off when it wanted too. Bathroom smelt like old piss. Very unhappy but had to deal with it.

The hotel was conveniently located to the highway and there was plenty of parking. Our room was quiet. The room was clean and pleasant. There was a nice breakfast provided and it was well stocked and attended to. Counter tops were clean. However, the hallway carpeting was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Truly disgraceful and I'm not exaggerating.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed were damp and sheets were dirty. The stains on the carpet looked like blood and there dried stains of something crusty on the wall by bed. The refrigerator must have had a leak because the furniture corner was rotted out and completely destroyed. The amount of dust gave my son an asthma attack along with a/c unit. Go somewhere else I can’t believe they let people stay in a room like this. It was so late at night we couldn’t look elsewhere.

Honestly book this hotel based on reviews. But I think we all have a different concept of cleaning. Let's start with the carpet which was disgusting. I found three cockroaches in different places in the room. And finally the ceiling had a leak.

The wifi was an absolute joke. In 2025, there are no excuses for horrible wifi. The rooms need a makeover. the water pressure was non-existent. the room had coffee and mugs, but no coffee maker. Can't recommend this place.

Great refresh. Spacious rooms. Sitting area is great. But - wall mounted tv missing in sitting area, so tv watching limited to bedroom which has a tv. Speaking of tv, an option to access streaming from personal account is needed. We stream exclusively and it made me crazy to have commercials interrupt programs.

walls have no insiulation so I heard doors slamming when trying to sleep and banging noises upstairs. AC unit inside was also extremely noisy so had to unplug. I specifically requested a quiet room before my stay.

I was tired after traveling 12hrs. Front desk person told me I had to wait until after 3pm to check in. I slept in the car for an hour until 3pm and went back to the desk and it took another hour to into a room. Poor communication with housekeeping to confirm availability and system check-in issues. Very disappointed.

If you’re from out of town they try to double charge your charge and charge you for smoking policy fees with NO PROOF! Lock your cards after you check in! I will never visit there again!

Breakfast was ok they had expired milk in the fridge I asked fo fresh milk and they got it for us. There was an incident with a faulytt fire alarm fire department cane and no one at this hotel was informative or directing anyone to evacuate and no one explained to any guests when it was safe to come baxk into the hotel that i didnt like or appreciate the #1 priority should always be the safety of your employees and guests

If you’re a smoker, make sure you spray yourself down before you come back in the hotel! I was WRONGFULLY charged $250 because they “smelled” smoke! NO PROOF OF ME SMOKING IN THE ROOM! I asked to speak to a manager and they called the police and trespassed me from the property! Wow!! Worst experience ever!

Nobody at the frontdesk at the night I forgot my key inside my room and couldn't get copy of my room key. It is mentionned no vacancy but there was nobody from 00h30. There was people awaiting for their checkin and other. I waited for 2h then I made copy of my room key by myself by reading the instruction on the desk. It was the worst trip that I never experienced

It was clean and quiet even though pet friendly. Very convenient to I95 and easy commute to Tanger mall area shopping. No clock or phone in room, therefore Must request and pick up replacement towels at front desk. Evening staff very friendly...mirning staff very bland. Breakfast choices not great and juice machine out of order for the three mornings we were there. Since I didn't bring a pet I probably would not consider this again.
