The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. I was however upset, when I booked the hotel I searched for parking included and pet friendly as I needed to bring my dog this trip. The hotel claimed in green lettering (to highlight) free valet parking (which we never received) but then I was instructed during our stay in the fine print it said self parking was available for $30 per day. Also, $30 per day for my dog. I find it deceiving to advertise pet friendly and free valet parking (especially highlighted) and then hide costs in fine print. This is not good customer service in my opinion, it shouldn’t require that much effort to compare properties and prices before booking. At the very least placing a dollar sign beside the options that require extra payment would prompt someone do look deeper in fine print (as many hotels and other rentals already do) the two night stay cost an additional $120 I was not expecting.

Clean and inexpensive little boutique hotel with a very caring staff. The only inconvenience is the lack of an elevator and the parking being far away in a dangerous area with unhoused individuals camping around the cars.

The room was very nice. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helped carry our bags. Good location. Just didn't like having to walk on the road to bypass people sleeping in the street, and the distance/location to the car parking.

This property is very nice and the people that work here are very helpful. If staying here be aware of the number of steps to go up, travel light or with a day luggage. Parking is confusing when explained but it is just at the back of the property. We only stay 1 night on our way to Quebec.

It was a great experience in Montreal. The hotel is well located, although you do need to climb a lot of stairs. It's close to nearby attractions and the subway, and it's extremely clean. The staff are also very nice. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a pleasant two night stay at Parc Suites. Very accommodating room with queen bed and pull out sofa. Also had a kitchenette which we didn't use. Manager very communicative. Convenient paid parking ($20/nite) located behind building. Centrally located to McGill University (10 min walk) and Bell Centre (30 min walk). Lots of eateries near by. Would stay again.

Our stay was fantastic, and our host couldn't have been more welcoming/helpful! Fantastic location (we were in town for a concert, but its close to everything!), would not hesitate to stay again! Parking was also available on-site, which was extremely helpful. There was also a balcony area, which is pretty rare (and very helpful for my friends who smoke). Very cool & unique building, quiet and easy to access, big thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable!

The suite was nice and very clean. Kitchen appliances were modern. Note that you have to climb a couple of flights of stairs (with your bags). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket conveniently located a few doors down. The only downside was the neighborhood has a bit of a hard-luck feel to it. I would recommend.

We spent a week at this wonderful hotel and will definitely choose it again next time! Excellent conditions, clean (the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day!). I must also mention the hotel's excellent location and the very attentive and pleasant owner, who welcomed us as his guests!

I liked the interior of the property. It looked pleasant and the smell was aromatic. What I didn't like about this property is that I found a couple of hairs on the bed right when I adjusted my pillow as I lay down. I also did not like the parking, it was very cramped.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. It is not worth the $ i payed. Infact it was so terrible that i left after 1 night. The room had a broken safe, lights that didn't work, very old and outdated. The bathroom had water stains on the ceiling and was gross. It was very noisy out front because of the manyHomeless people up and down the street. They advertised free parking which was not- it was over $25 per day and it was down this alley which was unsafe. There was not a front desk person much of the time which was not comfortable for me especially in the evening. Do Not Stay At This Hotel. It was Awful!!!!

This is exactly in the downtown and walkable to most of the tourist attractions by walk. You can explore the old montreal by walk itself.you have grocery/drugmart/ restaurants nearby itself. The smoking smell was coming through washroom vent from other rooms which was very uncomfortable.

This is right in downtown by McGill. For this price, you can’t beat it. And it’s NOT a dump. It is not as ritzy as Delta or Hilton, but the price is commensurate. Everything you need is there. Room spacious enough. Counter top and fixtures are new. It has an old type charm. I could stay again if I needed to stay in that part of town.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Parc Suites Hotel for two nights. Staff were very friendly. Separate bedroom made it easy for kid to get sleep undisturbed while we stayed up. Location is very convenient (close to Place-des-Arts metro station and walking distance to downtown or Mont Royal Park). Kitchen includes all pots/pans/dishes/cutlery you will need. We would stay here again if needed.

I did not enjoy my stay here with my family of 3. Room was clean overall, but smelled musty/smoky. Furnishings were run down. Pull out couch was so lumpy it could not be slept on so we all 3 had to crowd into one bed. No communication with staff except at check in. Location was decent.

Room on the small side but maybe larger rooms upstairs. Kind of a rundown section of town but good central location and surprisingly quiet. Great wine bar across the street. Menu - small plates- looked very interesting but were there for late night glass of wine - super friendly staff - will definitely eat there next time!. Also nice small coffee shop across the street.Room was clean and staff pleasant .

I had a great time at this place! Took my family of 5 for a little vacation of 5 days and decide to stay at this hotel and it was the best decision I've made! Very well located, it's right in the middle of everything from groceries to different dinning places and attractions! Shout out to the owner Mr Demirdogan! Such a terrific guy! Very helpful and friendly.. also Jonathan! Very nice guy, always willing to help! Thank you very very much guys! This was an amazing find. The entrance to the hotel is tucked away and you climb a (private/indoor) staircase to get to the lobby, but then you enter a charming space. It is about a small business, not a huge chain, and the owner is so friendly and accessible. It felt like a boutique: cute and clean, with A kitchenette you could definitely cook a meal in, though who would want to visiting Montreal! It was close to both McGill and the downtown, with many restaurants and cafes on the street.

The hotel itself was great. Clean, quiet, the owner was wonderful. The area around the hotel is a little rough, but the owner can’t help that. He assured me that it was a safe area and we had no issues during our stay. We walked everywhere and had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was awesome and very "Montreal"! We loved it! Area was eclectic and seemed trendy, but many homeless / panhandlers. Parking was a little creepy at night and even though it was at the rear of the building, it took a few minutes to drive there due to one-way streets.

El servicio de quien estaba en recepción es de lo mejor que he experimentado en Canadá. Muy atento y muy servicial. El cuarto está muy bien, muy agradable, nosotros éramos 6 y resultó ser un poco reducido, pero para 4 personas está ideal… lo malo es que afuera hay muchos vagabundos que se duermen en la acera, el estacionamiento está a dos esquinas y no hay elevador, pero todo se compensa por el buen servicio. Lo bueno además del servicio es que está cerca en coche de los mejores lugares.
