Although the room was adequate for the price, my experience was not. Other guests were allowed to make excessive noise between 12-4am continually. They were talking/arguing loudly and playing music that could be clearly heard in my room. There was supposed to be a night porter maintaining the house rules of quiet time, however this did not happen to any extent. I did not feel able to directly address this as they were clearly drunk and I was a solo traveller. I have stayed in hotels all over the word and this was the worst experience I have had. I was going to mention this when checking out but the receptionist just took the key and turned around and walked away.

Nice clean and tidy room. Bathroom was clean and easy, shower bit small but that's a me problem. Would have licked a bedside plug but overall nice and enjoyable stay.

Helpful with directions and checking in. Clean rooms and good location for a short walk into the town centre.

Room was tiny and we were kept up by a party going on at the hotel. Then, when we woke up there was a bed bug and blood on she sheets. We told staff who moved us to a different room and were kind enough to wash anything we'd slept in or had on the bed etc. The new room was bigger, but the tv didn't work and was never fixed and they offered to move us again but by this point we'd spent every day checking in and out and didn't want to move again. They offered us a free breakfast for the bed bug, but the breakfast was half cold and not very nice. Also you couldn't plug anything into the plug sockets in the new room because it was right above the desk and left no room for the wires coming out the bottom of the plug. Then they tried to tell us that it wasn't a bed bug we found in the bed when it 100% was.
