Lovely facilities, lovely staff. We we shocked that they had a dinner available when we arrived (just like a free breakfast). It was yummy and we didn’t have to go back out. We were able to do laundry in the middle of a long road trip and recoup. It was a nice respite. Loved the separate rooms in the suite.

Nice room, easy and fast breakfast, pet friendly for our 80# dog!!!! Passed through for a funeral and needed the sleep. We stayed there because it was half way between our destination and Houston,TX. We stayed at this hotel twice during these trips. I am happy with everything including the service the hotel provided my wife and I during this difficult time. Besides it is located next to a shopping g center and they have a good sushi restaurant.

We loved that the room had a separate kitchen and living room. It was very roomy and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great. The breakfast was so good with so many options and the Wednesday night social was a nice treat with food, wine, and draft beer. The pool needs a little work. Great hotel with so many shopping and dining options close by.

We stayed here instead of in downtown Mobile after being unimpressed with the downtown area on a previous stay (not a good area for kids). It is easy access to the city but also with a large shopping center, multiple restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance from the hotel. The availability of a one-bedroom suite, free breakfast, cleanliness, and abundant parking was great. We will likely come back to this hotel for future Mobile visits.

There were several signs that said vending, but no vending machines. The breakfast area was very small and cramped, especially for the number of people there. The hand soap does smell really nice.

Honestly liked it wasn't very crowded. All personnel were great! Front desk lady was exceptional!!! Very nice and helped me a lot as I don’t get to travel and have not stayed in many hotels. The pool was great and if you wait until after 5 pm you have a lot of shade. If I had to pick on anything the shower had hair in it on the walls not in the tub itself which is why I think it didn’t get seen. I would definitely stay here again. The friendliness of the staff is above and beyond!!!

The room was spacious, nice layout, and well equipped. Unfortunately the room faced the highway and windows do not keep out the noise so it was difficult to sleep. Also the room was in need of some basic maintenance here and their and the bottles of soap and shampoo were empty. Breakfast was also a let down, so don't count on it unless you just want a quick bit.

1st wasn't even serviced had to go back to the desk and start over. Upgraded for the inconvenience how ever the chairs and couch were stained and gross. Ended up covering them with the extra blankets in the room. Staff was helpful but only so much you can do with what you have. Expected more for the price. Will not choose Hilton properties again.

We w stayed here many times en route to the beach. And it’s always great for what we need. But this time we had to move rooms because the pullout couch smelled like urine. And when we moved to the new room, two of the pillows had blood on them. So maybe work on housekeeping. Both were handled immediately by the front desk.

All in all, it's pretty nice. The beds are pretty hard, but I'm sure it's not easy to have beds for everyones preference. My biggest issue, was the lack of a smart TV. I thought for sure I wouldnt have any issues. For that matter, it's hard to find a non smart TV now a days. Yet both tvs in my suite weren't smart. Other than those two minor things, everything was stellar. The room, the service... It was great.

Staff of entire hotel goes above and beyond caring for and welcoming guests. Best hotel experience ever to be honest. This is why I only like to stay at Hilton for travel. Room was an added surprise. So comfortable I didn’t want to leave for work!!

The hotel location is great. I felt very safe and had no issue sleeping. The room was exactly as described. We arrived a little late and the woman at the front desk as very kind and helpful. When we expressed concern over the breakfast being after we had to leave in the morning, she made a note and had two small grab and go bags ready for my kids in the morning. Such a simple thing that made a huge difference in our day. Her name was Linley, and she deserves a bonus! She was very welcoming and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

Homewood suites in Daphne is the right area for us to stay while passing thru to our final destination. Rooms were clean and checkin/out was easy. Area had some restaurants and shops that were in walking distance. great stop.

I loved my stay, the staff always greeted you with a smilr. They handled all requests quickly. The rooms were very clean. Nice pillows. The morning breakfast was great but the evening social was wven better. I enjoyed it so much i booked again for next week. Thank you.
