Food was good, room was clean. Made reservations, when I arrived the elevator was out of order. Staff would not get me a room on the lower floor. I’m 67 with cancer and had to use the stairs to walk and carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. The next day elevator still not working had to carry luggage back down to check out.

The elevator was broken. Every ice machine was broken as well. All guests had to use the stairs entire stay. The pool was small and close the drive around parking lots. The breakfast has very few options. The in room mini fridge wasnt very cold even i turned it to coldest setting. Staff was nice though and bed comfy.

All facilities were in the hotel were clean overall and the staff were friendly, but the elevator was not working neither the ice machine. We had several items to move up to the second floor, and it was a challenge having three tired little kids expecting to arrive to the hotel to lay down after a long 10 hour trip.

Our room was not as clean as it should have been the first night. There was fur/ dust bunnies all around the floor. The toilet had black marks in it that we thought were stains. The next day the room was cleaned- the floor was much better and all the black marks in the toilet were gone. Housekeeping was much better the second day. Also, the hotel, including our room was musty smelling. We were told one of the floors had flooded and they were trying to dehumidify the building. The lobby had plastic on the ceiling.

Very nice, updated rooms. However, I spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up with a white hand towel, the towel was almost black. Floors were so dirty, we never took our shoes off except in bed.

The property is water logged. We walk into a dark lobby, furniture removed, ceiling with plastic due to water damage throughout. Third floor plastic drapped to close off one damaged wing. Smells musty, cold. Really disappointed. Bright spot is the woman at the front desk who accomodated our room request, we just wish she could have booked us at another hotel! Stains on bottom sheet either nail polish or blood? Our TV is broken, pink screen. We turned it off and can't wait to get out.

We stayed for 2 nights and if I wasn’t desperate due to a hurricane evacuation, I would have left immediately and went to a different hotel. The room was filthy! Coffee spilled all over the wall and floor near trash can. The floor had not been mopped in a long time. We wiped it with a wash cloth and it was black with dirt. Office staff was not concerned and said they would “leave a note”. Would not recommend!!

The check in was so easy and the staff was great. The beds were very comfortable. But the floor could have been cleaner. I don’t think they had been mopped before our stay. The toilet was not clean and the bathroom tile shower and floor needed to be cleaned. It looked like it had mold growing.

The staff was friendly. Besides that, it was a place to sleep. I understand it's pet friendly, but we don't have a pet and there were long white dog hairs all over the floor, in the bathroom, and on the comforter. The rest of the property appeared clean. The outside door slammed every time someone came in or out. The hallways were noisy and at one point a dog was barking outside our door. There was no deadbolt on our door. Around 8:30 am, I was in the shower and my husband said someone (not us) used a key to open our door even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I guess they heard the shower and shut the door.

Rooms are spacious and our king size bed was very comfortable and the pillows too. Nice medium size room fridge that was actually cold. We had a good size table and desk chair and a nice lounge chair with ottoman. Bathroom shower was very good and bathroom vanity was a decent size. My husband and I never felt crammed in any part of our room. We slept perfectly peacefully and had our room temperature nice and chilly for bedtime. Will definitely stay here again on our return home. Oh and it’s right off I-10 but you won’t hear any hwy noise and there is plenty of food places to get food if you desire. Our room was very clean as well

This was a very noisy hotel and one of the most expensive that I paid on my trip. Period. It was very loud. The floors above me were loud in the morning. It was loud. There is no quietness in this hotel. They need to work on. I don’t know, I could hear everyone I could hear couples I could hear families and it was noisy and loud.

Some of the staff were extremely nice, but not all of them. The woman who runs the front desk in the evenings didn't like answering the phone; she preferred you use text and was quick to respond to texts, but sometimes a phone call is easier. Breakfast was good, and the pool was nice.

My second time staying at this hotel and it was adequate. Yasmin at the the front desk at check in was the highlight of the stay...very nice and friendly with easy and quick check in. She made the experience better since the room was not the cleanest.

Jayda was awesome, I am on oxygen, and it is extremely heavy, she got it to my room, and then she was back the next morning to work Brunch, she then took it back to my car and put it in trunk. Thank you Jayda!!!! I will be back.

We arrived early coming from our cruise. The front desk person was so put out that we were early and she kept repeating that they just cleaned the lobby and we couldn’t stay in there. She wanted us to take our two children and all of our luggage and walk somewhere for breakfast and come back later. She then proceeded to say if we were to check in early, there would be a fee which we said we did not mind . Our room is on the second floor and the door does not automatically close behind you. You have to make sure when you enter or leave that you physically shut the door so it locks. The overnight front desk person was amazing and very helpful.

I felt comfortable and safe where the hotel is located. There are several restaurant options and shops nearby. The hotel was clean, and we were not disturbed by any noise in our room. The continental breakfast was what we expected. We appreciated the clean up dog bag stations outside the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Very clean, everyone was so nice & helpful, didn't have to ask for clean linens everyday love that the purple green & gold colors were great including the purple sofas love them , hot breakfast every morning was great as well , parking was great , we loved our stay , we were there for the Elvis tribute artist festival it was AWESOME!!! Can't wait to go back next year ...

Although the accommodations were very nice we were disappointed in the service. We like to stay at hotels that have breakfast and will pay more for this feature. We were told breakfast was served from 6:00-9:30. We went down to breakfast at 9:05. We were disappointed to see very little food available and no plates. Another guest asked for plates but no one bothered to replenish food. The little bit of eggs left were dry and crusted, there were about 10 sausages and 10 biscuits but no gravy. There was one yogurt and barely enough milk for cereal. There were two bagels and 5 slices of bread. When you pay over $200 for a room the very least you can do is have enough food for your guests when there is still 25 minutes left of breakfast time. No one from the staff seemed to care. Very frustrating.
